"I sold my last million shares..."
So why the obsession with QMC if they are such a failure?
While your at it, try and find those 2020 and 2021 financial filings we've been looking for, if they even exist.
Because sometimes, someone somewhere strikes the iron in just the right way that changes things.
My confidence in that happening is low, but yet they have the potential to do it, IMO.
Better yet, QMC has been such a failure for 15 years, yet you are still here to remind us of that instead of moving on, right? There must be a reason why QMC continues to draw you here, as it does the rest of us.
This article states that the PCR tests were accurate, but it was reported today by the CDC director that the PCR tests can show a positive result up to 12 weeks after infection.
That is not an "accurate" result.
Even more reason why QMC needs to get their sh*t together and provide something far more accurate.
Does the issue regarding tests becoming positive during 12 weeks after infection involve all PCR tests, or just the one? From the CDC verbal announcement, it made it appear that all PCR tests were unreliable.
Just an FYI from the CDC, PCR tests are no longer to be used after Dec 31st, presumably due to the fact that they cannot differentiate between Covid and other sicknesses, such as the Flu:
LATEST: The newly updated CDC guidelines don't require testing at the end of isolation because PCR tests can stay positive for up to 12 weeks, CDC Director Dr. Rochelle Walensky tells @GMA. https://t.co/p6HUxeD4Go pic.twitter.com/TmVaF0eRcG

Merry Christmas ladies and gents.
I hear ya.
All we can do is wait and see with these filings.
LOL
Definitely took it seriously
I doubt those are QD lights, I wouldn't jump into conclusions just yet.
Are you referring to the green and blue lights on the wall?
What's with the drop in price? Did negative news come in?
One or two I'm sure. My dates are strictly based off speculation though, so your question is of moot point.
Because we do not know how long it'll take for the audit team to complete the 2021 filings (and subsequently 2022 perhaps) I expect the date to be June 2022.
I wonder why Ferring decided to terminate it's partnership.
SEC shut down QMC due to a lack of filings.
Scam? Not sure. With their previous cooperation with Pasaca Capital and Innova Medical Group, I would say it's more so a lack of leadership and priorities that screwed QMC.
They have recently updated there Nevada fillings. Let's see where this goes for now.
Appears as if the Proxy vote has been approved.
CJ,
As it stands now, shares have been revoked by the SEC.
QMC since July has stated that they have every intention to refile and once again become compliant. They have recently submitted a Proxy vote to increase shares in preparation for an S-1 filing. That proxy vote has since concluded end of month October, and it is anticipated that the CEO will announce the results via a shareholders update this week. You should have been notified to vote within the last two months.
Right now, we are waiting on the results of the proxy, and word from QMC.
Sooo...what did I miss?
A bit surprised actually.
Correct. Looks much better than the original.

Appears that the QMC website is no longer up and running.
Either they are doing an overhaul, or something worse.
Because they have a proxy out, I'm going to assume it's an overhaul to remove QMCHealthId and other items.

"I think where you are going wrong is trying to see what you hope for rather than the actuality of what is transpiring."
You know what Shoon, that very well may be the case.
All many can do now is wait to see what comes out of this Proxy/S-1 filing.
I would argue that the deals were legitimate. The company (QMC) didn't have the ability to pull through. That's the issue.
Yea, I can agree with that.
They had a chance, but blew it.
I was referring to an email response, not from a shareholders update.
Has there been a response from squires to that investor/lawyer? Or an update?
Yea, in my opinion, the collaboration between Innova and Pasaca is no longer viable or in effect.
QMC had something good going until they screwed it up.
Imagine QMC is the Titanic, and the SEC is the iceberg.
Except it's daytime, and the iceberg was seen miles away.
And the Captain decided to sleep at the wheel instead of changing course.
We have now since hit the iceberg and Squire's is frantically trying to stop the flooding with a 1 gallon bucket.
That's where we are at.
QMC had to cut corners and stop development of certain items, so I assume people were let go or laid off.
Confidence in Squire's has reached a record breaking low, if it even exists for me at all.
That's not something that could be rationalized, if that would to occur. Legal action can be taken, but I don't necessarily have the resources, nor the time for that.
Plus, I only own just north of 300k shares. If I owned 3 or 4 times that, then I would probably have a stronger reason to take action.
What would you do?
I assume they needed to downsize because they had no available cash on hand to conduct those operations, especially since they no longer have shares to spur additional funding. I also would expect that if the Pasaca deal was no longer in effect, an SEC filing would be submitted.
But then again, Squires never told investors that the SEC reached out to him in December concerning revocation, so there's that.
If memory serves me well, I believe 2B was an adequate amount. If it is in fact 2.5B, then that'll make things more convoluted regarding the deal between Pasaca and QMC.
Now, not saying this is the case, but if the Pasaca deal is/was terminated, and they placed Pasaca into this proxy merley to justify the increase in authorized shares as you mentioned....that'll be a major problem.
With the current state of affairs, I would not be surprised to see a filing that states Pasaca walked away after the proxy was voted and approved on. I hope I am wrong.
Here is the link to the entire Proxy for review:

I just received an email from TD Ameritrade regarding the proxy:
"QUANTUM MATERIALS CORP has issued proxy materials for its ?2021? ?Consent Solicitation? of shareholders."
Recommend everyone take a look at their accounts.
If not next week, or by mid/end of September, I would start to think something nefarious is going on.
I believe we should start seeing it by tomorrow Friday, just over a week from the 26th of Aug.
If not, next week at the latest.
Like a clean slate, olive branch type?
Yea, I agree. My mentally was a "half glass full" approach. Perhaps my judgement was clouded because of that, but I still had faith in my investment with previous developments. Not so much now.
Just my perspective.
