Beach. You know ... at first, I thought that you were just purposely being a jerk for the sake of attention but now I see that you really don't get it. The fact that all of this was taking place in 2008 is the point. They started this project in 2008 and are nearing completion of this phase. Much is coming to head in the area of infastructure meeting technology.

Completed technology: (smartphones, PDAs, etc.) + completed system infastructure: (MG3 legs of systems combined with JV company's systems put in place) + selling locations ( online stores and physical call centers ) + good advertising ( media credits, websites and word of mouth) + large customer volume (900 million Chinese, 310 million US, Phillipines' country's population, Telecom companies, Multiple Government and Municipal agencies and communities); when implemented at the right time = a successful company.
The plan for this company actually began in William Yuan's head in 2005 or earlier. Imperial Wireless being brought into it wasn't an accident, it gave MDGC a stronger and greater position to create internet and cellphone business in the US, (Reselling Clear), and in Asian markets; specifically China (Backhaul); but when the world went all digital; LMDS is a digital processing and delivery system; to which they have strong patents for; which again greater improved MDGC's business position.
If you really read that information you'll learn how their brand of cell and smartphones are going to be sold and why they will be bought. It's brilliant. You'll also notice that MDGC went dark and deregistered from the SEC just in time to not have to give away what they have planned for Imperial Wireless; to date they still haven't mentioned Imperial Wireless or it's function for MDGC.
They mention PAYPAL; which is becoming PAYPAL-X; and its' function.
Open your mind and read the information. It's interesting; it's happening right now; and you have a once in a lifetime opportunity to financially benefit from it; before the rest of the world finds out about it.
