Yes I know that. My feeling is before you have a product that goes in peoples bodies you want to test it and make sure no one dies! Then when no one dies you launch a massive marketing campaign such as what SunPeaks did! Then sorry to say the people who got in early paid for it and here we are now seeing if this 1st product can sell when introduced into a large market! I believe it will and there will be more to follow....

Great job Grubes! Far beyond any I have seen. As for what I consider some shady business practices. Calling a play for free trial a launch! Especially since it was not even ready to be up and running at the time! Now the buzz word is waiting to "go live" Announcing CP Baker as a shareholders relations when they rarely answer the phone for us or questions and don't call back! Filing those reports last Feb 2011 to SEC then withdrawing a few days later then none since. Calling ATIG when they really answer the phone or call back. Then if they do act like they have something to say but can't tell you because of inside trading! Joke.. If they would just release what they claim to know it wouldn't be inside knowledge anymore now would it? Forget about all the other ridiculous spending practices! I am glad I have served a purpose with you guys today and got you out! I'm on my iPhone and don't care if I can't spell if that's the best you can do...

They're not providing proper registered financials with SEC. Some of those are not even signed with errors on dates last I checked etc. Unless it is filed with SEC I would not trust those reports!

Just go to sears.com search: Clotamin. A lot more distributors are picking up on this! Why would they do that if it doesn't sell? Answer: it is selling... Just the beginning! Why would Walgreens, Ira's Pharmacy, Sears, etc... Do business with a scam company? Answer: they're not a scam company! I have been told by several walgreens officials that they check out any company and it would not make it to their website if something was shady....

Yes based on a report "as of" March 31 2012! The good news is we won't have to wait long now for 30 days from June 11 th if that is what they meant and are going out of business? I think SNPK will still be in business just fine! >( Going Concern

Here is a recent 10-q from a company that has been in business since 1969 and just announced a major contract with SO. The company is CNLG they are currently at .07. The company took some bad derivative losses the last few years and has been a "Going Concern" ever since! How many more do you want? I would rather not spend too much time on this issue! I must say that I have had a few penny stocks with " Going Concern" for years now and have seen many others that are still around! Do you really think SNPK will fold up in 30 days because they are out of money? Especially since they just scooped millions of dollars in one of the best first promotion pumps ever! You are right once again WSS. Retirement age is closing in for our leader. I have suspected that is what CP Baker is all about. Taking money and putting into other non reported investments other than ATIG. Of coarse I don't know that for sure. But from what I have gathered shareholders support they are not!.

Nice way to do business and treat your long shareholders that are their only source of income! Great, no more easy money from me! That explains the price .002 because they think like you! It's all old news now but still current. $3500 a month condo in Newport Heights California! Main office in PA was really a personal home condo from what I have heard and seen in a picture when someone did an address check awhile back in Late Nov 2011 . That's a good one! Did you send in a tip to FNRA to find out who they are talking about? Sure does sound like SNPK! The facts that they are keeping up with filings and are on Walgreens and have radio stations and sport stars promoting are very hard to dismiss as fraud. I am sure and was told by several walgreens pharmacies they check these companies out thoroughly. We will see?

Revenue on 10-q was much more than I thought it would be! Also losses where much less considering marketing, set-up costs etc..

I get all the APS emails good riddance to them here! Shouldn't that crowd have moved on to GWBU by now? I think last check was a $20 target at 1.62 ha ha... Atleast SNPK has a product you can verify, walgreens.com ebay, amazon etc.

So are cereals or whatever? The price will come down. I called Investors relations guy a week ago he answered the phone and told me "they are feverishly" working on getting the 10-q out and will! Looks like they did! I don't buy stocks to make quick money and get out. I have to believe in what they are trying to do! I believe they are really trying to get something going here. People got caught up in the euphoria at first and were not thinking about the actual value of this stock at the time. Price is good right now! May go lower whatever 3-6 months out I see $1 easy...
