I've been watching this for over a year and well, I always knew a RS was likely. It has a purpose and no matter what, it always stings no matter if it's a factor of 3 or 60 but what I can't help thinking here is that the urgency to do it now is what's really important and although we think we know why, we really don't. I am optimistic so I think that there are deals in the background and they may be pressured to do so now but at the same time this isn't my first rodeo with a RS and I'm keeping my eyes on the road and WIDE open.

Another thought, The conference is welcome news if they are going to have General Powell endorse them or they are gonna wow the world with significant developments that are not yet widely known, but if it's a desperate move to attract business and investors that are going to need a great deal of selling and a long courtship, well then I'm afraid we are hitting a critical point in the development of this company and things could get ugly.

I'm optimistic that it will all pull together because the other alternative is to go south, like past the South Pole. They need big contracts and I suspect that they have something worked out otherwise it's a Hail Mary pass in the last 10 seconds of the game for us at the conference in Sep.

Look, from where we all sit, really there are only 2 things that matter and they are imperative. 1st we need to uplist and second we need to turn a profit in the 90 days that follow. And I mean a real juicy profit.

One good thing that usually happens is that there usually is a slight but STEADY increase in the PPS for the companies participating in the days leading up to the conference. Does it hold post conference??? Well, not always but when it does it's pretty sweet!

Truth is, based on my experience, that the data needs to be explained no matter what direction it goes even if it can't be explained by the study itself researchers will want to "tease all they can" from the data to avoid bias and confounding results. And sometimes even if its impossible to do so, resources will be exhausted to ensure face. That is, no one wants egg on their face and frankly, it's understood that although all of the obvious errors have been eliminated and the most unlikely errors will never be totally eliminated the data set needs scrutiny 10x that of beyond reproach... This is the scientific way.

It takes 15 min tops. They have designed studies before and they know exactly what metrics need to be analyzed but for whatever reason they need several days to let the data marinate.

Daub at this point I would like a 30 day quiet period followed by a press release indicating that Aspire is history and can kiss our collective ass because we have ourselves a deal!

Reducing our number of shares by a factor of 40 sure takes the wind out of our sails when we go to sell so even though I would tend to agree a higher share price is heading in the right direction there's just no guarantees we will get a ROI after up listing.

As for mms, this is not the forum and there's little to be gained but I'll leave everyone with this: the law of supply and demand works until a MM meddles.

I respect all views especially those that are Savy on the technicals so please no harm meant but there is no volume so all these moves are MM driven in my opinion. Not a big deal for us longs but I just had to get my 2 cents out there as I see MMs as the biggest legalized criminals the world has ever seen. Cabel, many here share your frustration but just imagine if there was no B. We would stressing over P but in any case there's nothing we can do to speed up K. I remain very optimistic that a B deal is in the works and that will not only increase the PPS but will also solidify the future of K and all the other letters in the alphabet ;)

Great find! I often wonder about that compound and why we haven't had updates. I assume it's because the focus has been on K so there hasn't been too much dough laying around to advance it.
