I will clarify that he was adamant that a RS would be used to help get on the Nasdaq. For that purpose, he was PR0-RS. This can be verified by many posts that occurred in Feb on this topic by others who spoke to him.
I told him it would be great if they could get there without it, but that conversation happened before we knew the OS went up 600 million shares.
will they PR it and make it a public announcement for record and not something that can be deleted from twitter later? that would be beneficial for all to PR it.
Greg thinks we are low intelligence no memory investors
that would be great. really looking forward to reviewing the consolidated fins
I guess Greg changed his position on the subject since my call with him in February because he was pro-RS during that call. we spoke about it for quite awhile.
Those contacts have been the same since January, go ahead and check. Same info every PR
GTSM is walking the ask down to their bid to catch shares. Others just falling for it.
Green on sub .01 shares, the rest I hold are "freebies" took profits at .06 .05 .04 and .03
If I dumped what I have left VYST wouldn't even feel it lol
Rah rah rah pps is going down and has been for a long time. The trend is bearish. Rah rah rah lol
Maybe getting rid of IR would put VYST in the black! Roflmao
Who are you talking about? I'm green here
This week's tweet cost VYST $3,750
1 week of gregs salary. Why do we even need IT at this point? Waste of money.
now you see why the PPS is going down, nobody slapping the ask heh
give me a break buy volume is only 375k
sell is 1.8 million!
give credit where it's due, the PPS decline is on VYST and VYST only
Greg's salary is $180k/year + discounted shares
Way overpaid IMO
Noteholder 2
Origination 11/01/18
Due Date 08/01/19
Interest Rate 12%
Conversion discount 35%
Note Amount $247,500
Reference section F-14 on recent 10k
Just keeps going lower and no word from the company
I imagine hiring a pro IR firm would be way cheaper
It would be a shame for IR to end up in court hmmmm
I personally think that IR thinks we are all fools and low intelligence investors
I'm with you man, I'm at a loss for words. I asked Greg to share the restricted/unrestricted shares with us on June 6 and he said he would try to find out. nothing. when we spoke in Feb OTCQB seemed like a possibility, still nothing and where are the friggin financials?! I thought they were done about a month or so ago?
good thing i saved those text messages. might come in handy some day. having Greg as a consultant protects VYST but not Greg individually if you know what I mean.
/shrug still got a few peanuts here only because my sweet girlfriend still believes we should hold some. bless her good heart.
happy shareholders are your best marketing team
2.7 million T-trades, not bad
hope we get news soon
$NTRR
no T-trades yet $NTRR
so the key word being intentional not "fins are not done being audited"
we can talk in circles if you think that will confuse me so let's try again.
1.) They PR'd a buyback already. so disclosure has been made
2.) nobody knew they bought any until they saw the fins, doesn't matter the amount, it's that the fact they did was in the fins, which was a surprise, good or bad.
3.) the 8k disclosed they would release the fins within 70 days of the filing. SO, I'm asking YOU to clarify why this is illegal.
but they already PR'd that they were going to do one. so it's not with holding good news then is it? nobody even knew they bought $30 worth until the fins. so what about that?
if they have 70 days to file financials and disclosed it publicly, which they did in the 8k and already PR'd that they were going to do a buyback that had no time frame or expiration would it still be illegal?
GTSM on the ask and nobody slaps him
the only reason i can think of is for buyback other than that, none
dont expect a logical answer because there isn't one
can't defend it
I only have 3 g's here, peanuts to me
thanks for stopping by $NTRR
I agree, nice base forming

I know for a fact that NITE executes orders for Etrade. Confirmed with them on the phone. Etrade uses several MM's to execute orders. NITE and CSTI are common for them.

lololol this will break upward in due time $NTRR
great LinkedIn profile:

that is a realistic break even, can be achieved but VYST needs to release those consolidated fins
Steve Rotman chose Vystar because of the exclusivity it would give him on a product line and patent for use in furniture products. that would be what is supposed to be called competitive advantage.
better thank stinky pinky 1 billion OS turds that don't deliver financials with their 8ks
sure like every start up in OTCLand lol
volume is less than 4 million
