From every angle I can view this from,,all I see is an earnest attempt to bring a product to market. I have been here a long time and have been hot and cold at times. Big question there. I know of another company that increased AS to 20 billion. Worthless now of course! But to the point,,if Martel could increase the Authorized Shares he could make Robert's 400 million shares seem small. NOT saying ANY of this is likely Ok? Just talking what ifs. Until some of you smarter than me people out there (and there are lots of you) chime in I will try to hypothesize the meaning of this addendum. The way I see it is Robert is an inventor and wants the money but not the headache of running a large business. Thus He is interested in a buyout (jmo). Wanderport does not have as many shares as Robert and does want to run a business but also has ZERO money to buy Robert out. So Wanderport makes money on the buyout of their shares and then makes residual income as the sole non transferable licensee of the MHU in the Territory.

So my fear is,,do we have shares of the MHU or do we have shares of wanderport? Goodyear Tire just sold all of their truck tire making facilities in South America. The money did not go to the share holders of GT. It went to the company to do with as they see fit. Does this mean we will only benefit as a result of the continued success of WDRP as a business entity? I just don't know. Do YOU? ANYBODY?

What if one mm was short by 100 million shares,,and to cover,,the mm 'bought' from another mm 100 million 'air shares' with the promise that they would sell them back when needed. I don't know what e-mail address everyone uses,,I use the pulsatech one. When I e-mailed yesterday the reply came in 1 hour and 11 minutes. It addressed ALL of my concerns and I will rest easy tonight. It also had some legal jargon on the bottom so I do not feel comfortable posting it here. That is the problem!! It does not appear that Robert signed up to provide a working model. Maybe he just gave the rights to the technology on hand and WDRP may have said we will take it from here. REMEMBER it was not Richard at the helm at the time. This could have been a scam plan at first by WDRP,, but became something much much more. An Attempt to revolutionize the water heater industry. However, we have not re-addressed the licensing agreement! Remember this was another shady tree lane penny stock at one time.

I must say I am much concerned about the relationship between the licensee and licensor. What impresses me is that WDRP has gone out and lined up huge contracts just like they said they would. Wdrp has lined up manufacturers and located suppliers. WDRP has done EVERYTHING they were required to do,,except sell one in the alloted time frame. That gives me great confidence in Richard. Robert, on the other hand stands to make more money than we can really comprehend if he can build this thing. No reason to stall,,he does not need to sell shares for profit. He needs to sell water heaters for profit. The only reason to stall is if the thing just does not work. Then you pump and dump and make your apologies and fly off into the sunset in your new jet. JMO

I still see no instructions for Robert to terminate. It seems left open for WDRP to do the work of completing and making a commercial sell. This did not happen that I am aware of.

P.S. Along with the lions share of stock,,did you notice the HUGE Royalties (without tax) that goes to Robert!! If Robert DOES produce a working model,,and WDRP DOES retain the right to sell it,,Robert will not need to dump shares on the market. He gets so much of the revenue anyway he will be wealthy.

What proof do you have that the licensor did NOT pull the license. The license agreement appears to have expired. The licensor does NOTHING to 'pull' the license. It simply expires. I see nothing to indicate that Robert is affiliated with WDRP with the exception of being a 'consultant' and being a major stock holder. I think everyone should take a few minutes to read the paperwork supplied by WDRP. I see nothing that ties the water heater to WDRP at this time. Again I ask for ANYBODY to show evidence that WDRP still has 'rights' to this technology. GLTA

Without proof of a salable product I see this stock selling off at 2 million shares a day. And getting very cheap. I have not sold any today and will not tomorrow. Lost 20% of value and expect that again tomorrow. But having free shares allows me to gamble a little. I may even buy some before close tomorrow. Richard might consider a PR to address these concerns. But,,he may not. He may not have the right words for this situation. We will know soon I think.

Belize, I did read the information! It indicates that WDRP has nothing at all to do with the water heater at this point in time. They can not even claim part ownership due to paying design 1st to assist. This is entirely Robert's and all of us are at his mercy with respect to this investment. We have invested in the wrong company it would appear.

Why does it "appear he didn't"? He is not utilizing WDRP financing and as other posters post, he is not being totally transparent with where he stands on 'his' water heater project. He does hold 5m shares of WDRP stock which may or may not have value. But, he does not 'OWE' WDRP anything at this point contractually speaking. If Robert decides to make this available to WDRP he may re-establish a contract. If he gets a better buy out offer from 'GE' for instance, he may just void his shares and take the buyout straight from the big dog. I certainly will NOT be selling but I am very interested in receiving some of these PR's Richard indicates will be forth coming.

No doubt Hemp is one of the most versatile plants known to man. The problem with it is that anyone can grow it and it would be hard to convict anyone of abusing it. The drug stays in your system for 30 days and this can be second hand smoke. So the government could not let anyone in America ever drive a car again. Anyone getting hurt on the job would be considered a drug abuser and lose any benefits he/she may be entitled to. And it would be hard to TAX as many people would grow their own. As far as the textile properties,,you are right. SO many uses,, it would replace some businesses already popular with the legislators as 'campaign contributors'. And we certainly couldn't allow that to happen. I think it is time for the teaparty to get behind this movement.
