Well it is going to be a sad day in a few months. In September (actually Aug 27) I will start a residency at a hospital in Lubbock to get certified in pastoral chaplaincy where I will start working with parents of terminally ill children. I take a huge pay cut for the first year and really don't think we need the gas bill.

Debbie is already living in Lubbock since she was offered a job and with the job market as it is we needed to take that offer. We found an apartment that is only 3 miles from her work and 4 from the hospital so we are going to become bike commuters.

I sure do hate getting rid of her (the truck...lol)but she does have 280k hard miles.

Sweet ride. I would show a pic of my F150, 2002, SuperCab, 8ft bed and 4 wheel drive. But, I bought it to run through the bottoms and creek beds of Southwest Virginia. She is scratched up but has only been stuck twice and both times it was because I had the front bumper on one side of the creek and the rear bumper on the other...lol

My lady pulled many a truck out of bottoms and purrred while she did it!

My grandfather taught me the best vehicle a man could by was one he could....af-FORD.

do you like TD's L2 better than eTrade Pro? eTrade says you have to have 40? trades a quarter to get it free. But, I think all you have to do is ask. They have given it to me.

I have been real happy. Take that for what it is worth. I havn't traded BIG volume yet so I get filled pretty quick when I do it correctly.

There customer service has been about the best I have ever seen!

My only complaint with them is they will not allow trailing stops, but others will not allow any kind of stop losses so I can't complain too much. I just favor the concept of trailing stops.

LOL... I always remember as a boy we would want to buy "fire crackers" and dad would never stop at the stand we passed each day.

Finally one year he got tire of it and stopped. We thought we were going to get some firecrackers. Wrong, we got out of the truck he pulled out a 10.00 bill and lit it, let it burn and said "Ok, boys, get back in the truck we just burned up 10 dollars and think of how many groceries that would have bought"

I guess the moral of that story was that groceries were important in the early 60's!
