no volume again this sucks!
Seems like Canada is not really a good place to do business anymore
some volume today but not anything great for us
wasn’t the cusip change supposed to happen within 30 days of the filing a week or so ago?
Yeah im holding for a bit. I think we go over .01 in the near future. There is definitely the possibility of a run over .10 in my opinion
So there is a pink limited out there with more shares than AMIH and it’s at 2 cents. MDMP is the ticker and AMIH has a lot more going on than it
wish we had some volume
wow we have upward movement
They must operate under a different operating name in KS because thats my oil and gas area and I dont see them on KGS or the KCC. Man, 75 BOPD would be nice after those workovers. You can leverage that production for sure. Pretty cool they can do their own logs as well.
i’m looking forward to reading all of it when i get home from work shortly.
A friend who used to trade a lot told me about it recently. There isn’t a lot of info out there, which normally would be bad to me but with this I kind of feel like it’s exclusive. It beats the index year after year. I have been watching it thinking about just parking some money into it for long term like 5+ years. The fund managers have very good backgrounds.
Do you think we are headed to .000s?
it sure does
that ask lineup sure looks ugly right now
loos like everyone is leaving
what’s an AFE running these days for that area to drill 1200ft or so?
Is there deeper oil in the area?
Question for the board: With the news of the symbol change last Friday does this mean starting on Monday next week that shorts have to begin covering?
Also I really dont like what the new A/S is and I know some shares will be sold. However, I think if chunks of shares are used to acquire more leases and more production that would make great news for the stock price. We have a healthy oil price right now. Actually, all the years I have been in oil and gas the perfect price range in my opinion has always been $75-80 a barrel. Any less it gets harder on income, and more its just bad for the economy and consumer. Especially with shallow wells the lifting costs can be brought down and operating costs relatively low. The only problem with having shallow production is you need more wells to make a decent amount of oil so you are always buying parts like belts, hoses, valves, etc. I hope the gravity is good on their leases because heavy oil sucks to deal with! Especially when cleaning tools or when it gets on your clothes. On top of that you are usually forced to spend money on chemical to break the water out of the oil. Nothing more frustrating than finding out your load is getting rejected because your BS&W is over 3%.
Since COVID I know in my area of oil and gas operations a lot of the older guys are retiring and just dont want to deal with it anymore. Probably the same in north TX. A lot of owner financing options are available so im sure swapping some stock to acquire instant production is a very lucrative option right now.
To save on how much stock goes out for an acquisition I wonder if a smaller chunk of shares can be used and then payments out of production to the previous owner can be made. I am also curious if these leases have been water flooded yet. They probably have, but if they havent if they drill some new or workover existing producers into injection that could have a significant impact. Looking forward to that.
I have never been to the Electra or Wichita Falls area, but I bet there are wells all over the place that could be acquired. Usually all you have to do is hang out at the local oilfield supply store and ask the guys working there if they have heard any talk of anything available. If not then just drop a line saying "well im looking for some production". You do that I guarantee you will hear about something becoming available. For the right price of course! HA!
well i like that idea. buy some more production
Here is Cashcow's prediction/opinion on what could happen (or what I am betting on)
Shorts closing out their AMIH positions. Causing a run into the pennies....Maybe .10 or more? Symbol changes, the MM know the dumping is coming so then they short the crap out of the new symbol because they know there is a ton of dilution coming. Easy money for MM.
So they have from now until next April to do the R/S. So it looks like the split amount will be based on how many of those 1.9 BILLION shares can be dumped in a year time.
So is that always a thing when there is ticker change the short positions have to be covered? I guess that would make since.
So there is going to be a symbol change? I missed that
man i don’t know. i do know i’m getting out whenever the next run is. not sticking around for more dumps and splits. history is repeating itself here.
ong lol i was wondering why when i logged in and it had 10 million shares i was like wtf but it’s from yesterday.
big dump this morning wonder if it’s people getting out or the company beginning to dump like it’s 1999
only one dude there
damn we got screwed
oh that’s right i remember reading briefly about some technology they used or were planning on using. i’ll have to look it up
I wonder if anyone has tried using the gas gun in that area. I know I looked at doing an experienment on a shallow sand at 1,000ft in NE KS before covid. I was going to drill a new well to the Bartlesville sand (sits on top of the mississippi) and use the gas gun on 4 1/2 casing. Then they have a booster blast called "kraken" (for additional cost) that really rips into the formation. Then use a foam frac to complete. I bet it would flush like crazy after that.
Pretty sure they can do gas gun on slim hole wells, but I dont think at the time they had an application for the kraken. I know it costs more to drill 4 1/2, but its worth it in the long run for getting back down hole for whatever reasons.
this stock just keeps getting beat up, but i think going into summer we will get positive updates on bringing more production online. I’d love to be down there in texas to see the operations like the well pulling.
003’s? seriously?
i was wondering when it was going to get there
I would like to see this get pushed over .02 this week if thats possible
looking good here!
looks like another dead day as usual
whoa what’s happening here this morning?
i think there is definitely upside on those oil leases that is worth holding for. Just going to take some time to get wells pulled and all the work overs done. Depends on who they use to pull wells and how quick they can pull one. Probably gonna need to do a washout on each one they pull which will give us some flush temporarily.
Maybe drill a couple new wells. I know steel pipe was through the roof last fall when I was putting together an AFE. 4 1/2 casing in my area was $4.25 a foot during covid. When biden won and inflation went crazy it shot up to over $16 a foot. Ridiculous.
perfect! just wish there was something going on to release news about. the opec cut in production was good to see.
I sure hope that is not the case
