"...he has NOT shown to a potential customer hat he can produce quality consistently YET. "
I guess it depends if you consider the army to be a customer? They certainly have seen the potential...
Well said! Makes a lot of sense.
Well, that's interesting and it seems to provide a lot more information than what Kim has provided us in the PR.
This article leads me to believe that the entire 1M$ will be paid to KBLB, as the tests will be done by the army on the DS fabric provided to make the shoot packs, only to make further adjustments to DS! Which also means that the army will likely follow with a larger order for DS!
Am I seeing right?
Very interesting info! Thanks Eska!
Strip the walls in the house and it makes a nice place to put the worms! I guess it can be transformed any ways possible!
I'm amazed by what you consider to be nonsense. Those trees and the facility (because the PR also talked about the facility) are critical to our business. Those trees will provide the food to our primary resource, i.e. spider silkworms! Those trees will allow the Company to cut the cost of production within this year!
That PR was a good example of follow through that I expect from the Company to regain trust and credibility.
That said, of course, we are all waiting to see news about a customer and a large scale production, which are also follow through pieces, as they were mentioned to be coming, eventually...
Same here, I'll believe it when I read it...as long as it is not presented as forward looking!
Yep! The last PR was a good example of follow through that I was looking for and appreciate.
It may not have an impact on the PPS but it shows progress against the Company's plan.
It must have been bullish in the last 6 years, just for you!;O)
"I don't know if SSM is in the mix or not."
That's the thing, we don't know anything...but after almost 6 years without anything related to SSM, I consider the silence to be a admission of failure...but hey, Kim should not admit failure, shareholders should only rely on his forward looking statement as evidence of success!
"I don't think it would be a good thing to have the CEO come out and repeatedly talk about how he screwed up."
He doesn't have to, the lack of follow through and the lack of results speak for itself. That's why we are still on OTC.
There is no food to attract him...
Mojo, you realise that even in his most conservative timelines, Kim has proven not to be of reliance! This is why we are still at 6 cents per share!
I don't think this is a competition for our stock. Different materials with different properties, each have their advantages and inconveniences.
If that is true, it is a phenomenal invention! Incredible potentials!
I guess it won't be any different than what I have seen in the last six years!
Something similar to the army contract maybe, ie new shipment of a sample to WM for a major brand with purchase of x quantity if satisfied...
Or
Major Vietnam news, ie approval by both the central and regional gvt on the investment with x farm...
Hard to say...
Hope we get a PR tomorrow with gigantic news!
Ok then, what's left, a client or a partner?
Thanks Romans, your confidence is at least some comfort...
So the "other" source would likely be WM, a client or a partner???
Probably the same board member who told the government that it should protect this "incredible textile" from foreign countries....look no further!
Yes it does make him a poor communicator. A good communicator communicates what the audience needs to know (ie what the audience want to know) and in the language and format of its audience (ie the share holders and potential ones).
The question then is, where are those small quantities going, and for who are they being produced?
Yep, seems that Kim has the finger on the trigger but he is unable to aim!
This spider sense letter is very well written. It clarifies a lot of information provided previously!
Thank you Kim and cie!
Previous news letter were sent early in the morning (around 7 am)...
Yes you are right too!
You're right, I got confused with the news letter we receive via e-mail!
The SS is monthly, and yes it is January 31st.
I sense some irony in your questions, but I like them!
First time we are being told that a newsletter is coming on a specific day (if I'm not mistaking). This does not seem to give any additional confidence to the market...?
It is progress in the right direction! Mass production on its way!
We'll see...
There is also talk about implementation of TPP without the US, this will become a great opportunity for countries like Australia, Japan and Canada! Thank you Trump!!!!
"Mine is that if Trump knows anything he knows business and he is certainly for our interests and the interests of textiles here. Good things will happen IMO."
My view is that Trump may know business (he is a poor exemple but not my president) but he is there for his personal interest first and then the American interest! If his silk clothing line of business is not significant, any business related to silk will go without being under his radar, specially if costs would increase from any of his intervention!
By the way most of his interventions on getting production to occur in US rather than other countries will result in increased US debt (because US will have to subsidize), inflation (cost of production superior than other countries will result in increased prices of products) and ultimately recession!!!! America was great under Obama but will slowly go down (as it closes on itself), seems that a great portion of Americans don't understand that.
That's not news but an analysis of the Company's potential??? Very interesting perspective though!
All a forward looking statement that means nothing until we are told what the company is and how much production this will generate...
I'm sure there are many that feel the same way! I do...
I would think that an uplisting is more likely to happen (given the right conditions) than a buyout, because Kim has already indicated the consideration for uplisting and because Kim has already indicated the consideration for acquiring an existing entity for production or JV or collaborative agreement (buyout has never been mentionned, but I would be very surprised to see a PR that states company x wants to buy company y, those are normally behind the scene conversations and usually mentionned in media articles as rumors, the investors are typically informed via a voting request...).
Only my opinion.
"At least one BIG investor is waiting for a "particular" development, to "enter"...when this happens, volume will rise dramatically(PPS will follow)"
So if that particular development happens, which in my view would probably be a confirmation by the army on their satisfaction of the shootpack tests (resulting in the second part of their contract to take effect), this will certainly be PRed by the Company.
So I'm not sure this is about the quality of the communication rather than the actual event happening and being communicated!
