I wonder if anyone has tried using the gas gun in that area. I know I looked at doing an experienment on a shallow sand at 1,000ft in NE KS before covid. I was going to drill a new well to the Bartlesville sand (sits on top of the mississippi) and use the gas gun on 4 1/2 casing. Then they have a booster blast called "kraken" (for additional cost) that really rips into the formation. Then use a foam frac to complete. I bet it would flush like crazy after that.

Pretty sure they can do gas gun on slim hole wells, but I dont think at the time they had an application for the kraken. I know it costs more to drill 4 1/2, but its worth it in the long run for getting back down hole for whatever reasons.
