Managua - . The Supreme Court of Justice (CSJ ) of Nicaragua ratified in the week just ended the legality of the Act authorizing the construction of the Grand Canal Interoceánico across the river San Juan, essentially leaving without proceeding claims of some political opponents , that every day are less sympathetic .
The judges in the Supreme Court rejected the over 30 resources unconstitutional law against the Grand Canal in Nicaragua Interoceánico brought by a few , opponents of the government party organizations , regardless of the benefits you will receive the country from the very beginning of the work , even more so when it is in operation.
The ruling states that the legislators of the National Assembly ruled and approved the initiative , the whole procedure of law established in the Constitution of the country , therefore considered that all the requirements for the construction of the waterway were fulfilled .
As a pre- established by the political opponents of the government program, regardless of the socio- economic benefits that represent the country 's construction of the Grand Canal, raised arguments without legal basis , because the important thing was to oppose the construction of this road . But as always happens in these cases , were as they say in baseball with the bat on his shoulder and empty pet.
Roberto Larios , a spokesman for the Supreme Court, said the court ruling states that the law of large canal does not violate the constitution of Nicaragua nor national sovereignty , so that the arguments raised by opposition politicians were disarmed , because arguments had legal documents.
Speaking to national media, the vice-president , General Omar Halleslevens said Tuesday that the inter-oceanic canal project in Nicaragua is the step involving what is the analysis of possible routes , so you can not pinpoint yet the journey that would take the work, shall be communicated in January, which is expected to link the Atlantic and Pacific .
The Halleslevens Vice President reiterated that the construction of the Grand Canal of Nicaragua Interoceánico contemplates the passage of vessels of a much greater depth and cargo transiting the Panama .
In this regard stated that the construction of the canal in Nicaragua , it has to do with the transfer or transit of vessels with a capacity for which the Panama Canal is not suitable , even if it is restructured.
He also said that the construction company is the HKND Group, which represents the main manager , Chinese Wang Jing , which seeks funding and we know enough .
In the week ending dealer Grand Canal Interoceánico of Nicaragua , Wang Jing, announced the final route already is defined and will be officially unveiled in January, because it was thought to report in December, but have specialized staff who could not attend and passed in early 2014.
Beijing Wang Jing said in a media release that the definition of the route is very convenient for feasibility studies, because they can now concentrate on the areas that would take that route .
Moreover, it also provides in June 2014 to report on the outcome of the investigations made ??local and foreign specialists , so it appears that progress is made in this pre-construction process, which generates many entrepreneurs show interest in participating in the mega-project , both at home and in various latitudes.
If the result of the research is positive and is considered feasible channel construction , work will begin late next year, which will create jobs and greater prosperity for the country since the start, although technical staff and workers employed for longer exists HKND Group, both for feasibility studies to help researchers .
Good morning All

The patent provides for a voice transcription system whereby a user speaks into a telecommunications device, the voice is transmitted to a data center, and the data center converts the voice into text. ATC advised ACDU that it believes multiple companies, including Google, Apple, Samsung, Vlingo Inc., and others are clearly infringing on the patent

Nicaragua’s top court rejects challenges to canal
Reported on: December 19th, 2013 09:57:15 am
Managua, Dec 19 (AP/UNB) – Nicaragua’s Supreme Court has rejected more than 30 appeals that sought to stop plans for building a canal across the Central American nation.
The top court dominated by President Daniel Ortega’s allies dismissed on Wednesday challenges to any start to the proposed $40 billion waterway.
Court spokesman Roberto Larios says the judges rejecting hearing the cases, finding that the project doesn’t violate the constitution.
Environmentalists and academics had expected the outcome, which removes the last legal barrier for the canal to move forward.
Nicaraguan legislators in June approved granting Beijing-based telecommunications CEO Wang Jing a concession to build and operate a canal more than three times the length of Panama’s.
Proponents say the project could lift Nicaragua from poverty. Opponents say it’s not feasible economic and could damage the environment.
