Thanks Low,
Appreciate the input. There is plenty of DD going on with the company. I had the opportunity to meet them at the CES convention in Las Vegas. Took some pictures and reported what I saw with the guys at the HISC I-Hub board. The problem recently has been with a manipulated walk down sort of similar to the summer in GTE. Been looking for the bottom, looks like yesterday may have been it. Company has good fundamentals, but OS is a bit on the high side.
Anyway, the possibility of acquiring a way off the pinks is there. Also, contracts with their Cyber Tracker are well on their way. We'll see. Thanks again.
If you have any interest here is the link to the HISC board.

Take care,
Hey low, trying to make sense of todays move in HISC. Been "dealing" with manipulation and now suddenly it pops a bit on decent volume, but not incredible. Is it possible this walk down could be done? Either way... company doing OK. Todays move was on no news. Based on your experience what to you think? Thanks for your time,

Funny… Gotta love that ADX. ADX 3-5 is good, I usually like to confirm any uptrend or reversal with a confirmation on the ADX 14. Almost there.
Tough call on what has actually happened though. Volume was OK, but not great. I would like to believe the walk down is over, but it’s really up to the MMs to create the interest. If we continue up, look for shorts to cover as volume increases. Should also start seeing an increase on the Accum/Dist indicator. Keep in mind, it's tough to chart manipulation.
Only time will tell whether they’re done or just toying with our heads. Good day either way.
That's good to know... Feel free to update the board as any new information comes in. I'm assuming this is for installation of some of the CT's. Do you know how many CTs will be installed at this time?
By the way... Thanks.
Check out Lowtrade's site. He is good with teaching the basics and likes to include company fundamentals with his picks. Not just any penny player. He is only willing to teach those that want to learn though, not just pick stocks for them.

Also, check out Stock Analyzer's site. Interpretation and basic TA knowledge are explained in detail in the header info. The lessons are great! Either way, both are great places and people to learn from.

Actually, whether you like it or not, I’ll continue to read and reply to any post I wish. If someone is implying or suggesting a LM ship being tested as a failure on our part, you bet your butt I’ll at least argue that comparison. As a poster on this board and as a shareholder, I have earned that right as well. If we don’t agree with each other… No big deal.
Anyway… Sorry again, you sounded like a basher and I responded as if you were. I didn’t see any factual comments in your post other than the article. Appreciate the link to it either way.
Understood. My reply was aimed solely at the poster comparing our stratellite to the LM ship currently being tested in California. 2 different kinds of ships.
What’s the big deal? I didn’t care for your approach. If you wanted to point out a newspaper article, I’m sure there is a better way to make that point. Adding the comments how LM beat us to the punch despite all our efforts as if we failed or something bugged me. Anyway, first to make news in California? We brought public awareness about our project potential last spring in San Bernardino.

Sorry I offended you.
Why don't you do a little research before you post your ignorant statements? The LM project has nothing to do with the Sanswire project. LM is currently working on a cargo ship with the potential to carry 500 tons worth of equipment. And by the way... The recent LM test was manned.

No big deal... We disagree. I would rather have our company bring in the Russian deal worth 600 million plus revenues than try to make another convention trip. Believe me, I wanted to go. But what's another pr about another convention vs. building on a contract worth millions to our company? At this stage of the game there is nothing more important than showing us the money.
JMO,
I know... I was wondering the same thing. This is what comes to mind though.... As I was registering for the show, I realized that if everyone I met at the show last year was going to be in attendance at this years show, how can they make it there with everything that's going on? I'm a little disappointed, because I wanted to attend this year’s event, but I'm OK with it as long as they're testing the Strat and Inking the Russian deal.
As it's been said before... things change. We didn't know about the Russian deal until December.
The company is not planning to attend this year’s event in Las Vegas. I'm sure it has everything to do with how much they currently have on their plate.
Hey all, just wanted to say hey. Had surgery last Thursday to repair 3 abdominal hernias. Let me tell you this... OUCH! SOB! I have never been in so much pain in my life.
How much pain? After the surgery they had me loaded up on so much morphine that I had a tough time keeping my heart rate over 30 beats per minute. Had a tough time trying to breathe too... I was in that fine line where the life you breathe isn't worth the pain you feel... Never thought I would ever live through that experience.
Anyway, I'm here... just not posting very much. Keep up the great work folks.
Good assessment. Have to add that it is in the best interest of the writer to not have Sibylle release the information to the share holders anyway. I'm sure he would prefer the investors sign up for the service rather than have the company release it in real time. All at no charge either...
I noticed a few people were wondering where the videos came from... They were recorded in San Bernardino at the unveiling of Sanswire one.
Here is a list of the videos that were uploaded after that event.

