Agreed, that's a wise way to play this one. However, I do continue to believe JADA is a nice, clean, shell and would be a prime candidate for a R/M if we had an owner/agent with the connections or ability to market it as such. I think Mr. Arcaro, RIP, would have successfully accomplished this. GLTA!
