Just a habit of missing deadlines.
If there was a risk they were going to miss the deadline they should not have made the commitment.
I think they were fostering relationships
Bummer. Another delay on BioCell from the FDA, but if there is one thing Abattis investors have learned, it is to not trust government agencies. I assume I don't get my care package this week. Hope the "real" deadline of May 1 is not missed.

Cool, I think(?).
Googling Pi-wall shows dozens of images of vertical grow setups. We need a PR or explanation on the website. What do we have that is proprietary? What does Pi-Tech bring to the table? Between VDL, TerraSphere, Abattis, Pi-Tech, Buffet's company...who is the best and how are we positioned to compete?
Is this a sub-set of walls that goes inside the BioCube?
I like communication and updates but this Pi-Tech thing is pretty darn vague.

We know Nicky developed it. It's just too bad he sold the rights to it. He was well compensated and made a few million bucks for himself, but the only way to benefit now is to invest in the company that owns those rights today. We all know that is not Affinor.
I agree, but I also see a lot more communication lately so hopefully we continue in this direction.
I'm not convinced somebody would order a BioCube from website anyway.
Interesting Tweet....
Abattis secures $25M funding from Dutchess Capital for #cannabis #MMJ M&A and development | InvestorIntel http://t.co/Sd4IL9sNiz
— Growthstar (@GrowthStarLED) February 20, 2015
Abattis gets $25M from Duchess. NNicky had to get $30M. That guy is a DB.
You're right. Im wrong. I admit it. Thank you...I learned something today.
This is still going way way down. Do the math.
For the past year every monthly update said their primary activities were "fostering relationships" or whatever. Time to see if they really were building bridges.
It does not.
OTC stocks do not trade after hours. Even I know that, and I'm still learning about penny stocks.
Rainmaker is probably right on. It wouldn't be too hard to calculate the weighted average with such low volume.
I asked the iHub board and emailed the company but did not receive an answer. That leads me to believe they got them super-cheap and are creating all this hype because they just want to cash out. This is all IMO.
I agree, this is most likely scenario. We can supply Biocubes and LED's.
Yahoo.
http://finance.yahoo.com/news/wham-inc-2015-course-action-141400429.html
The first division of Wham Inc. that will become a public traded company through its first offering will be the Mobile Encryption Technology Division. This division, not Wham Inc., will be receiving a new ticker symbol and will be given a new share structure from out of the Woodman Holdings treasury. This new security will trade under the Wham Inc. (WFMC) umbrella.
It's not for Wham Inc, even I know that much. It's for the mobile encryption business unit.
But even for S&G's if it were the whole company, $12M divided by 100M shares is a $0.12 PPS.
If you believe this is a $1.00 stock that is only being "manipulated down" by 88%, then I will ROTF and LMFAO.
If the art was worth $100M, then why do you think the market cap of the whole corporate umbrella is $12M ? As just mentioned this market capitalization would also include things like taxi cabs, UPONUS, etc. all of that combined is worth $12M because that is what the market wants to pay.
Please try to look at this objectively, and if I'm wrong, please tell me why...
The first S1 is only going to be for the UPONUS business unit, right?
If the corporation is worth $12M, and UPONUS is one of 3-4 business units, then it is reasonable to think they are 1/3 or 1/4 of the value of the entire corporation. It is actually reasonable to think they are much less than this since there is $100M of fine art which apparently is for sale for 88% off, just $12M and its yours.
The missing piece of information is the Preferred Shares / Private Placement. Something doesn't add up, and the WHAM Mafia refuses to acknowledge this.
That was a serious question.
Are you guys banking on UPONUS to increase the value of the company that much? I really don't get it. If the market thought Wham Inc. was going to take out IBM, Intel, and Microsoft in one swoop the market cap would be more than $12M
Can somebody please explain to me why you believe an S1 is going to make you rich?
Do you realize the market cap for WHAM INC. is around $12M? (82,000,000 shares * $0.15).
And this S1 is only for part of the company, therefore by definition is worth less than the parent company.
And the S1 is going to have 100 Million shares...even if it was valued at the full value of Wham Inc the share price is $0.12. But we know the value of the subsidiary cannot possibly be worth more than the value of the parent company, so the most I see these shares going for is around $0.04. IMO, of course.
Do your own DD, you might be surprised at what you learn. I have learned a lot so far.
This post is also why I think it's a bunch of college roomies doing their P&D.
Investors beware, only the private placement investors are going to make money.
