Remember everyone, HemaXellerate is under the watchful eye of many BP's.
There have been some major plays with the Regen team of late. A lot has happened in a very short period of time. It is not a coincidence that David Koos submitted that preliminary filing to increase the A/S (an increase that is very unlikely to happen. At least to that extent, anyway.) outlining the details of the purchase price for the Min Technology--you know, that little invention that silences genes... can you say cha-cha-cha-ching $$$?-- almost hurriedly it would seem based on the typos that are out-of-character for Koos--and the completion of the patent trademark for Hema.
Believe you me, they did not pay all the associated fees for trademarking and protecting every aspect of Hema if they were not certain it was soon to be found in a clinical trials near you. Nor would they go to the great lengths they have (and they are great) if they weren't pretty darn convinced the treatment is going to be successful in human trials. Or, perhaps especially even, the great lengths gone to if they weren't 100% confident in the Min science.
If you consider all of the minds associated with BMSN & ENTB and remember that they do all work together, you will have no other choice but to conclude that your money is invested in a team of doctors that have done nothing but get things done in the world of medicine!
PG predicts that when we get the much anticipated PR we are going to be awed by what we are reading. It will all be over but the crying for those that flipped for a few hundred or were of little faith and jumped ship.
Remember, the business of Pharma is a lot like the business of politics; when they want to know something, they want to know it now and are willing to pay for it. When they do, the info had better be something they can work with. Otherwise, they have no use for you and you might as well take your place in the long line of has-been's.
I have pointed this out before. Just asking you to keep in mind that Hema is not on this list because Fast Market Research needed a filler.
Will today be the day? BMSN!

There's my post for the day. Happy Friday!
FRIENDLY REMINDER TO ALL PLANNING TO ATTEND THE CONFERENCE CALL:
This call is about MEDS business only. Dr. Lewis will be there to answer our questions as it pertains to Medistem. This is an exciting opportunity for MEDS investors to communicate with one of the great minds behind the company.
Please limit your questions and thoughts to those pertaining to Medistem only. This is NOT the venue to discuss matters pertaining to BMSN or ENTB.
Please respect that.
Thank you!
Vindication? Not hardly. That is a preliminary document that, really, in the grand scheme of things, means nothing. It is sort of akin to one of those warranties you buy in Wal-Mart for an electronic item you purchase, THAT YOU WILL NEVER USE.
Much to my dismay and great pleasure to others of course, I have not been able to confirm the validity of the "document". Yes, some will say "but, it is an official SEC/Government document. It must be accurate". Well, I say that JFK was shot by Oswald on the grassy knoll. Alone.
NOT!
I have never understood how Koos operates or why he does the things that he does. Who am I but a lowly investor with a little bit of faith and knowledge in this particular investment? That said, I do not deviate from my original and ever staunch position in this:
REGEN BIOPHARMA AND THE DOCTORS THAT MAKE IT ARE GOING TO REVOLUTIONIZE THE WORLD OF MEDICINE AND CHANGE SO MANY LIVES--FOR THE POSITIVE--IN WAYS THAT FEW CAN COMPREHEND. Of this I have no doubt.
As of 9:06 in the PM EST, I have no conclusive argument for the ridiculous increase to 5B shares. Except to say that it very well (as I have already stated) might be a warranty that Koos will never have to use.
Shoot, it might even be a threat to a BP that wants to buy them outright. WHO KNOWS about this move?
I do know my knowledge of these scientist and the leaps and bounds they have taken with their inventions. And can say without pause,
MY SHARES ARE STAYING PUT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Goodnight most and nightmares to the rest of ya!
Long & Strong BMSN!
PS: Ya'll can keep on with the hate-mail....ain't bothering me too much.

BMSN!
Here is my one post for the day...AMEN to that, ohmyohmy!
