the pps is now in the half dollar range. NWBO better tell us something. I hope we don't see 20 cents before we see tld.
DavidW2,
The rewrite of the SAP was not done in a vacuum, IMHO. What are the chances the FDA will not agree with the new SAP when their British/European counterparts did? That would potentially result in Britian and Europe possibly approving DCVax-L and America not? What a shit storm this would be! I don't see this as likely for a variety of reasons... the first of which is the FDA recently created guidelines/processes to work with the foreign counterparts for the purpose of streamlining approvals and the most recent FDA guidelines on how they will deal with biologics seemed have been written in favor of NWBO.
Not saying your point of view isn't at all possible... it just isn't probable or practical, IMHO, given (1) the interim results, (2) the push to ramp up manufacturing (via CRL, Flaskwork and Swaston/UK), the FDA's guidelines that appeared to be very favorable to NWBO and a host other reasons.
IMHO...we are at the finish line. But what do I know?
True...
Hear! Hear!
Why is AMC not squeezing when shorts are closing out positions?!?!? Something is off.
Has anyone looked at Fintel's Short Interest Ownership page for AMC (https://fintel.io/sosh/us/amc)? It appears that most of the short have closed their positions and the ones who didn't, drastically reduced it.
Any reason why the stock hasn't run up significantly?
Citadel sold 75% 0f its AMC position? Is this correct?
Sorry if this has already been posted.

Thx. I agree.
Thx. I'm not following as closely as I use to. I hope this isn't insiders bailing.
WOW!!!! WTF!!!! We are under $1!!! What happened? Any negative news in the qtrly? Could this reduction in price be a result of those in the know bailing out?
Hear! Hear!
Or risk the bankruptcy of the entire financial market!
They'll just cheat three times as much on Thursdays and Tuesdays, lol.
Are you even aware of what the big guys are doing?!!?! They are buying AMC stock and call options and selling put positions.
If this is as screwed up as we think it is (for them), the government may have to bail them out to save the financial system. Hopefully, changes will be implemented to prevent this level of naked-shorting in the future.
Maverick_1, I didn't know you sold all of your position before the 2015 crash and bought back at 25 cents. Congratulations, if you actually did that.
I see your point but disagree that it was "pointless". Many people may feel that way because it was not about what some constantly want to hear-- .e. # of short shares, how the Squeeze will occur on Monday, how the shorts will be toasted, etc, etc (incidentally, I'd rather hear the reasoning behind these thoughts along with counter arguments). But, I think his message is wise and relevant.
I have no problem with youtubers or rappers or R&B singers. Some are trying to use whatever talents the have (or think they have, lol) to help the cause and help themselves in the process. Others, no doubt, are just riding the gravy train and could give a rat's ass about Apes. I think Trey is in the former group and think his message is, imho, prudent.
fwiw...probably nothing.
Here's an Ape with a great message:
What's going on? Why does Musk taunt Sanders with selling stock? By selling Musk pays more taxes right? If I were sanders, I'd want Sanders to sell them all, lol.
Thanks Mccain333, I was thinking that. I was trying to look at this crazy situation from a negative viewpoint: Could institutions be buying AMC to help shorts/hedgies land the plane?
I don't see how this won't end with a squeeze. Would be interesting to hear what others are thinking, especially from from those with opposing views.
Good lord man, no doubt you think NWBO is a scam. I understand why you think that but your reasoning is faulty, imho.
There are a hell of lot easier ways to scam investors than to plan, initiate and manage an international trial with over 80 sites in 4 countries (the US, Canada, Germany, and the UK) to test a vaccine that BP thought was a waste of time on the most deadly disease known to man... all while simultaneously getting manufacturing/commercialization up to speed. Usually scammers don't spend a lot of effort and significant amounts of their own cash to implement scams.
Also, when did NWBO become a scam? The last year, from the start, somewhere in between? Is LL or Ashkhan (the trial investigators) part of the scam? How about the 60+ medical experts who signed of on the interim report. Were they, too, scammers or just scammed like us? What about Flaskworks accepting a good portion of the purchase price in stock? Why would they do that? Are they, like us longs, crazy or could it be you are just wrong?
Absolutely ridiculous.

Anyone has access to Ortex to view Root Short interest info?
Shucks....I should have thought of that...
I can dream, can't I?
