Did someone do the Bard 12 steps program ??
If people make there decision to invest or not invest by what's on a message board and not do some research they shouldn't be investing at all. If I just read this board I wouldn't know what to think. Post go from being a millionaire to losing all your money.
Wish there was a Lebby AI that we could ask questions everyday. Now that would be interesting.
At least it was something different then the same day to day post.
I guess next week we will find out when
Lebby vs Bard AI.
I ask bard questions about the business I own. It was about 60% right and 40 % wrong.
I guess there is no black or white and we are in the gray zone.
Someone sells 1 share at 4.60 after hours. Must have really needed that $4.60 for Starbucks coffee in the morning.
Not seeing much anymore about tech transfer and licensing deal before the ASM. I guess we are waving the white flag on that. Now its Bard AI connect the dots. Oh, yea Marcelli may be the largest FREE shareholder of LWLG but has not bought ONE share with his own money. My 19 year old son has more money invested in LWLG. I'm over the bonus and could care less what he bought with it. If he would have stepped up and purchased the options with his own money it would have spoken volumes, and everyone knows that. Look how everyone reacted when Lebby just bought 1000 shares. KCC and X both said which are both highly respected here that selling shares to pay for the options was bad optics.
Vein we are not a representative or COO of the company. His moves and transaction send out a message to the market and shareholders. That's why they have to file when selling or buying because it means something to the market and shareholders. Our transaction mean nothing. If he used his own money to buy the options wouldn't you see that as good faith and a positive signal to the market. Now be honest. Selling free shares given to him to purchase the options is a bad look. Nobody is going crazy because we had a good day. If this was Friday or we were down again today it would be a different story. Will see how the board looks tomorrow. Like Dan said since he pulled this move maybe it means a monster PR is coming very soon to counter Marcelli's latest BS move. Last post of the day.
Vein you don't have the history we have with Marcelli. This is like the last straw with some of us initial longs. If you knew half of what we know you would want his head on a chopping block after this move. Getting off work and heading to the gym to work off some of this frustration. Was a good day but quickly turn to S#$@. Not many running to defend him so far probably trying to think of a positive spin, angle or twist.
He had no problem raising capitol for his bonus to buy his retirement home. Like you said the cost either way would have been a push but the good faith signal it would have sent out would have been huge for LWLG and shareholders.
Just waiting to see how people try to clean up this latest move from our great COO Marcelli. We don't even need the shorts to try to drive the price down we got Jim Marcelli.
I have voted NO on him since he was CEO. Wonder what X thinks about this? He wasn't to happy about the bonuses now this option cheap move. Could not have put out a better PR at this time then if Marcelli bought the options with his own cash. Sends out a bad message and leaves shareholders with doubt of how close they really are. I was always told watch what they do not what they say. What Marcelli is doing looks shady to say the least. Looks like a con man.
POS MARCELLI
Lied and mislead for years as CEO and people are still make up excuses for him. Now he still cashing our coin to buy options and houses. Just bought my son a new Honda Accord told him it was going to be a Ferrari but LWLG can't get it done. To me this is just as bad as when they took the bonuses. Just think of the positive message it would have sent out to shareholders and the market if COO. POS MARCELLI bought the options with his own money. If this doesn't upset some of the die hard faithful's don't know what will. Have to give this one to you Pumpkin.
I always vote No when it comes to Marcelli. Now I like him even less and didn't think that was possible.
Yes---He sold 60,000 shares to pay for the option and taxes.
Even I said we would sign a deal by the 16th before Marcelli reaches into his pocket. 2.5 million bonus and couldn't buy with his own cash.
Am I reading it right?? Marcelli sold shares to cover the cost?
Bard I got what Proto posted. It also said they are working with these companies.
EPIC
Fraunhofen IPMS
IMEC
NXP Semiconductors
Sumitomo Electric Industries.
I agree if there is no deal announced by the ASM he should at least throw us a name or 2. Consolation prize to say the least.
Can Googles bard AI be sued for breaking LWLGs NDAs.
Is this X buying those 200,000 shares he was talking about on Friday ????
Immediate deal to funny. Like you said earlier today you only started investing 6 years ago. I been here since the start. I have been hearing about commercial deals and revenue since 2010. I let the first 10 years slide like most short term investors are doing now. It hasn't come YET but it will soon or use of a better word NEAR TERM. I guess we both have different definition of immediate deals.
Surprised no one has blamed the shorts yet for holding up the commercial deal for 2 years now. I wish Lebby would put on his big boy pants with a big rodeo belt buckle and get this done.
Well at least Dr Lebby and Jim have 2.5 million reason to be excited and energized. They better not have that on the first slide again and please stop showing the Nasdaq ringing the bell hang loose sign. You guys look like a bunch of frat boys on spring break.
You think maybe the rule is in affect and people are just selling. More then the shorts to blame here
Well we have our new yearly low. Nobody saw this coming after last year's positive ASM.
Well Vein most of the unpopular ones on this board kept saying if he misses the deal goal again it was going to get ugly but kept hearing about shorts , near term, reading for commercialization and 100% working on commercial deals.
NEAR TERM-- Will just have to connect the dots and try to figure out exactly when. You will know the day and when it is over when the PPS drops to a new yearly low but you will have the opportunity to buy more cheap shares. Only a sign deal is going to get us out of this downward spiral.
I held all mine for 18 years before selling some. People talk about investors having patience. My wife was pregnant with our first child when I first invested in TDON. That child is graduating college this month. I sign of patience at this time is not burning down LWLG corporate headquarters and lab.
If anyone a short or long is nervous and can't sleep at night over one stock they must have not diversified their portfolio and put all their eggs or rent money as some would say in one basket. My properties pay rent to me. This wouldn't be the first stock choice to bite me in the A$#. I will have to write 2 different endings to my movie. Good -Bad or Ugly ????
The kung Fu grip worked for GI Joe. Showing my age here. LOL
Just have to laugh at this point. This is what happens when you don't deliver on your goals not 1 but 2 years in a row. Make up all the excuses you want. I have my own business and when I set goals for my employees I review all the information/data etc and set the goal I expect should be achieved that year. If my employee didn't meet her/his goals at review I just don't say they are just goals and not expected. Lebby also when he set the goals he had inside information not privy to us, all information from partners involved (everyone has said how intelligent Lebby is) and set the goals that he expected but he was off not 1 year but 2 years and counting. The signing of the $2.5 million BONUS deal was not delayed and didn't have a "office issue" that the copier over heated or pen was out of ink. Like I said you just have to laugh at this point.
Paul you know all the important significant business details shareholders want to know is under NDA.
Jim Carrey
I had a few for Jim. Picard nailed Lebby. My first choice
When LWLG finally gets it done I'm going to use some of the money to produce a movie about LWLG and my experience.
It will be called.
FOUNDRY OF DREAMS
"If you scale it they will come"
Dr. Lebby played by Jean- Luc Picard
Jim Marcelli played by Jeff Bridges
Well PRAY FOR MAY seems to not have worked. I guess we have to come up with a new slogan Summer of the Shorts or recycle September to Remember.
If Dr Lebby was more straight forward with shareholders, we wouldn't being having this debate and relying on KCC. I guess in 2 weeks we will find out the issue like last year and find out who will be hired to correct that issue. Why after they hire someone, we never hear from them or their progress.