How I wish everyone would STOP and READ the SCIENCE that IS BMSN & ENTB! THE BRILLIANT MINDS THAT COMPRISE THIS COMPANY! THE ACCOLADES! Wrap your heads around THE PROMISE. It is all there before you. Stop waiting on the little leprechaun to run from the rainbow with the pot of gold. Follow it...enjoy the splendor en route. It will be there!
As Hadrian said: "Brick by brick, my citizens. Brick by brick."
It IS coming.
Alright, I am back to work!
BMSN!
BMSN!Investing in anything carries some degree of risk. Investing in a start-up, definitely so. But, we all started someplace as did every single successful business to date. And we all required some degree of assistance to get our feet off the ground. Whether by holding someone else's hand, a bank loan, a private grant, a government grant, special financing, a co-signer, bus fare to get to and fro, the issuance of stock, etc., etc., etc..
Though the CEO has not jumped through hoops to submit PR's or initiate investor conference calls, darn near anything that a public can learn about this company is at their fingertips. And, to some great extent, Koos has been very transparent with what he is doing. Though it may not always make sense to those of us investing our money. But, that is part of the risk.
Could Koos have done more? Absolutely! But to insist he has not been transparent is way off the mark.
This company is comprised of and assisted by some truly remarkable scientists who are respected by many across the globe. Though the medicine is not altogether new with the minds that have studied it, it is very much in its infancy with respect to application in the big wide world.
Hold strong BMSN folk, everything you need to know about this company is there for you to see. You know what you have. But, if you are uncertain just read the stickies or further your research, utilizing the vast amount of information readily available.
That's my one post for the day.
BMSN!
So here is my one post for the day:
There are varying opinions on the possibility of stock value at the current structure. I prefer ole One-eye's breakdown of course as it looks so much pertier. Based on what I have found with other bio and pharma stocks, I can see those values and then some. Just by virtue of the fact that there are several different ways Regen can obtain revenues with their treatments and discoveries, some of which they can have at least 10 year exclusivity if they opt to take through trials, without selling outright to a BP, and having said treatment marketed through and for them. That means mega $$$ of course, depending on the treatment. That, although not part of the plan that Koos has spelled out (at least not that we are privy to), is very plausible once they have generated substantial revenue from selling patents and a couple of licensing's.
So, all that said, if Regen generates an income of let's say a 1/2 billion dollars in the next five years (it could happen!), what could the pps be? Or, let's say 200 million next year because a BP bought Hema 1 & 2 from them? What would the pps be? Or, 350 million resulting from deals for the siRNA use?
What is the potential of the pps with significant income and not as the income is today?
Thanks in advance.
Glad you talked to him and he was able to instill some confidence. Very nice fella, isn't he?
Not glad he was inundated with calls by scores of morons, however. I do hope he changes his number.
Thanks for your great post!
BMSN!
Thanks, Blushing. Perhaps a similar call will take place with BMSN. Ultimately however, Koos will determine that.
I am finished with the place now. I suppose I better bow out while I can still do it somewhat gracefully--I do not handle ignorance for the sake of ignorance well at all.
Good luck to most of you. Don't lose faith in BMSN!
Thank you.
You have GOT to be kidding!
Well, Mr. Dude McGregor, on 17 July @ 5:15 EST I spoke with Dr. Thomas Ichim, the CSO of Regen, whereby he informed me that there was indeed a second round of questions with the FDA and that the responses had been submitted. Further, he was confident that that second round would complete the Q&A and that trials would soon be forthcoming. He has no magic ball however and no one ever really knows what the FDA might pull out. However, his confidence was more than apparent to me.
Please don't listen to Sierra...Sierra is a clown.
Do you read the stickies?
I'll second Meach's "wow"!
Porky, the second round of questions were completed before 18 July; as of 17 July @ 5:15pm EST, the responses to the second round of questions with the FDA were being awaited.
Perhaps today, however.
That type of thinking is almost revolutionary on this board! Good for you. Your wisdom will pay off handsomely, I have no doubt.
BMSN!
