They have the IP and probably other stuff as collateral.
That doesn't give me a warm and fuzzy feeling.

We'd probably sell more systems if we reached out to companies instead.
I took a business course in college.

It's only 100,000 or so in revenue Kanya West. Unless they make more than 600,000 profit in a quarter, they'll be in the red.
If 1/3rd of that is cost of service revenue then they'll need to sell about 10 systems in a quater to be profitable. Not 1 or 2.

Murray Winklebottom
He'll read it but won't respond to any criticism and certainly would never respond to that.
Maybe it'll light a fire under his ass.

Murray Winklebottom
The million dollar questions are:
- can SGLB survive another 12-18 months making 200k per quarter with a burn rate of 540k per quarter
- will SGLB get the multimillion dollar contracts after 12-18 months or is there a snowflake's chance in hell that significant sales will happen before then
It's quite the longshot.

Murray Winklebottom
Heard back on my other 2 questions from CW:
"You mean cost of service revenue? That can change due to customer mix and application.
We can't give out information on the details of our Metalfab work, sorry."
For the sake of my investment I hope things change significantly.

No real transparency, just hope.
Another 12-18 months was his estimate for when the big boys may potentially buy.
That's not good. Mark needs to pull a rabbit out of his hat.
If we sold a system to Woodward and the printer is running nonstop then we must be giving this stuff away.
I didn't get to ask abiut the increased service revenue, it was over 1/3rd whereas a year ago it was about 10%. Nor did I get to ask the Metalfab question.
My guess is that there will be dillution within the next 6 months.

Murray Winklebottom
Is it safe to assume that you're not going to dialin and ask?
I'll ask. I've made a note.

Christ on a cracker! This latest report isn't good.
See some of you at 11!
Regards,
Murray Winklebottom
It's also being posted on MOMO boards here, has been for a bit.
Thanks for that info. If I get cutoff by either Mark or the moderator then I'll hop back in the queue and change my name and voice.
"Next person on the line is Kermit Frog, private investor."
IOW I'm not worried.

Murray Winklebottom
I am prepared for that and I'm a guy on some days and a gal on others. Every other Tuesday I'm androgynous.
Rest assured that when I'm a gal, I'm a lady and someone you can bring home to mother.

I refined my list of questions. Several are certainly along the same thread. If nothing else I'll at least be able to ask the first one before they drag me away in a straitjacket.
-- Inspect was relased in 2014, Deform in 2015. In one of the conference calls (maybe around the time Inspect was released), Vivek Dave had said "it's time to reap the rewards". Following the split you mentioned that you will not let this languish when referring to pursuing different types of investors and broaching the topic of uplisting. Looking at the stock price we have not been reaping the rewards and things appear to be languishing. Quarter over quarter SGLB has been actively marketing and actively pursuing potential customers as told to us in previous presentations and announcements but hasn't really broken through and sold any significant number of units. Your thoughts as to why this is and when can we expect the tide to turn?
-- What are the specific plans for the loan? How much longer can we keep the lights on?
-- Why haven't our marquee customers / partners like GE and HON purchased more software licenses? GE has certainly been moving ahead with additive manufacturing. How many of our systems does GE have? If we are the golden goose wouldn't they have more systems installed? Are we really still in lockstep?
- We also have a lot of connections and have been or are involved in projects run by others, America Makes, links to EWI, Aerojet Rocketdyne, NASA, etc. How can we (the investors) be confident that those are still intact and current and will bear fruit?
-- We have had a lot of JTDAs and the like over the years, some rather old. Are all of these currently intact? A few examples Burke Porter, Creatz, Metronic, Materialise, Adurant. Why aren't we seeing sales through any of these channels that have been in place for some time now.
-- GE bought a couple of printer companies yet they haven't bought SGLB. Why not?
-- Why hasn't more business been generated by the EOS M290? From some of the Q over Q updates RFQs and such are being received and pursued. Why can't we win these?
-- Adurant technologies collaboration to design a Big Data methodology, completed? Dropped? Part of an SGLB product?
-- Do the Metalfab printers have PR3D installed as an add-on or by default? If by default how much money do you get for each printer sold or does MetalFab buy directly from SGLB?
Regards,
Murray Winklebottom
Halloween's over, plus there's no room since I'm living in there.
I am realllllly taking a hit with $SGLB so I had to downsize.

Chin up Lucille Ball, I'll be representing "average joe".
That probably worries quite a few but fear not, my alter ego Dave will be asking questions.
Muhahahaha!!!

