American Transport & Logistics MC#405460
SC Trucking out of Philadelphia is the other, I believe. I don't have the number readily available.
I tried calling yesterday and couldn't get anywhere either. Seems intermittent. We'll get it when we get it though. Looking forward to the merger.
My thoughts are that the largest shareholder is the successful CEO Daniel Yazbeck. We're in a company that is repeatedly and proudly demonstrating competence in a growing market, and they are taking all the appropriate steps to develop sizable profits using contracts and revolutionary products all while maintaining an impressive and admirable amount of transparency.
They've been operating a little over a year and are already breaching profitability, and the CEO has already mentioned consideration of a buyback, acknowledging the understated market value.
To quote Yazbeck's website,
"Think Limitless."
Or you can choose to claim you operate only on the hard facts of filings until they're presented to you and then deny their credibility.
Or more.
You have Lee's phone number, right TJ? Perhaps it's time to give him another ring.
I was asking him about both. They're only a couple of minutes between one another. If you route them on Google Maps and zoom in, you can see the some of the surrounding finance businesses.
To the best of my rememberance, he said: "I did not say that. What I said was look at the companies around there. Look at their industries. A lot of large brokerage and equity firms."
He didn't, but I saw a Samwell Century Trading Co, Limited on the side of a page you posted.

It was incorporated about three years ago, which coincides with Frack's "deal has been on the works for over three years" comment. It's also in the financial industry.
Keep in mind he's VERY tight-lipped, so we haven't any substantial information on merging potentials.
Those found very inline with what Frack told me. When I inquired about the merging company and the addresses, he told me to look at the companies in the region; the equity firms, financiers -- that sort of thing. He implied our merging company was down that road.

I found this today, but I don't have much time to read it yet.
This week or early next week if they file an NT.
look for it around Wednesday onward, IMO.
Will the new model be unveiled this year?
I doubt we'll see $0.035. We're running into some resistance at ~$0.026.
Awesome man. I'm glad you didn't hop in on the 4's and 5's too! Climb aboard and ride this one out; it'll be worth it soon.
Find a conflict?
I haven't myself. I'll look it over this evening and see what I can dig up.
Wish I had more dry powder. I'd like another ... Oh, 200k shares? :)
CEO must not be too happy with this drop. Look at his attempt recently in the PR's to try and clot the wound.
Long-term MYDX sentiments still up, Darth?
Well, we get the quarterly around the same time another convertible unlocks, right? Could be some time until a stable green price.
While you were digging, did you find anything regarding annual revenues for your potential company?
Awesome job man! I'll look at these more deeply in a few hours. Do you have any idea on revenues for the company?
I feel that saying both is the appropriate answer. Look at the chart trends in the other companies and compare ours. Look at our historical selling this past week or two and look at now.
Marijuana is down, biotechs are up, coal is up -- it's tailoring to current political expectations. Level 2 MM actions are apparent on the other end of the spectrum. We need tangible news to reorient us.
I feel people have more important issues with their portfolios today. MYDX won't be issuing any PR toward the end of the week I'm guessing, so Monday will be our potential saving grace.
My personal speculation based off immediate industry response and buy/sell breakdowns. I hope you're right man.
I still maintain we have a long-term winner regardless of this week's movements.
I think this is more than a shakeout. The entire MJ market is reacting negatively to yesterday's events. Will be a few weeks for the smoke to fully blow by, IMO.
We're going to have a lot of people try to exit out due to their big board concerns over the election. Those pennies always go first.
I'm guessing the selling will stymie any PPS progression until things settle out.
Understood man. We appreciate it.
My thoughts exactly. It could be election selling. MJ is definitely a selling topic into an election. Hopefully the state votes reorient us tomorrow.
It's a cross in the 50 day and 200 day moving averages. It typically follows a selling phase and usually indicates northern movement in the near future.
Well, at roughly ~$4.5m market valuation at $0.02, we can do the math.
$40,000,000.00/$4,500,000.00 = 8.8889
8.8889x$0.02 = ~$0.18
However, this number is strictly based of revenues, and not company value. Typically a company pulling $30m-$40m per year will have a more substantial valuation. Not to mention the hype that week, which could temporarily cascade it upwards.
A company pulling ~$30m-$40m a year, IMO. Which I saw several of when I combed through the map on Google.
From what I understand the 45 day mark was a misinterpretation. The R/S will be landing as soon as it is approved. He had his counsel inquire about it Thursday for an update.
News planned for after the split.
Looking forward to the $0.30+.
I asked David about a 45 day window and he said he had no idea what I was talking about.
No matter. We'll have it in due time.
Did he say possibly two weeks, or is that an estimate?
If you look through the site more you'll see that Maine, Nevada, and Massachusetts are also favoring yes in the various polls taken.
Arizona is the only one leaning no with 45.91% vs. 46.32%. Those undecided votes could easily swing our way.

The odds aren't looking too shabby for us.