I can't remember, did I already provide this wee look:
http://www.researchandmarkets.com/research/b385n8/aplastic_anemia
You will find that that little creation called Hemaxellerate is included. You know, that one so many wish to debunk as part of a scam?
They also file the request prior to that. No such filing is in place.
No, I am not employed by the FDA. Understand that, please. I do not work for the FDA.
I am affiliated with the government. But, it's military and defense related.
So, I have no "inside" info. If I did, I would not be communicating on this or any other biotech board.
I am glad you noted that, Jack. I was going to say the same thing but figured it would get deleted asap. Has a longer shelf life when you post it, generally. :-P Thanks!
Back on the road now.
You know who you are...
As Churchill said:
The truth is incontrovertible. Malice may attack it, ignorance may deride it, but in the end, there it is.
So, on that note, long & strong BMSN. Stop looking for it with bated breath. You're only feeding those that thrive on negativity. It's coming. If you look at the picture as a whole, only the above mentioned could possibly think that great things are not soon to come our way.
BMSN!
An update on the status of current trials: Dr. Ichim is "pleased" with the current status; the patient response is very reassuring. Trials are going as planned and responses are as hoped & anticipated.
Considering that they are currently in trials, this is all I can say at this juncture. If you are invested in MEDS, thank your lucky stars (I know I do). If not, perhaps you should conisder jumping aboard. Even if your investment is a modest one by some standards.
If you want further details on the works of Dr. Ichim, please see me on BMSN.
Good night, all.
Tee, hee, hee. I have mentioned that I have a wickedly unorthodox sense of humor, haven't I?
However, I am done. So off to bed she goes!
Night, all. I am truly amazed by the conversation I had with Dr. Ichim today. I truly am!
Oh, have to go update MEDS. Night. ya'll.
See, I have to leave this discussion alone; I have expended way too many brain cells to take ya'll on tonight. However, tomorrow is another day!
: - P
Thanks. BUT HUH?
Again, Porky, it was my pleasure. I am such a fan of Dr. Ichim's and Dr. Min's. I'll have to admit, if I were to converse with Dr. Min after this, I would fall over in a dead faint and ya'll would never get a report.
Ahhh! I've gotcha. And very true. So, very true!
Thank you for that.
Absolutely!
There was nothing tongue-in-cheek about our conversation. I am not a tongue-in-cheek kind of recipient. My communication, from the third word, is indicative of that.
Yes, Porky, that is correct. His account was established early in 2012. Before today, there were no posts by Dr. Ichim. Again, without going into details (I did not ask if it were permissible for me to state how it is that he made his way to the board today) today was the first he was aware of the extent of the activity.
Thank you, Jay. Thank you.
Back at ya!
Porky, my ex's will tell you I am a lot of things (tee, hee). However, they will tell you that I do not BS and I am honest enough that it is considered a major flaw.
The conversation took place and what I have posted is the gospel truth.
Yes, Capt. that is he (they).
LOL! Both mine knew from an early age NOT to bring me their fish to take off the hook. I showed them once and refused to show again.
Now they argue science and can tell me the difference between exogenous and endogenous variables whilst removing said fish and insisting each has caught the biggest (though mom always does).
THAT is them arguing BMSN science and being country all at once.
Congrats on your 17 years!!!
"if"...tsk, tsk.
The pleasure really was all mine. But, you are very welcome!
I encourage, nay, implore, anyone who has doubts to research Dr. Ichim's and Dr. Min's work. Once you have done so, ask yourself, "would these two great minds affiliate themselves with a company that is looking only to fleece its investors?"
Oh, and contrary to what many think, Koos is not privy to what is on these boards for the most part (he should be soon though after my conversation with Dr. Ichim). They are so busy with what they are doing that they really are none-the-wiser. It was almost a fluke, I guess you can say, that Dr. Ichim attended the MEDS board today.
Ya'll gotta love a woman that ain't afraid to take a fish off a hook!
Absolutely my pleasure, J.
Thank you, Rocco!
