I didn't realize that he was still in Malaysia. For some reason I thought he returned late last week. Great tweet. I'm looking forward to his BIG updates.
I agree. I've had ONCI since 9/14 and I think it's primed.
I completely agree with you Lopus. Tonight or tomorrow's news could be about the audit, uplist ,third S&L location opening, gro3 and/or dividend . Take your pick. Either one should be a significant catalyst to move AMFE upward and onward, imo. I'm waiting for all 5 to be announced. . The first are the prime movers, imo.
This kind of post belongs on the http://investorshub.advfn.com/Amfilites-32054/ if I'm not mistaken. It appears to have nothing to do with AMFE, only possible RE transaction.
Thanks for your opinion but I don't agree. The extra costs associated with the delays will be minuscule compared to the significant revenue earned in the near and distant future. But you keep banging your drum lawton21 someone is bound to eventually pay attention & hear it ....
You guys are overreacting. Nog did not say Roger lied to us : Reread Nog's post below:
"To be honest Roger should have restaurant open date by now at first was in July I think still holding my 1750000 shares"
I'm also disappointed it's taking so long to open S&L 3 , however, I do understand that revisions were made to further enhance S&L 3. I'm disappointed the audit is taking so long also but I thought I read the audit did not really start until mid to late Aug, 2017.If that's the case the audit then becomes timely. But that's the way it goes. We will just have to wait a little longer for these two significant events to occur which will be very favorable to the growth of AMFE stock, IMO.
Sorry no screen shot, but the following is his last tweet on 10/24/17 :
On4 Communications? @on4company Oct 24
another 600 k in revenue with potentially $900,000 more! more revenue and updates later this week $ONCI

SWAG, I bet
You miss common sense. Where in your DD did you find out that the majority of shareholders are skeptical ? If you read the posts on this board you will find out the majority of posters are NOT skeptical. There are only 5-6 posters like you that are skeptical. Please post the results or your survey supporting your stmt. that the majority of shareholders are skeptical I guess I was not included because I did not receive a survey and I am 100% not skeptical. BTW Surveys can be initiated here on IHUB
Bet you receive another 200-250 well wishes Dogman. I enjoyed your posts and personal communications. Best wishes for you and your family./ Rg
Dogman, I started reading your posts in early March of this year. What I always admired about you was your inner strength , insight, especially abt Grozone, honesty, integrity and patience in explaining you position. God Bless you man and when I watch your Broncos play I'll raise my glass to you. Take care my friend.
First time I've seen or noticed AMFE mentioned on Yahoo Finance:
Marketwired•yesterday
Amfil Technologies Inc. Announces Fiscal Q1 2018 Revenues up 20,619% Year Over Year to $5,900,346 Setting A New Quarterly Financial Record For The Company.
Although it appears to have been removed when I went to recheck it.now.
Check out post #64590
That's what GTINSPECTOR said in an earlier post. Roger contacted him and asked if he could call in. Imagine that.... He ASKED to call in. Very humble guy and smart I might add.
I think the announcement of the Financials today is for us, the stockholders and the PR Monday is for the rest world. It's a heads up for us, imo.
That sounds like a great plan. Manufacture sub assemblies in Canada,US etc... , ship the sub assemblies to the site and complete assembly to the buyers specs.
Several times to both Ambrose and Roger without any responses. I guess its a trade secret, hahaha.
That's a good idea about mentioning it on My 2 Cents. I live outside the US and its impractical making long International Calls.
No one on this board knows the answer to your question RelayLou. I've been trying to find that out since April/May. I'd be interested to know if it's manufactured in a factory or onsite. Do we maintain an inventory of parts or finished products or what? As a retired Accountant I'm interested in those things. It's not a deal killer for me for I'm 100& behind AMFE and am long.
Was that at 0.175?
You'll do fine my friend with what you have...
Great write up Tuna
I agree and posted similar sentiment with my post # 121952
Breeze, I have been skeptical abt ONCI, although invested, until reading the last comment in today's PR :
"The reason why I have not posted the engagement letter with our accountant is because of changes our SEC consul advised. As soon as we get this done I will post it on Twitter."
I am now 100% into ONCI. This comment tells me either SB or one of ONCI employees is engaged with the shareholders & impresses me even more so than the debt reduction.
Welcome De302. Rocket is tops /tireless and brought me into AMFE late 2/17. However there are many, many knowledgeable posters tied for runners up. I feel the majority of posters fall into your third category, about 95-98%. AMFE is a strong stock and will be the darling of which ever exchange they are on in the near future.
I prefer "Doubting Thomas" myself as a former Director , Internal Audit .. or as Reagan said , "Trust but Verify". However, I do understand some people are cynical just to be cynical or a Smart A$$.
Taking a phrase from Good buddy, WOW MOM WOW
Then perhaps not naming names may be OK if the unaudited Financials have reflected the sales, which I have not looked at. Nice research Breeze. But I'm sure you would agree that not naming names does give one pause on this exchange.
R u watching this game Dog?
No. Not banished. He has stated in the past that he seldom posts when there is constant bickering on the board.
Le'Veon Bell had just 15 carries for 47 yards against the NFL's 32nd ran run defense in Pittsburgh's 30-9 loss to Jacksonville.a A Jaguars' run defense that was allowing 5.7 yards per carry prior to Sunday's game.
Conversely, the Steelers threw the ball 55 times against the Jaguars' top-ranked pass defense.
Tomlin had his game plan just the opposite what it SHB.
Dogman you sent me a PM but I don't think its for me,
After today's performance who knows which #7 will show up against the Chiefs next week.
I'm not a Cheattriots fan either. Has TB fired their FG kicker yet?
I believe the Steelers went into Arrowhead and beat the Chiefs 18-16 in the 2016 playoffs. Hope we do it again. #7 is 35. he has a few years left, imo.
Thanks for the invite Rocket but I'm not interested in Fantasy Football/Rg
The auditors may be reviewing Q1, FY'18 PI reconciliation to the General Ledger, however, I doubt AMFE would be able to prepare the reconciliation this quickly.
The inventory check so to speak is probably for the audit firm to review (audit) the reconciliation of the physical Inventory (PI) to the General Ledger Inventory balance as of 6/30/17 which was prepared by AMFE Accounting Dept. Generally with a company this size that review takes about a week.
Typically one takes a PI at the end of the accounting period , 6/30/17 in our case . The Audit team observes the PI to ensure the count is accurate and verifies the inventory exists. Subsequently a reconciliation is prepared reconciling the actual inventory on hand (PI) to the inventory balance in the General Ledger which basically reflects the balance or net of the inventory received and shipped, plus or minus any adjustments made during the accounting period under review.
I suspect the Audit report is completed waiting on the final review of the inventory and review by Management. After agreement on the Financials the audit firm issues it's certified opinion, the report is issued and AMFE is good to go......
