The fact that all of this was taking place in 2008 is the point. They started this project in 2008 and are nearing completion of this phase. Much is coming to head in the area of infastructure meeting technology.

Completed technology: (smartphones, PDAs, etc.) + completed system infastructure: (MG3 legs of systems combined with JV company's systems put in place) + selling locations ( online stores and physical call centers ) + good advertising ( media credits, websites and word of mouth) + large customer volume (900 million Chinese, 310 million US, Phillipines' country's population, Telecom companies, Multiple Government and Municipal agencies and communities); when implemented at the right time = a successful company.

The plan for this company actually began in William Yuan's head in 2005 or earlier. Imperial Wireless being brought into it wasn't an accident, it gave MDGC a stronger and greater position to create internet and cellphone business in the US, (Reselling Clear), and in Asian markets; specifically China (Backhaul); but when the world went all digital; LMDS is a digital processing and delivery system; to which they have strong patents for; which again greater improved MDGC's business position.

If you really read that information you'll learn how their brand of cell and smartphones are going to be sold and why they will be bought. It's brilliant. You'll also notice that MDGC went dark and deregistered from the SEC just in time to not have to give away what they have planned for Imperial Wireless; to date they still haven't mentioned Imperial Wireless or it's function for MDGC.

They mention PAYPAL; which is becoming PAYPAL-X; and its' function.

Open your mind and read the information. It's interesting; it's happening right now; and you have a once in a lifetime opportunity to financially benefit from it; before the rest of the world finds out about it.

Beach. Actually, the MG3 systems were tested in the Phillipines and in China over 4 years ago. As a matter of fact, they have been building that system in China and the US simultaneously for more than 2 years ; in China as a joint venture with ABS.

They are the MDGC systems that are going to make their smartphone capable of performing and handling those super fast down and upload speeds on their Aerius equipped cell/smartphones; along with that 5G micro media processor. Also, MDGC will be one of the only companies with interactive advertising on their smartphones/PDAs; video and audio.

Their phones are going to be exclusive to MDGC via (Imperial Wireless) and whatever other content provider gets on board with an 80% - 20% deal. I think that their ads will look simiar to the ads that pop up on this board; in fact, I wouldn't be surprized if MDGC wasn't the company delivering these ads.

Scotch: You asked me a specific question regarding how long I believed we'd have to wait for MDGC's stock price to rise; here's my opinion; and why:

My guess is a year to 24 months; probably my best guess would be somewhere around June to December of 2012; where at that time, I believe, (very conservatively), the company will be trading above $5.00; or higher.

The reason: If they came out with "the perfect phone" today; released the website to purchase it today; and sold a million phones today; you, as a shareholder would not reap the real benefits of it until March of 2011, (the end of Q-1); when, and if, they reported it as profit. The stock would probably go to somewhere around .05 - .25 cents because of the activity's momentum but truthfully, I believe, at this stage, that they would rightfully re-invest any profit back into the company.

Look, The company has many things to do before it's "smooth sailing": 1.) do and pay for all that it takes to become a re-registered company with the SEC; 2.) create and pay for its' products; 3.) create and pay for its' websites; 4.) create and pay for advertising, processing, packaging, and shipping its' products; 5.) pay for the deployment and installation of its' network / system oriented products - many of which are going to be deployed over seas; 6.) pay office staff, public relations people and lawyers; and a multitude of other things.

Make no mistake about it - this is going to be a billion dollar company; and it's absurd to think that Cassandra or Beachsideeddy has the power to stop it with their posts.

If you are a true long, then I'll see you at the finishing line in about 18 - 24 months; cashing in at $30 or more a share. If you don't think so, you'd better get a new calculator because the numbers don't lie.

Some advice to longs: It's frustrating to have to wait for something; I know; but don't sit and watch the grass grow. Find other , unrelated things to do in the meantime. Of course keep up on your investment, but don't let it eat at you. Accept the fact that it's going to take a minute; And load up on the shares while they are cheap; the fewer there are to trade, the more valuable they are.

Rubitz. I don't want you to take this the wrong way, because what I am about to tell you, will help you decide wether to stay with MDGC stock or not.

First: You should never invest whole heartedly in any company that someone recommends to you without researching the company on your own and to your satisfaction. It's my belief that most of the longs on this board will follow MDGC for about another year and even then, though they'd be frustrated as hell, they'd hesitate to sell because they've researched and they know this company's potential, because they researched it and came to their own conclusions based on what their research produced.

Example: Choi, God bless him, pumped FLTT to me in a PM; hyped it; Blindly I bought $20 worth of it so as to watch it, but I'm not going to abandon my own judgement for his. It's my money and I'm not going to let him lose it for me; no matter how much I respect his writings.

Second: Understand the difference between day trading and investing; and decide which is you. Day traders want to make a fast profit off of a stock every day; sell, and move on. Investors ride the company's wave to their success or failure; taking the emotional bumps that come with it.

Third: About MDGC. This company either owns; or has locked up approximately 80% of its' 1,505,000,000 shares. When this company announces profit, no one on this board - NO ONE ON THIS BOARD - can stop the share price from rising.

Also. NO ONE ON THIS BOARD KNOWS THE MONETARY VALUE OF MDGC; THE INNER WORKINGS; OR VAL'S INTENT. Don't be naive; Val has and will again, for the sake of MDGC mislead it's share holders because truthfully we are no help to him at this stage, with the exception of our money. That's why researching on your own is so important; it will help you to better understand what you're waiting for. Here's a test: How do the following companies relate to MDGC?

Attila Technologies Inc., Xcellink Inc., Aerius Technologies Inc., China-Wimax Inc., Asiana Dragons Inc., BIT, and many more.

If you don't have the answer or a clue, then you need to do some serious researching. Good Luck.

Yale. I can't PM you, but I will remind you of this: The new O/S count has gone up to over 1.2 billion out of approximately 1.5 billion; leaving approximately 300 million to trade. There are a lot of longs holding millions of those shares; meaning there aren't a ton of shares left for the shorts to play with. Therefore they have to up there negative game playing to get people to sell. I just ignore them for the most part. They are only effective if you sell. It's simple ... ignore them and don't sell; meaning: don't even respond top them. Just let them chat negatively amongst themselves. They can't change the good that is going to happen with this company; they can only change your stake in it if you sell. Also ... tomorrow - look for a 40,000 share buy, ( at the open ) tomorrow morning. That will be me. Still stocking up while I can.

A Multi-Billion Dollar Company. Here's something to think about.

Speculation from just 2 revenue streams:

If in each of 21,000 cities MDGC generates just $25,000. (twenty-five thousand dollars), [a low profit], worth of monthly income; every month they would earn $525,000,000. (five hundred twenty five million dollars) a month totalling $6,300,000,000. (six billion three hundred million dollars) annually.

That alone gives you a share price of $4.18+.

Also. Without counting in the cost of the phone; if MDGC sells just 1,000,000 (one million phones) and generates $40 a month in service revenue; that's $40,000,000. (forty million dollars) a month and $480,000,000. (four hundred and eighty million dollars) annually.

Together that gives you a share price of $4.50; and this is not counting licensing agreements, other devices and services, government, China and Phillipines sales and customers, etc..

I LOVE THIS COMPANY.

I agree... it is cool. However, I would take our smartphone over theirs because of the patented antenna. Truthfully I don't think that cell phone radiation is that big of a safety concern; non-the-less, in the world of advertising, it could be made to be a big deal; and will provide a super strong selling point.