Just a reminder for those of you confused about the subject.
GlobeTel Announces Formal Agreement with TAO-Technologies in Cooperation with the University of Stuttgart of Germany
FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 12, 2005--GlobeTel Communications Corp. (Amex: GTE) today announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Sanswire Networks LLC, has signed an agreement with TAO-Technologies (TAO) in cooperation with the University of Stuttgart in Germany. The University of Stuttgart has been well known for the research and development of airships for decades, and has developed an excellent track record in the design, development and flight testing of numerous air vehicles.
The agreement states that TAO-Technologies, in cooperation with the University of Stuttgart, will design several next-generation airships intended for multiple uses. These unique and proprietary designs are specific to certain customer demands and are intended to complement the suite of near-space vehicles currently being developed and built by GlobeTel's wholly owned subsidiary, Sanswire Networks LLC.
Professor Dr. Bernd Kroplin of the University of Stuttgart stated: "I am excited to continue our working relationship with Mr. Bob Jones, President of Sanswire, and his team of experts in the field of high-altitude airship design and telecommunications platforms. I have seen other large companies attempt to design high altitude airships, and none of them compare to what we can achieve through our mutual cooperation. The world of academia knows that the University of Stuttgart and my team have been working on high altitude airship design for many years. In working together with Sanswire Networks LLC, a subsidiary of GlobeTel Communications Corp as a strategic partner for the design of the high altitude systems, we will have a significant advantage over our competitors."
"TAO-Technologies, in cooperation with the University of Stuttgart led by Professor Dr. Bernd Kroplin, is highly regarded throughout the world for research, design, development and flight testing of technology demonstrators and prototypes of airships," said Bob Jones, President of Sanswire LLC. "Dr. Kroplin and TAO-Technologies will bring additional resources and technologies to the table, which will enable us to continue our aggressive move forward with the Stratellite and other high altitude air vehicles." Mr. Jones continued, "For decades, Germany has been well known throughout the world for its rigid airships which have flown for years, and directly helped the United States Navy in developing and flying the rigid airship in the early 1900's in support of the World War. The proven German rigid airship design has a direct correlation to Sanswire's advanced technology that is deployed on our high altitude airship."
Timothy Huff, Chief Executive Officer of GlobeTel, commented, "Our innovative approach in bringing the right team to the table gives us an unsurpassed advantage over other companies, both large and small. I am very pleased to work with such a well- respected professor like Dr. Bernd Kroplin of the University of Stuttgart. With academia backing and infrastructure already in place to help advance our airship program, TAO-Technologies brings technologies that will certainly continue to enhance our current airship design." Mr. Huff continued, "Bob Jones with his team of experts have already built a wonderful relationship with Dr. Bernd Kroplin and his team. Sanswire will work very closely with our new strategic partner to deploy the new technology and bring the benefits of our teams' experience to the Sanswire airship and to the world."
A Stratellite is similar to a satellite, but is stationed in the stratosphere rather than in orbit. At an altitude of 10 to 13 miles above the Earth, each Stratellite will have clear line-of-sight communications capability to an entire major metropolitan area as well as being able to provide coverage across major rural areas. Several Stratellites linked together could cover many hundreds of thousands of square miles. The Stratellite will allow subscribers to easily communicate in "both directions" using readily available wireless devices. In addition to voice and data, proposed telecommunications uses include cellular, 3G/4G mobile, MMDS, paging, fixed wireless telephony, HDTV, real-time surveillance and others.

