Yes, I saw JS on BNN. I found his 55c
target on DXE on commercial success pretty lame to say the least...
NFK/DXE: Things that make me go hmmmm.....
NFK awarding options at 30c, employing new people specialized in M&A and a Director just bought stock at 28.5 cents...

Agree. I'm all out of NFK now and all in DXE waiting for a nice Christmas present....
NFK.v up even more, 7.5 cents or 59%. Are you in, kozuh? I've been patiently holding both for close a year now, especially DXE. DXE is the safer bet as it at least has some cash flow producing properties (gas in Hungary).
This one well is looking good and it would be a new sucess for John Nelson (of AOI fame!)
I also came with APRI buys atc2.60s....
I expect to b in the money soon!!!
Some of the best value biotech investors I know now looking at APRI....
I came to this board with RMTI at 4-5, now at 12....
The Femprox is interesting, but how long for results? Management, leader is from Somoxan (SOMX), take that for what you want. Nice rise for you today on that one, it had slipped below $2. I listened to their recent CC. This ED drug is not simply a rub on cream. Maybe some will use it that can not use current treatments for various reasons. Will EU pay for it or out of pocket for the customer? I am not bashing, just a summary of things I had studied a month or so back. I was thinking of buying and missed out, darn it. Congrats to those riding this one. As you say it is interesting and may be cheap at $80 million MC.
Pappaface - Hey you are from EU, what do you think about sales over there? And Femprox? Thanks Less
Femprox: Whatever happened to Phase III for Femprox anyone? Werent we supossed to hear from FDA talks regarding It by end of August? Havent followed this story for a while, just watch my holdings taking it on the chin day by day.
Go INA!!!!
Any oil value investor not in INA by now should consider it quickb!
CEN lowball takeover bid...
http://www.financialpost.com/m/wp/news/fp-street/blog.html?b=business.financialpost.com/2013/09/16/coastal-energy-subject-of-2-3-billion-takeover-bid-from-hong-kong-private-equity-firm
I am selling all my CEN traders arouns 20 and adding to my very large INA stash here....
How close for calcitrium news? Has the company provided any timeline on it? Or how is that you infere it will be "any day now"? TIA
Yes, put out the filling on inability to timely publish 10-Q on Friday after close and have the good news on Monday before open. Good move by management to protect share price IMHO
Pretty wild for sure!! September looks like a good time to meet. I give you my contact details through private message and we go from there..
When we hit 8-10 bucks all oldtimers on this board are oficially invited to a wild party in Spain !!!
Meanwhile I want 2 say 2 things:
1) Dont have any time to contribute anything lately but keep enjoying reading this GREAT Bb !!
2) Anyone any opinion on RMTI?
Cool.My mum was raised as a child in Vilanova i la Geltru! I live close to Sabadell. Are you working for a medical related co.? Might hit Madrid in August as part of my travelling but yet unsure. Or are you taking a holiday back home in August?
Well maybe we can meet and have a beer or 2 and share ideas if you are around my area, I see from your fave stocks list you are into biotechs and oilers just like me. Pretty hard to find people with our profile in Spain where everyone sticks with the f*** BBVA or Telefonica.LOL
Good company, lousy stock board. Lost time for anyone trying to share DD in. Bye
Anyone concerned on the Yocun lawsuit or is it all just plain BS? Can any of his statements hurt RMTI relation with FDA going forward?
anyone has links to broker reports (dont care if old as I want to read about everyting on this co.) they can share?
I found these 2 so far:
http://www.richmondbrothers.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/03/stifelnicolaus.pdf
http://dawsonjames.com/portal/rmti_init_2012_11_26.pdf
I am asking what sort of gross profits % wisely can we expect from the sell of this new drug if anyone has any idea or heard or red something from RMTI. Jus trying to figure out what an income statement from RMTI will look like once they start selling the new drug. I will buy more shares tomorrow
Who or what is Ladenburg.
Is there already a story of that clown Adam Fuerstein attacking this stock? He always shows up once I buy into something.
Put my first VWAP buy order today on RMTI so glad is going down a bit.
Anyone has an idea on what sort of margins for RMTI on SFP ??
Thats right. He attacked VNDA, another biotech stock I had been waiting to buy, I used him as contrarian indicator and almost nailed it to the bottom from 13 to 7.5. Our bottom must be close with this clown showing up now.
New DXE presentation out:
http://www.dualexen.com/documents/presentations/DXE-2013-June.pdf
Wade is Da Man !!!
Edit: John Nelson was involved with what AOI discovered as seen in the link I provided...
Yep....I am in Europe, and can yell u those silly mags are over here as well and sex sells as hot cakes...
I already showed you serious newspaper interview with one of the guys involved with Viagra discovery where the newspaper guy was totally obsessed with will we ever see a female viagra or not??!
DXE.V / DALXF (Dualex Energy)
http://www.dualexen.com/index.php
This is my "lottery stock" for 2013:
Roughly 100 O/S at 0.14 USD = 14M market cap
DXE (NO DEBT) has production of gas in Hungary which provides roughly about 2 USD M of funds flows which are more than enough to "keep the lights on". That might be worth a (very) few cents per share, allright...
Now for the lottery part....