Maybe there is going to be a bidding war for all 100M shares? $0.08? Do I hear $0.06?
Dude, chill out. This is going to be the CNN of pot. Every time I'm standing in line at Starbucks, I wish I had a mobile website running a special on my favorite pot stock and their latest dilution PR.
$6 per ad. Billions of shares. Worst investment idea on the planet.
What if investors are willing to pay $0.12 per share? Do they still just issue 100M shares and raise only $12M?
Microsoft and Intel would run and hide in their closet if a $12M company tried to compete with them.
One thing Wild Bill is doing is right-sizing the management team. Nice move.
When I receive the care package from BioCell I will share as much as I can.
PhytaLab revenue was $7700 but they didn't get their license until September 8th. So basically $2500/week. We know they are adding new clients, so one would expect more than that now.
Great company, it's just moving slower than we had hoped.
What are the chances this S1 shows a billion shares outstanding?
As disclosed, I am a novice investor and don't know very much about the S1 process other than...
A company can forecast an IPO price of $X, utilize the "confidential" period to consult with experts, then issue shares at $Y.
Honest question: Can they play with number of shares or just share price?
I do believe the only people getting rich here will be the people holding the preferred shares in certificate form of Wham Inc. The IPO is for "UPONUS", LOL.
That is a great strategy as long as you've got some pumpers working the Hub!
I am curious re: Q1 revenues from PhytaLab.
Timeline for next court date is also on my mind. If the agreement is iron clad and we own VDL, as we say we do, I think it's a confidence booster.
It's always good to hear from them. I liked it. They are obviously promoting their mid-term revenue stream of BioCell products. The sense I get from reading this BioCell will probably be bigger than we all thought, but it's a long term play.
They are also telling us the MMPR is not imminent, which we already knew.
BioCube IS the missing link. VDL / TerraSphere etc.
Future looks bright, but it will take patience.
This article is reason #14 why I believe this is a P&D. Management is focused on share price, not running the business. Real companies who are in it for the long haul do not comment on articles written about them.
Only the management team is getting rich here.
Looks like they updated the management structure on the website. Mike is no longer a Director. I wonder if that is a requirement from HC or BCSC.
Somebody needs to be objective.
There are a ton of boards on the hub. This is the only one I've seen that had 10 people who are SO complimentary towards each other, SO over-the-top with PPS predictions ($30+), and only post on this board.
If you don't think these signs point to a serious example of stock promotion then I don't know what does.
Why did u remove sticky? Why the mass exit from Mods? I don't get it.
For clarity, there are nine (9) companies mentioned here as leaders of mobile encryption. I didn't see UPONUS. Are they owned by one of the other nine(9) competitors mentioned?
This is some very thorough research posted by jackpot, but I find it hard to imagine why they don't have "WHAM" or "UPONUS" listed as one of the leaders?!? Surely startups like Microsoft, Intel, and IBM are shaking in their boots because the Yield Sign is back and there is a rumor about an S1 filing. And I highly doubt a micro cap like Apple would be able to afford a couple dozen of the best software engineers on the planet to work on such critical technology.
"The key players in Encryption Software Market includes Microsoft Corporation, Sophos Ltd, Check Point Software Technologies, Symantec, IBM, SAS Institute Inc, Intel Corporation (MCAFEE), EMC Corporation, and Winmagic Inc. Order a copy of this report at."
http://www.rnrmarketresearch.com/contacts/purchase?rname=272201 .
I can't believe a company like "Micro Soft" can compete with WHAM INC.
This is deplorable!
Where is Woodman Holdings? UPONUS?

Best thing about this PR is it continues to reinforce the likelihood that GrowthStar LED is growing in BioCubes in Vancouver.
"Until it secures a license, the Company will use the facility to manufacture and warehouse its proprietary Biocube systems. Upon approval, the facility will be converted to house up to 28 Biocube systems"
Interesting Tweet:
If HC removes "RTB" from the process, are we any closer to MMPR?
The source is a lawyer for MMPR applicants.
It appears the rumours are true - Health Canada will no longer issue ready-to-build letters to #mmpr applicants
— Trina Fraser (@trinafraser) February 13, 2015
Thanks silly, I can't believe it but I ran out of posts last night.
Really, really weird to me considering the slap we just got from BCSC.
They just got into some deep poop about misleading PR's, it's weird they would put something out that wasn't exactly acc to HC site.
In the Abattis SEDAR filing page 15-16 it lists a publicly traded stock as "approved to grow". HC site does not show them. Theories?
