Once the 10-K's get filed with the SEC, all negatives will become invalid because the 10-K's will get the stock moving up again, and this time with significant, concise and meaningful movement.

The fundamentals will take over to hold the stock price in a upward diagonal movement .

The 10-K's fillings is all that matters now!
