LOL I wouldn't listen to Sykes if he was the last man on earth!
I agree, I think beamin1 is good people. I've followed him on twitter for several weeks. I started doing dd and started accumulating thanks to him making me aware of this stock. It's actually the only wolfpack stock I'm in and it's not really a Wolf play.
I trade a lot of stocks, but I only post on those I go long in. I don't trade my longs, it just seems I'm defeating my whole purpose. Just the way I roll. LOL
I didn't say you had an agenda. I've been in stocks enough years to know that people play the trends both ways (Buying/Shorting)while they were waiting for a stock to mature to it's potential.
I'm not convinced this was all dilution either. Tim Sykes (well known penny shorter) was hammering Wolfpack stocks today on twitter. We might have seen a combination of some wolfpack members selling to get in another pick, dilution and then shorting by Sykes.
You keep telling everyone to trade it.. I'm curious, are you shorting on the down trends too?
I expect more announcements in April (if they make their calendar dates).
1. Announcement of Production 16
2. Finalization of Technology Partnerships for the Studioplex

I actually had money waiting for the Wolfpack pick, but when I saw the dip on REDG, I decided to put it here instead. I came here a couple of weeks ago (when I saw beamin1 talking about it on Twitter). I've bought three times now and got two people in yesterday who are holding long. I don't usually tell people to get in a stock, but I like the potential of this company very much. I do wish I would have had them wait until today though! LOL
I went to Wizard World's Comic Con last weekend in Louisville KY. I can tell you, comics are alive and well. The place was packed!
Thank heavens! I was dreading the whole Gap conversation all weekend! LOL
Looks like ACN,LCC paid Blaque for the MDNT promotion (after hours today).

In the middle of their disclaimer:
I got a couple people in today too.. they will be holding long! I'm looking for longs. LOL
The budget for all the Medient movies can be found in the report attached to today's PR.

You can't be serious. Statistical Analysis is one of the best tools in a GOOD Project Manager's toolbox. I'm a strong believer of Monte Carlo Analysis. I can tell you for a fact, that is what the big boys use to asses the probability of cost and schedules. It's also a great tool for identifying risks for risk mitigation.
When I talk about big boys, I'm talking about Boeing, Lockheed, Elon Musk, etc. This is something I'm VERY familiar with.
I did some research on the company that performed the analysis and their team is impressive.
In addition, if you pay close attention to the report, it shows you what films Medient is in negotiations with and what scripts have been offered to them. Including another Cassavetes script.
Call me naive or too trusting, but when Manu tweeted it wasn't the company issuing more shares today, I believe him.
I don't think what we saw today was the company selling. They've converted a lot of aging debt and notes to common shares (per the 10K). Hence, the I/O raising so much the last few months. I think we're seeing the holders of converted stock selling while the selling is good (price & volume). Then add the short term traders playing the momo and this created a great playing field for shorters to come in too. We didn't stand a chance!
I HATE convertible notes and usually run the other way, but I love the story/vision here. I just wish they would find another way to get future financing or get their note holder on board with the long term vision (like that would ever happen!). HA
As disappointing as it is, there's a silver lining for me.. my daughter opened her first brokerage account Monday. She opened it, because she wanted to buy MDNT. I told her to wait until after today was over (I was afraid this would happen). She's going to get in at a good price and she's going to think I'm brilliant! HA HA HA HA HA
See if it will let you put a sell in at something lower then what you put (you can always change it when it gets closer). Different brokers have different percentage rules when you put a sell order in.
I noticed! LOL I'm hoping this includes more news about Prime Focus, as well as games.
I locked mine up a couple of weeks ago. My order is in to sell everything at .50. I will revisit that number when we get close. I'm not sure if it really works, but a lot of people say it makes it harder for shorters to borrow shares. It makes sense if you think about it.
I was a little disappointed with that. I think you nailed it though, they copied and pasted from the Jan "Prelim 14C" to the March "Def 14C" and forgot to update that line. 327M is not bad for a stock with these kind of assets. I still think .03 is ridiculously undervalued.
Calendar Released! It has a couple of surprises too.
This needs to be linked here too.

