Auction house Sotheby's has partnered with Coinbase Commerce to start accepting payments in cryptocurrencies, Coinbase announced on Tuesday.

The first artwork available for purchase in Bitcoin and Ethereum will be Banksy's Love is in the Air image at Sotheby's Contemporary Art Evening Auction.

"Through a bespoke solution, Coinbase will support payment estimated in the eight-figure range on Sotheby’s website, and in addition will help manage price fluctuations," Coinbase said in a blog post. "The May 12th auction will be conducted in US dollars, but the buyer and artist will have the option to transact in either crypto or fiat currencies," the company added.

You would think that BAUMAN, with his listed areas of practice, would be able to put something together with such a promising shell. I just don't get why he hasn't even posted the required minimum filings. I guess we'll be seeing the pps below 3 cents before long. GLTA!

However, I do continue to believe JADA is a nice, clean, shell and would be a prime candidate for a R/M if we had an owner/agent with the connections or ability to market it as such. Coinbase Global Inc. received yet another bullish endorsement from a Wall Street analyst on Wednesday, with Rosenblatt Securities analyst Sean Horgan expects the cryptocurrency exchange stands to be a "long-term category leader."

Horgan initiated coverage of Coinbase with a buy rating and a stock price target of $450, which is about 46% above current levels.

That keeps it unanimous, as all six analysts surveyed by FactSet have the equivalent of buy ratings on Coinbase.