All I can say is I've traded NWBO stock over the last 6/8 months, primarily based on her charts, and benefited.
FWIW, Sojo has a pretty good track record wrt NWBO price movements imho.
Why do you think the trial failed?
Root has gone from $4.60 to $6.20 in 24 hours. It has a short interest is 36% with only a 52 million share float.
For those who bought yesterday (or recently), Congratulations!!!
DOJ will go after Citadel!
Deputy Attorney General, Lisa O. Monaco, in her Keynote Address stated:
Congratulations! That is a good strategy for your objective.
I see AMC as the ultimate, once-in-a-life-time momentum stock. The unprecedented shutdown of the buy/close button, the high percentage of daily dark-pool trades, the recent Federal Reserve report, and the fact that institution/whales are in (and selling their put positions) validates my position. My strategy is to buy at lows and hold to the end.
Though I said I wouldn't buy AMC options, I may buy some when the pps falls to the trend-line low and sell upon a decent run-up, rinse and repeat. But the taxes/fees may make this barely worthwile.
There is corruption...but when the Federal Reserve releases a report that says the entire financial system is at risk as a direct result of what's going on surrounding meme stocks (though they didn't mention the root cause extreme over-leveraging, PFOF, Dark-pools).
They know what the problem is. I do, like you think wall-street is corrupt and have so much power even over the legislature that it will take a cataclysmic event in order to overcome that power. It looks like we may finally get it.
What were you saying when the pps went to $45? What will you say when it goes to >$45? It will.
You damn skippy I did!
Yep. It is likely that these hedge-funds are not simply over leveraged. They have shorted and naked-shorted and used derivatives to leverage the already leveraged short shares and then they turned around and they robbed apes who purchased millions of shares but actually never received real shares only counterfeit shares.
When all of this shit come to a head, it is going to be epic... and all we have to do is stop yelling about the squeeze happening this day or that day. It will come but no one knows the hour. We just need to be patient and DO NOT GIVE THESE suckers our shares on the cheap!
No. It is down today for the same reason it fell from $72 back in June-- mainly (but not exclusively) desperation. Those who are over-leveraged to the hilt have no choice but to prolong the inevitable and hope for a miracle. Just look at the volume. AMC fell 11% on half the avg volume (which has been significantly low during the last 3-6 months). AMC has daily dark-pool trades averaging more that 60%! We will have a lot of these 'hits' as no sound-thinking ape believes these hedgies are going to give us billions of $$$ without a bloody, prolonged scorched-earth fight. This hit doesn't matter in regards to the FACT that at some point every short position will need to be closed and given the Federal Reserve's report on the damage the over-leverage could do to the financial market, I would guess these positions will be closed sooner rather than later.
Also, the entire market suffered today. Tesla lost 12% do you think investors have soured on Tesla too, lol?
Regarding your $10 flips, that strategy is not a bad strategy. But the short-term taxes could eat a bigger portion of your winnings. For me, I just buy when it falls and forget about it. I set some alerts for major price improvements and go live life!
Does it matter? At the end of the day those institutions/hedgefunds, more than anything else, want to make money too... more so than Aps (who want to change the system). Do you really think that if Black rock can run AMC up to $1,000 per share, they won't.
We have a perfect storm brewing. While it is clear AMC, GME and several other companies have been shorted to the extreme (and this is an understatement) as indicated by the buy/close button fiasco and the recent federal reserve reporting. At the same time, we have the collapse of China's real estate industry (THE stabilizing anchor in that economy) which WILL catastrophically effect the U.S. economy. Additionally, we have the highest reverse repo rates ever by an extreme magnitude which means banks feel they have nowhere to safely invest their money (or they, for some reason, see the need to hold cash) and, at the same time, we see the Fed beginning to initiate a safe landing by pulling money out of the economy by increasing interest rates and tightening SEC rules with a shit load of new regulations. On top of all of that, Apes who are holding AMC no matter what, have made the hedgies' superweapon-- their artificial intelligent behavioral algorithms-- obsolete right when the economy is teetering on the edge of crashing!
When the smoke clears, IMHO the Apes will be the last men/women standing.
Did you read the Barron's article? Doesn't that sound like a validation of what Apes have been saying about hedgies' over-leveraging? Sooner or later every god damn short position will have to covered which, according to the Federal Reserve, "could risk the [entire] financial system"!!!
