First BFAR in a SEC file has already mentioned who the Auditor is. Second, look at the chart and see if anyone is selling, and I mean selling with volume. No, but what I do see is two huge seperate resolute buying with volume.

To fcpgalltheway and his followers I ask you all to be realistic and ask yourself, If I was a bank I would want to know where are the assets to use as collateral and where are the profits that the company is generating in order to know that I will be paid back with interest? Come on, use simple common sense and ask yourself this.
With the authorized count of 300,000,000 shares, the best route to take is to sell shares to rise capital! It's that simple or Bankruptcy. With the sell of 100,000,000 shares at a discount of .08 to a MM, that would give the company a cool 800,0000 dollars!

Re: 10-K needed now
Loupai, right now I'll take any news from BFAR about the status of the 10-K's. Perhaps a timetable of some sort will help.
Rec
Yes short selling is gonna drive this stock down and that is a good way of making money here.
Recta!
fcpg all the way, I have a suggestion for you!
Since you have proven what kind on an investor you really are by going all the way in fcpg, why don't you buy as much fcpg as you can, when ever you have the money to do so!!! Yes, this is the best route for you to go!!!
Keep buying up em shares fcpg ALL the WAY!!
Recta!
Once the 10-K's get filed with the SEC, all negatives will become invalid because the 10-K's will get the stock moving up again, and this time with significant, concise and meaningful movement.
The fundamentals will take over to hold the stock price in a upward diagonal movement .
The 10-K's fillings is all that matters now!
Rec
That's right, the 10-K's are a coming and that will send this skywards!!!
Recta!
Well, with major dilution coming it will go lower.
10-K's to be submitted in the near term? Could this be the reason no one is selling?
Rec
I am sure that the reason is for mm's purposes and could impact the way stocks trade for the better.
Rec
JUST WANT AN UPDATE ON THE 10-K STATUS
THAT'S ALL FOR NOW
That 10-K alone pushed the stock 4 times higher. Now imagine what the 10-K's will do to the stock with all the months and months of built up anticipation.
Recta!
WE NEED AN UPDATE ON THE 10 -K'S
BTW: Great find Danman!
Re: 10 -K
I like the rest of us are waiting for the blast off that will occur once the 10K's get filed. It's all about timing for BFAR. If the share price goes down, I will be buying. The MM's won't let anyone buy for 7 cents right now. They want 8 cents a share. So time is of the essence here. If the stock price declines a little lower from the weak hands (those that decide to sell and move on to another stock) and the big buyer steps up again than we should expect the 10k's.
Recta!
Which is why one poster here is angry that he bought at .08 and .10 shares of BFAR and sold them all at .05 only to buy into another stock which is slowly declining. His hope is that he can try to convince people that BFAR is not in business so that he can hopefully get in at .05 before the BIG POP. He hasn't mentioned yet all the powerful subsidiaries that own a handful of shares though!
Recta!
None of them would be foolish enough to sell their shares at the current price but rather buy shares knowing that the 10K's are coming soon.
Recta!
Finally Giant Fortune 2,000,000 shares
The last subsidiary that holds a lesser amount of shares.
Talent Peak Limited 4,250,000 shares
And yet another powerful subsidiary that owns 8.5% of the shares
Power Step Investments 4,250,000 shares
Yet another powerful entity.
Enhanced Way Investments 4,250,000 shares
Another powerful entity that owns 8.5% of the shares
COB Yanhua Han and his 14,875,000 shares
Not worth very much for now.
Just wait for the 10K's and then it will change.
Thanks Wallas for the update. BFAR really and I mean really needs to get those 10K's filled soon or investors will start to loose confidence fast. One thing though, there hasn't been much of any selling so that makes me think that those that bought and are holding must have a reason to do so.
Rec
I reckon that the 10K's are coming by June.
Rec
WEBSITE DOWN!
Wonder if I can get some shares for .07?
Recta
You are waiting for people to sell their share like me. I think though that those that are holding may be ones who know that the audits are going to be submitted - near term. Recall, I said that once a public announcement is made of behalf of the company, than it is no longer inside information. Anyone at that point can purchase shares in the open market and it is totally legal. This would include auditors and company.
Recta!
Just sell: Here's why
Could me months and months before the audited results are released?
You could be making money on other stocks rather than holding here for a long time.
Rec
Will the MM's walk this down again?
My guess is yes.
Time to sell!!
Recta!
My guess is that people are holding on tightly to their shares for now.
Rec
Bfar and the auditor reserves the right to buy or sell shares after news that may influence the trading of the stock is made public.
Recta!
Time to sell and take your profits before they disappear.
Be wise!
Recta!
Will go lower...Here's why:
People wake up! This company will take it's sweet time before filling. Investors will become impatient and sell within time. Once the stock drops to the 5's and 6's the company will release the filings after they get as many shares as possible for themselves including the auditing team.
I wouldn't expect filings for months to come.
Be wise and sell!
Recta!
In a couple of months this will be lower imo.
Time is of the essence here.
Recta!
Fcpg, I took part of your advice and sold a little and if your wondering, Yes they sold fast. Someone is hog buying up shares btw. The only thing that will get this to drop is time. I don't know what it will drop to, but it will be on days when there is little selling and buying. The mm's will try to take out those that have placed stop losses when they drop it. There is, as I previously said, very little selling on the down side, and when the big buyer buys, he buys in big numbers.
Recta!
I'm talking in general about what bitter posters are seeking when they attempt to discredit a company. Bfar has never been accused of fraud, ever.
Rec
We could touch 0.23 hight as it did on Dec 5, 2011. Let's see where this will run to!!!
Rec
Clearly no one is selling and I believe that we are on the last and final phase of the accumulation process. The next step is to hold up the price and to let it drop some as time goes by. Then we will get another accumulation of shares, like the one that happened from 2/7/12 to 2/14/12. Then afterwards we will se the explosion in share price as the 10K's get filed.
Rec
Guys what are the chances that bfar will file?
I can despairingly say that if there are large discrepancies too large to reconcile with the SEC than it would be in the best interest of the company to not file till a new year with financials take place. Perhaps 2011 is an accurate 10k vs the 2010 and prior. On the other hand, if there are small discrepancies that can be worked with, than they should file all the past 10k's. Bfar did in fact state in a pr released on Dec of 2011, that financials were robust. Would bfar intentionally sabotage their company in light having hired an auditor to work on their financials? Could this be what is going on behind the veil?
Thoughts?
Rec
That probably was fcpgpalltheway that sold out.

Question regarding 10K Filing
Guys I have a serious question. Because it was not bfar fault that Davis had their licensure revoked and bfar became default in their financial reporting, does the company have to file the past 10k's or can they just file 2011 10k and still be in compliance with the SEC?