FYI for our new shareholders.... Medient's movie "Storage 24" will be on Showtime starting April 9th (link below)
http://www.sho.com/sho/movies/titles/3389405/storage-24#/index
Prime Focus also won a Best Visual Effects award for Storage 24 (in 2012). Another interesting quote from this article (link below).
"Fill the Ask"! Thanks Patriot, I Love that and it should be our new mantra! HA HA HA
Yes, producers/executive producers usually arrange for financing of a movie. I think the big boys will be taking a look once the Studio is built. I think our deal with Prime Focus is key here too.
They will have their whole slate of movies at their booth, but they are actually screening (showing) one of their new movies.
Hi all, I took a position here today.
I'm traveling to Louisville, KY this weekend to go to Comic Con. Does anyone know if Red Giant will be there? It looked like they attended one in San Diego last year.
Comics are becoming popular again. I think some of the Movies/TV series (i.e. Walking Dead) based off comic series has brought a lot of attention to the industry.
Many things to look forward to the next couple of months.
The Calendar
The 10K
The 10Q in May (our first peak of what Atlas brings to the table)
Cannes Film Festival (Atlas screening and other announcements)
And of course we should hear about the plan for "Yellow" this summer.
I'm so glad we got the gap out of the way! LOL LOL
YAHOO! Now that we've put that to bed, let's focus on the next leg up.
Good call Dr Penny!
Yes, I expect them to probably change the name. They should, unless they've already researched and found out the other movie is no longer going into production. That's a remote possibility.
No problem! Having a movie going into production the same year with the same name can be confusing! I bet Chad (the writer) didn't realize there was already a story with the same name being planned.
I appreciate you're trying to dd. I just like to verify things once we find something.. that's not always easy! LOL
I don't think that's the same movie. I don't think the Medient movie is on IMDB yet. Here's a brief conversation I just had with Manu on twitter:
Are you sure the movie on IMDB is the same one that Medient announced today? I'm really questioning it, because Brian Eric Johnson was the writer on the one listed on IMDB. He's been talking about that movie for a couple of months (so has the director). Brian works for LampPost Productions (they are producing).
Chad Darnell is the writer for the movie Medient is making. Chad is talking about it on his twitter today.

Yes, I knew seven-arts wasn't going to be a distributor and I'm happy about that. I also figured since so much time had elapsed, that ICM Partners might no longer be valid. However, I can't imagine why you would say good riddance to ICM. They are a very successful company, practically everything they touch turns to gold. Now, if you're saying that because you want Medient/Atlas to handle it all (to prevent sharing profits), I would understand!
I think they still own the rights to "Mark of the Devil". Also, if you look at the pics from that movie (on convention link), you will see it lists "Atlas has copyright".
Hey, in this Variety article regarding "Yellow", it states that ICM Partners is handling the domestic distribution. Do you know if that is out the window? ICM Partners is huge in the industry.

Gibbon, even Atlas's very OLD cult movies are starting to get attention. Have you seen these pages?
First, there's actually going to be a "Mark of the Devil" convention in Austria next week. The whole program is centered around this movie and Atlas actually owns it. Dieter Menz is listed as a special guest. Here's a link to the poster and pics from the movie, but you can hit the other links at top to see the entire planned program (the other links are interesting).

In addition, Arrow Video has aquired the rights to this movie (from Atlas) and is re re-releasing it this year (on DVD). This article written by Arrow is actually very interesting and informative. They state they worked with Atlas and re-released a couple of their other cult classics. I guess those old movies are going to be a gift that just keeps on giving! LOL

Interesting, I see Elsani Film is the production company for "55 Steps". Elsani also produced "Der letzte Mentsch", which Atlas International is screening at the Cannes film festival this May.
The Cannes film festival is the most prestigious of all.

Trailer for "Der letzte Mentsch" (Click on trailer link). I was glad to see they subtitled the movie for domestic distribution.

You're a little off on that float. As of the March 17th, Def14C filing, the Issued and Outstanding common shares were only 140,418,483 and the Directors/Officers own 12,225,000 of those.
I'm not sure what you're looking at, but just to clarify, "Be Active Holdings" (JALA) is current on all of their filings with the SEC. Their last 10Q was filed in Nov (for Sept. month end). Their 10K is due next and it should be out mid-April (for Dec 2013 year end).
I agree! When I first started looking at MDNT, that partnership jumped off the screen at me. In my eyes, it gave Medient more credibility and because of it, I ended up investing a lot more then I normally do in a penny stock.
Welcome to my dream! I've had that thought in the back of my mind for the last couple of months.
Atlas has a screening at Cannes Film Festival in May.
