NEWS IN MORNING!
9:01a ET August 12, 2010 (GlobeNewswire)
Software startup Lecere Corporation (Pink Sheets:LCRE) (www.lecere.com) announced today that it has a new, permanent website at http://www.lecere.com/index.html
Said Jim Morris, CEO of Lecere, "Take a look at our new, permanent website. This new website will eventually contain the Easy as 1-2-3 process for self-configuring by new restaurant customers. Easy as 1-2-3 should enable us to accelerate our customer and revenue growth throughout the fall of 2010."
The Easy as 1-2-3 process will not be available until the end of August, but the framework is in place in the new website under "GET STARTED NOW!". Once the Easy as 1-2-3 software support is completed, it will give Lecere the capability to move forward with online sales and configuration of the FIRMS software.
End of product development until the end of August and Is there any possible if Jim spoke of a potential reverse merger from the radio interview...that fixes the share structure problem once the money flows in ?
LCRE SURPRISED NEWS OUT!
Let's get in before the train is leaving...

IT IS AN IMPRESSIVE WEBSITE ! IMO More customers will register and the pps will go up at the end of year or sooner! Let's give LCRE more time to complete their job and our patience will be rewarded handsomely!
Target price 0.02 to 0.05 pps in short term or long term?
So how long more we can wait for the CE removal completely done if Ms.Basu had an effective lawyer on this matter?
LCRE excited news out today!
I'm surprised why the GURUS blog is not commenting about this stock?
10:38a ET July 30, 2010 (GlobeNewswire)
Software startup Lecere Corporation (Pink Sheets:LCRE) (www.lecere.com) announced today that its FIRMS Software as a Service is a huge success at Trio in Mt. Airy, North Carolina.
Chris Wishart, chef and owner of Trio, had several things to say about FIRMS. The next few paragraphs are Chris Wishart's comments about the success of FIRMS at Trio.
"Working with your FIRMS product has far exceeded all expectations I had going into this endeavor. I must admit, I was hesitant to risk such an important aspect of my business on this new technology. The results, however, speak for themselves."
"Being able to deliver orders to the kitchen and bar from the tables has enabled our restaurant to do what all full service restaurants have always wished they could do: deliver the orders without delay. The FIRMS technology and Lecere's forward thinking has delivered us from wait lines at the tethered terminal and circumvented the server becoming distracted on the way to the tethered terminal. This has led us to become much quicker and more efficient."
"Several other equally important factors have influenced our satisfaction as well. Your attentive service has been vital and beyond the call. All of our issues and requests, regardless of merit, have been addressed quickly and professionally. This has been our saving grace. Even in the wee hours of the morning when we were trying to resolve issues from service, you have made yourself available. This is a rare and admirable quality these days."
"I would be remiss if I also did not bring up the 'cool' factor to all of this. The feedback and interaction at the tables from our customers has been through the roof. The buzz about your technology has been electric in the dining room."
"We have also been able to utilize many other aspects of the iPad technology to our advantage. We use the notes app on the iPad to categorize all of our menu and wine notes. The server only needs to simply pull up the app at the table to give a knowledgeable answer to any question that may come up. Without FIRMS, this would require a trip to the kitchen or bar to ask a question, resulting in poor service. We also use this app to store our drink recipes for quick reference for the bartender. This makes our bar staff very organized and consistent."
Said Jim Morris, CEO of Lecere, "Nothing makes me happier than a satisfied customer. The success at Nepo 42 and Trio (stay tuned for another big success story at 123 Bolinas, coming soon) should leave no doubt in anybody's mind that FIRMS will be a very successful product in the months and years ahead. FIRMS will increase revenue and cut labor costs at restaurants like no other restaurant POS system before it. This will enable us to generate significant revenue by the end of the year, and we are on a focused path to do just that."
Anyone know who is a lawyer of doing CE removal? If you do know, please post!
Jim Morris is a punctuality CEO for his business, he needs time to prove his product on the market!
We need NEWS this week, Ms. BASU!
IMO It will take three months for DD on Merger and it's about to hear the news now or next week.
Anyone know WHAT DAY/DATE the PR will be coming out?
Are they gonna increase more AS shares since OS shares almost max out?
Any PR coming out today?
You said "We know that there is NOOOOOOOO DILUTION and will not happen , 3rd merger news on the way , already 2 mergers revenue news coming out. " , but I still have not seen this stock climbed up to 0.01 pps when those news hit? Something not cleared here huh? IMO.
No negative comments on this stock, that's a good sign in pennyland stocks I've seen.
Do you see at what pps went up to and on what date it posted when you said GGER merger has been completed and is now a subsidiary of UWRL. Welcome Place merger is in process and should be completed soon. VU365 seems to be the third targeted merger.
Thanks for your insights.
Anyone know what made pps went up to 0.0085 on Feb.22,2010? Thanks.
What PR we will be looking for ? It's Friday, Profit takers!
What pps you all think it will rise to if CE removal news come out?
What pps you all think it will rise to if CE removal news come out?
Which one you think it has more chance to be acquired? and what an appropriated pps you can be foreseen if UWRL complete its merger?
Is this big news take 90 days to complete the Merger (by Sept.?)?
and what pps this stock can be valued with 2 Billion OS(0.0050 or 0.01+ or up to 0.05 pps?
I guess PR will be out by August about CE removal. We should be patient and support her such as we will give more time on her effort works.
Is there anyone received emails from Ms. Basu? If you did, please post here! Thanks.
Can someone update the current SS?
How long it takes to complete the merger after finalization?
Just wonder if the company has filed an 8-K for this reverse merger with the SEC?and when CE sign will be removed?
What pps anyone can guess it be after the finalization step?
Waiting for "Five new customers in July. New website first of august. End of product development(by October)."
Hahaha...
Why the CE sign still in Pinksheets? When it supposes to be removed?
UWRL had the 8K filing complete yet?
I need someone has some comments/comparisons to INBG and UWRL stocks, these two are in the progress of RM news and I'm not sure UWRL had/hadn't the 8K filing to SEC yet, but INBG had completed 8K filing?
My best guess is 0.0050 pps max before end of year 2010, here Jim's PR on May 4,2010:
http://app.quotemedia.com/quotetools/newsStoryPopup.go?storyId=30521894&topic=LCRE&symbology=null&cp=null&webmasterId=101158
"Even if Lecere's outstanding share count does reach as much as 25 billion shares in the future, a Lecere market cap of $1 billion would result in a share price of $0.04 per share. For those who invested at $0.0004, this represents a 100 to 1 return on their investment in, hopefully, 4-7 years. Of course, we can't guarantee this will happen, but if it does that's a pretty darn good return on investment for long haul investors. Believe me, those are the kind of prices that management will want to see before we start selling significant amounts of Lecere stock in the future. We are patient. I would counsel patience for investors."
What is the current Share Structures?
Anyone guess when 0.02 pps will be in (weeks, months, or end of year)?