Drilling to begin ( has actually already begun for 3 weeks now ) in Tunisia:
http://africahydrocarbons.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/04/Africa-Hydrocarbons-April-2013-website-Presentation.pdf
I am presenting their partner´s (NFK, 49% interest) presentation since DXE hasnt bothered to show a new presentation for ages.
John Nelson is the CEO for DXE and CFO for NFK (Africa Hydrocarbons) and he was involved ( or was it the other way around? I just dont remember)
http://www.huffingtonpost.com/james-burgess/is-tunisia-the-new-hot-sp_b_3063836.html
But this the key issue:
John Nelson is CEO of Canadian-listed Africa Hydrocarbons Inc. (NFK). A veteran geologist, Nelson spent much of his career in East and Central Africa--much of it for Mobil Oil--studying regional and mapping rift basins at a time when no one else was shopping around in Africa's interior. Over his 27 years in the industry, Nelson has also had junior E & P experience, recently serving as CEO for Lion Energy Corp., which was bought out by Africa Oil Corp 'AOI' in 2011 as a way for AOI to gain access to their impressive Kenyan land package that John had put together.
Now, If we look at the cumulative current market cap of DXE ( about 14M USD) and NFK (about 9M USD) = USD 23M
Think of PEC´s last well with market cao going close to 50M !!!
As seen in the presentation this is no "Wildcat" drill.....
* BNH target has close analoge at 25km which has been one of Tunisia´s largest producers for 30 years
To add to excitement:
* As seen in presentation, Shell has absolutely stacked ALL land surrounding DX/NFK´s concessions
* In case of "any" success, there is plenty of infrastruture available.... from BNH well location to the Sidi El Kilhani pipeline there is only a few kilometers....
WEll... I am not presenting this in a very well logical way and wanted to put out a lot more stuff, wanted to put out a better presentation but I am very tired now... Think those experienced on the oil patch can get enough clues from here on....
Here´s another better written piece on it by Keith Schaefer
http://www.oilandgas-investments.com/info/?p=85
Even 10M barrel (which is half of what is being targeted..) discovery net to DXE has to be 1 buck to DXE price, so 85c upside....
In case of a dust, you get what? 10c downside? ( remember DXE, NOT NFK, has the Hungary cashflow plus some cash at hand...)
Better than going to Las Vegas ....
Just have to figure out how much you can afford to lose on it...
BTW I expected the share price to run up on spud announcement but it has done nothing but tank... just something to do with the current state of the markets, no way for the current info we have to tell anything yet...
http://finance.yahoo.com/news/dualex-announces-operational-bhn-1-120000715.html
So the lower it drifts... ( and it has from about 24 to 14 cents) , the better buy for late birds who might be facing a multibagger runner just like Nelson´s latests success with AOI....)
Or a nasty gap down....
Place your bets....
I have done so
NO wildcat here.... better than 50/50 odds in Vegas ?
Maybe
:)
A looser that bought a token amount of shares on the PP... probably less shares than many reading this board do hold....
Heck, all them insiders bought less than I am holding...
Dimitris, I dont like it at all when I read "price is being manipulated" , sounds like penny stock delusional thinking....
Fact is I know this has been promoted to hedge funds that could move it and they dont seem to bite...
Thats why I want to dig deeper into the new management.. Maybe they are held back seeing Pascoe with Somaxon background?? Maybe I am reading too much into it??
Anyway this is a value investment to me... But getting creamed everywhere nowadays I needed to shout out loud a bit :)
I dont know WTF is wrong with this stock anymore. Love the product but this is down 4% on a big comeback day for the world markets with biotech index up and all the biotechs I follow flat or up to 7% (CHTP). Yet Apricus down 4%??
How bad is Pascoe rated amongst big players??? I looked briefly at the Somaxon stuff and it looked like a disaster, but had not enough time to look really hard into it, will do as time permits. Now, I believe he was involved in another company sale before Somaxon. Anyone knows which one it was and if was any better than Somaxon ( sold for a platry $25M) ?
I think Spain is working on it for sure, before they even fracked a damn thing all the environazis already cried wolf.
Yes I am Catalonian, but not one of the fascist idiot types that sadly abound around here ...
I´m loaded up on INA but own no IAE right now. Nevertheless I think just a double on IAE might be a tad too conservative, with the type of cashflows they might get, going to 5 bucks should be doable...
And I must add... I've made good money with that source on another biotech stock in between. You know what they say there's not 2 without 3...
Now I am salivating :)))
BTW the exact same source that warned me about SRPT last Summer when it was at 8 is the same one that warned about APRI recently, so you might be into something here ;)
So much for my great entry point at 2.50s-2.60s.... I would add more here but I actually had to sell a tiny bit at 2.51 along with other holdings to get off margin. Think we are set for a rough summer... GLTA
Someone mentioned on a post " hope Pascoe doesnt do a repeat of Somaxon here"....
I thougth he sold that co. and another one in good terms previously??
Dont know the story with him, would thank some feedback ...
TIA
thanks. any estimates for ED mkt for MENA?
Any thoughts on what might be the "shadow market" for ED? I mean, when they mention the 1b figures for Europe or whatever... I guess they include both the pills AND AProstadil in its current unpleasant delivery ways... but we have to figure out somehow what is the additional market for those dudes that cant/wont do Viagra but wont do Aprostadil neither right now...cause that is a natural 100% market penetration for APRI. If we can venture on this unmet market piece of pie, we can get a much better estimate of potential royalties to APRI
