So if that particular development happens, which in my view would probably be a confirmation by the army on their satisfaction of the shootpack tests (resulting in the second part of their contract to take effect), this will certainly be PRed by the Company.

So I'm not sure this is about the quality of the communication rather than the actual event happening and being communicated!
