Kush financial year ends August 31st. So where is the 1st qt financial report (for sept, oct & nov 16)? Should have been due jan 15?

Wellness Group Pharms still in business. I have proof to back up my belief.

In August of 2014, AmeriCann partnered with Wellness Group Pharms (WGP) to assist with the application, capital, design, development and operation of a medical cannabis cultivation and processing license in Illinois. AmeriCann provided documentation, support and cannabis industry credibility for the application and the submittal of WGP’s application in Illinois. With a population of over 12.7 million people, Illinois is the fifth largest state in the U.S. and one of the largest to adopt a medical marijuana program.
In February of 2015, WGP received one of the eighteen highly coveted medical cannabis cultivation and processing licenses from the State of Illinois’ Department of Agriculture.
Paul Montes, Managing Partner of WGP stated that, “Our affiliation with AmeriCann was instrumental in our success in being awarded one of the few cultivation licenses granted in an extremely competitive Illinois application process.” Only approximately 10% of those that applied for cultivation licenses were awarded licenses.
AmeriCann commenced construction of the project, called the Illinois Medical Cannabis Center (“IMCC”), in late February with a first phase of approximately 27,000 square feet. AmeriCann plans to add additional cultivation capacity as the Illinois Medical Cannabis Program develops.

The partnership calls for AmeriCann to serve as the developer of the project. WGP will utilize the IMCC facilities to cultivate, process and distribute medical cannabis to many of the state’s 52 newly licensed medical dispensaries.
When fully constructed, the IMCC will contain approximately 285,000 square feet capable of producing an estimated 50,000 pounds annually of medical cannabis. The facility is located in Anna, Illinois and is expected to provide over 175 full and part time jobs to Southern Illinois.
As the project developer, AmeriCann will own the IMCC, plus provide working capital funding and horticultural assistance to WGP. AmeriCann will receive a performance fee on all sales, a royalty on AmeriCann’s infused product and extraction line, a monthly consulting fee and monthly lease payments.
Mr. Montes added, “AmeriCann is delivering a level of expertise and resources that is unequaled in the industry. Our partnership is excellent because we share a commitment to provide the best medical marijuana possible to the patients in Illinois.”
Construction was complete by December of 2015 with sales commencing in early 2016.

While the Massachusetts project is just in the blueprint stage, their Colorado and Illinois projects are up and running. They are ahead of the game and have a great business model.

You guys all know that there are other stock involving property leased to cannabis growers right? Ones that actually have assets, currently own properties that they already lease to growers.
Come on, really! Sells for 5 shares, 7 shares, 30 shares? That's not daytraders. If it is, they are a brokers dream. Just making a 5 share trade for $1.50 to pay a fee of $7 or $8. Worst daytraders ever.
You know, scotts miracle grow stock price has recovered from the election drop. One would think the stocks that actually deal with cannabis would have recovered by now. California is now a legal cannabis market!!! Along with Nevada, Maine & Massachusetts!!! That's Vegas and Boston people!!! Just goes to show the level of manipulation on these exchanges.

I need to buy a new boiler for an apartment building I own. Might sell some shares to pay for it. Would be nice if price would go up before I have to sell, but either way I have to make a decision sometime soon. My point is, there are many reasons a person sells at any given time. I don't want to sell now, but I may have too because I put all my spare change in these cannabis stocks, and now need some for repairs on my property. An insider sale of such a small portion of their shares could be for any reason. If the insider continues to sell, and in larger quantities, then we shareholders would have reason to worry.

First cannabis stock listed on NYSE deals with leasing property to cannabis businesses. Innovative industrial Properties, IPO at $20 a share, 8.75mil shares. Sets a nice precedent. These guys don't even own any properties yet! Just the intention of owning and leasing property to cannabis businesses. What does that mean for the value of a company that already owns and leases property to cannabis business?!
This price action is seriously being manipulated. Other stocks in the sector may have been overvalued due to election hype, but Surna didn't really move up all that much on the election hype.

Just want to share something that happened to me last night real quick. While I was shooting pool league, a woman who I've known for 20 years, came up to me and started asking me about the 'weed stocks'. She has overhead me over the years talking about it, but never took the 'weed stocks' seriously. But with the recent positive election results, she is seriously looking to invest into the industry. This just confirmed for me that the average Joe/Joanne is just now starting to take the thought of investing into the cannabis sector more seriously.
The thing is, this recent drop has come with relatively small volume. Today for example, we are down 15% on less then half a million shares traded, and all trades have not been sells.
GWPH is also traded on a better exchange where manipulation by market makers doesn't happen like it does in the OTC.
Agreed, and just like when the price of a stock shoots up too sharply, it comes down just as quick, this is the opposite. Price suddenly dropping too sharply will result in a big swing back up just as quick. We all knew this sector was gonna be a roller coaster ride.
Setting up for a huge run? There is no other reason. Not like there is huge sell volume. Pretty much 50/50 buys to sells here.
Yes sir, every time Trend has shown up on this board, he has a clear agenda to try and talk his way into some cheaper shares. A sure sign this will be heading up very soon. But of course, we all know that. The elections will be a huge catalyst for this company and the rest of the sector. Only a few days left to secure your positions. Gonna be an exciting couple of weeks!
People accumulating does not mean the company is diluting.
The anticipation of a great 3rd qt report is gonna help shoot Surna well into dollar land after elections legalize. Right now people are just looking to get in the sector. Once investors realize how much growth Surna is having qt after qt, and how solid this company is, this is gonna have everyone's eye. It really is the perfect storm!
Absolutely!! People have been buying the living crap out of Surna since Sept. Just look at the number of shares bought vs sold for Surna since Sept vs most of the other stocks in the sector. People are accumulating Surna, HUGELY!!
3 times as many buys as sells today!! Surna is just getting started!
If Surna green house design can operate at 35-55% less energy cost, then every grower IS absolutely going to NEED SURNA to be competitive.
I'm actually starting to enjoy SNL, Lungs, and even Trend. When they show up, the price of Surna goes up, up, up!