This was posted over at Rocky's site. Good stuff here... In german though.
Pantent pending statement is on the CT itself, if I remember correctly. Also stated at CES was patents take about 2 years.
Understood... However, I believe what Mide is trying to do is keep some sort of order to the board. The problem is... IMO there is a fine line between what can be considered a justified rumor or complete BS. Who, and how do we determine what stays or goes?
Hey it's up to you... You have your opinion and I have mine. The problem with many investors is that they want all the answers and instant stock performance now.
Do I think he's a good CEO? You bet I do. Do I think he's made some mistakes in the past including this recent pre announcement of the money? Yes I do. Do I think he's human, yet has the vision to lead this company? YES!
Do I think that maybe you might be a little too emotional to invest in this volatile stock? ABSOLUTELY... If I were you, I wouldn't wait any longer. Why don't you find a good growth stock like Google and put your money there. While you're there... Why don't you ask their CEO why the numbers missed the mark? Why didn't their CEO account for taxes when they made their Q4 target?
Maybe if you were CEO.........
I believe Mr. Huff felt an obligation to the long term holders of GTE, and felt that an update would be appropriate. While it isn't the update that the majority we're hoping for, it was at least that. IMO it would have been much worse had he waited any longer.
Also, remember the pr announcement on Dec 30th had a very powerful impact on the Short Sellers. The shorts got mad and as a result, the negative articles regarding the Russian deal forced Huff and crew to explain more than they probably should have. I'm sure he was sharing with us the information that was given to him, which probably included a date.
How unfortunate that Huff has to spend so much time explaining every step in great detail just to do business. But why does he do it? It’s because that is what everyone wants. Shareholders want tomorrow’s news yesterday, and I believe that’s what he was trying to do.
What is a Basher?----- Just as stock promoters and other hypesters profit by pumping a stock, bashers, or those critical of a company, can profit by getting a stock's price to fall. Message-board participants who are positive on a stock are always quick to suggest that anyone who bashes the stock must be a short seller -- someone betting the stock's price will fall.
Most of the time, that's just plain wrong. But the SEC says it is becoming more and more concerned that some people on the boards who appear to be critical observers are actually slamming a company so that they can profit from a short sale. It's irresponsible to dismiss anyone with a negative comment as a short seller, but it would also be a mistake to think that anyone bashing a stock is just trying to save you from a bad investment. Do your own research.
Read this too. http://messageboardfools.com/bashers.htm
Conspiracy theory or the not so hidden agenda by the powers that be? I'm really starting to believe it, however, Yahoo sucks when it comes to financial news. Is there a contact number? I sure would like to know too.
Thanks... So this is probably a policy in place by Schwab and not a requirement of the SEC, even though it probably should be. I'm still looking...
Itsjustme--- if a firm is interested in BORROWING shares, it probably just means they're low on shares. What has always concerned me is that when someone "borrows" shares. They can try to short those shares and pocket the difference when they cover. This is just one way a stock can be manipulated.
That's what I'm thinking, but I also know our attorneys are keeping an eye on the action here. Remember the investigation to keep shareholder value?
I'm wondering if this Schwab thing is a result of following proper procedure. I can’t recall ever hearing of any other firm asking any of our shareholders if they could borrow their shares. Of course, we’ve never been in this position in the history of our company either.
I’m just trying to understand the policies in place. Learning experience...hehe.
ps. Moal that's awesome, I never thought twice.
Things that make you go HMMMMM…
I find it very fascinating that Schwab would actually go out of their way to send out mailers that ask for permission to borrow the shares. Why now? Have any other firms ever asked anyone before? What are the policies in place anyway?
Is it safe to assume that Schwab is trying to follow some rules here…? Am I supposed to assume that no other firm has ever borrowed anyone’s shares without asking?
Either way... I’m really starting to like our chances here. Not only does there appear to be a shortage of shares, but it also appears that at least one of the firms might start following some rules.
If anyone knows the rules on borrowing our shares please feel free to post them. Is this a Schwab thing or is it SEC policy?
Anyone?
That is the best post I've seen all day. Thank you for taking the time.
My opinion? You have some bashers here that work for the guy that has your answer. Why don't you ask them?
Thank you so much for caring... So when do you plan to cover? Will that be before or after the company shows the world how they can buy the product?
Hey firedawg welcome to the wonderful volatile world of GTE. This is the TA board where the guys like to discuss and analyze the indicators related to the price of the stock. The other GTE board is all about news, research, and fundamentals.
Good to have you aboard. If you're new to trading stocks pay a little visit to this board... Lots of good information on trading in general.
http://www.investorshub.com/boards/board.asp?board_id=2367
TA wise... IMO the next +DI cross on the ADX (any of them) is going to be a fast one. Just a hunch.
RCP, you have mail.
How's it going folks? I have confirmed with the people at Actsoft that the Comet Tracker is the software for the Cyber Tracker.
Here is a link to the software demonstration.
http://www.comettracker.com/nextel/demos.html
Have a great day,
Sans
This is where you have to add things up. The CTs rolled off the assembly line just a few weeks ago. Actsoft was acquired by the company and the reps that worked for Actsoft now represent HISS. I guess you'll have to take my word on it to believe that I was given the demo at CES.
Why do you think the Actsoft reps were there demonstrating the software with the CT anyway? Did you read my report from CES? Did you see the pictures and the video clips that I took? Take a look at the pamphlet? Here...
Look at the 2 pictures of the software product on the right lower portion of the pamphlet…
http://sanswired.myphotoalbum.com/view_photo.php?full=1&set_albumName=album02&id=HISC_Pamphl...
You have to understand... while the company certainly has to go through the appropriate channels; it is always a good idea to get in earlier than the other investors. If you wait until the official announcement... well, one might miss the boat.
Look at it like this... Disneyland is opening soon, and you just got your pass. Then again... maybe we got in line too early. LOL!
I need to clarify the post about the demonstration disk I received at CES. It is not the program itself, but rather a demonstration of how the program works. It goes deep into the software and explains its capabilities in great detail. Maps, arrows, what they mean, how to gather mileage info, how to track your employees etc…
Also, I was advised that anyone could download the demo, but I haven't been able to find it. To be honest with you, I totally forgot about it until today. Been really busy with one of my other investments lately… Sorry.
Anyway, I'll call the guys tomorrow and see what I can find out. I'm confident the company will want the shareholders to see it for themselves. But also keep in mind... this demo disk doesn't show the CT, not yet anyway. I do know, however, that this is the software that supports the unit. I'm sure they'll be updating the demo to include the CT.
Actually, the company rules over TA anytime it wants. Show me how you can chart a 75% gain in 15 minutes based on moving averages, or any other indicator for that matter.
You know how to chart a perfectly timed company pr? How do you chart company fundamentals? Don't get me wrong... TA has its place, but it's ultimately up to the company and its performance and blockbuster news that can take you out.
I believe TA killed the guys on December 30th. Are you going to try and play TA this week? Go Ahead. I dare you!
Done. I couldn't resist that last one. Sorry... (heh..)