Common sense and a gal's intuition.
See my other reply to Geoffrey.
Regards,
Murray Winklebottom
Why isn't Sigma listed directly? Why is this new effort needed? Why isn't IPQA (tm) listed?
I'm simply going to ask if they're a part of this.
We can assume all day long but assumptions aren't moving the stock price in the right direction.
Regards,
Murray Winklebottom
You said "can't keep a good plane down" and I said "what plane?" What plane can't they keep down? The imaginary one?
Oh dear, this isn't good.
Will add it to the list of questions in some form or fashion.
Interesting to hear someone else's spin on this.
I'll probably prepare on Sunday just because I want to reference quotes of his or Vivek's but want to make sure I know when they were made. A few questions floating around in my large empty head:
- vivek said back on xxx date, it's time to start reaping the rewards. When will this happen,
- back on xxx you said we won't let this languish when referring to the split in reference to a future uplist. It appears to be languishing, your thoughts?
- do the metalfab printers have pr3d in them by default? How much is made for each printer sold?
- materialise updates?
- ge bought a couple of printer companies recently, why haven't they bought sglb? We still in lockstep? Whats preventing them from developing their own solution?
- if sglb pr3d is the golden goose why hasn't ge or hon bought systems yet?
- when do we move from test and evaluation to selling product? We seem to be stuck in test and evaluation mode
- burke porter, creatz, other channels, why haven't we've seen results here?
- specific plans for the loan?
- latest uplist estimates?
Obviously I'll cleanup the questions and will undoubtedly have more so if nobody asks any questions, at least Murray Winklebottom will.
Regards,
Murray Winklebottom
Well, piss on a monkey's uncle!
The good news is that I'll be able to make Monday's CC and will be asking some hard-hitting questions. I will probably be using a pseudonym instead of my real name in order to protect my identity.
Regards,
Murray Winklebottom
What plane?
This election is depressing. Hopefully the sglb cc won't be.
C'mon Bernie Sanders, you can do it!!!
#feelthebern

Murray Winklebottom
I can think of a few who will fall for it. *ahem*.
Someone's tag line needs to be updated!
C P Capital Securities, Inc will get us there...?
Maybe it should change to:
CP Capital Securities, Inc won't be able to take our money to the bank because we're not gonna pay those guys! We're gonna declare bankruptcy and then spin up a new shell and then steal more money from the investors for the next 20 years.
Capiche?!?!
A bit long for a tag line but at least it's accurate.
Regards,
Murray Winklebottom
1 more week until the CC! Fire up the questions!
I still think it's best to hold Mark's feet to the fire and to be unapologetic and firm in the approach but of course that's up to the individual asking the question.

Yeah my b. Float is 5.5 billion. 30 million volume again today, outstanding!!!
I should've just thrown a thousand at this, I'm such an idiot.
So pump it up folks, it'll take a miracle to bring this back up to .00x. Bring it up to .0x and I'll kiss each of you on the mouf.
Regards,
Murray Winklebottom
Wow, 30 million shares traded yesterday! Approximately 18,000 buckeroonies. Incredible!
Wait, what's that? There's a float of 10 billion?!?! Oh my!
All of these hopefuls are simply bagholders since it's such a lost cause. For me $17k at 1.7c now worth 600 bucks.
Holding out to realize my loss once I make that 17k gain elsewhere so keep going BLTA, at least until Jan 1 which buys me another year.
Regards,
Murray Winklebottom
Wow! This is fantastic news! Forget about the 10k that was never released or the loan that was defaulted on!
A geriatric and some guy named Frank resigned! The guy who lost his house, put together an 8 slide presentation and started a crowdfunding site is now the president!
I think it's all shortsighted, they should've made Barry president. He's a much better fit.
Can't wait to see the price action! Maybe more than 5,000 dollars will exchange hands today.
tldr; delusional schmucks
How many PR3D installs does GE have? 2? 3? If PR3D was the golden goose, wouldn't they have 10s of installs by now?
This is my chief concern.
I know Woodward has 1, but only 1.
Regards,
Murray Winklebottom
Toto, we're not in lockstep anymore!
You see, lockstep is Kansas. Nevermind.
Regards,
Murray Winklebottom
I will miss you terribly.
Regards,
Murray Winklebottom
I'm somewhat joking Kanya West.
At least we blew past what we traded yesterday. Go us!
2 weeks until the conference call! "Forget" the election, it's all about the Benjamin's baby!!!
Maybe a good question is "Mark, what the fuck is going on? Don't blow smoke up our collective asses, give it to us straight, man."
It can't hurt but maybe the tone and tenor can be improved. We can maybe change it to:
"Mark, sup?"
Regards,
Murray Winklebottom
Rumor has it that he's working on his own line of BBQ sauce.
The best we can do as a group is hold Mark's feet to the fire on November 10th.
I'm still unable to attend but I think Paul will be there. Hopefully others will as well.
If he doesn't answer a question adequately then lets ask a follow up.
Here's to hoping there are substantive updates and answers. Until then, we wait.
Regards,
Murray Winklebottom
If Woody had gone to the police, this would have never happened.
Maybe Brad Ware and Stevie Lee Stahler can do the reporting?
Remember those guys? My memberberries do!
