I keep checking PACER but nothing has been filed good, bad, or ugly. I don't understand...will we be stuck in limbo-land forever?
By the way...I highly recommend NCL for vacation... We had a blast of a time.
CW
There is no documentation in PACER regarding the settlement hearing. In my world the saying goes... If it is written, it happened... If it isn't written, it did t happen. In this case, it is not written so I must assume it did not happen....
CW
Oh...I thought it was tomorrow for some reason...
I wonder what will happen...
Something worthwhile I hope...
I look forward to checking PACER this evenin...

Thank you...
Sometimes my brain just becomes mush and I cant recall a single word like that while at other times...I can't seem to hold it back...

I hope Chapter 11 conversion is supported at Wednesday's meeting. I did call Marc Barmat and let him a message in support of the conversion. I encourage others to do the same.
CW
History repeating itself...
One step at a time is my thinking... I am not sure how the settlement hearing will affect things. If the settlement hearing is "successful" does that mean all parties walk away in agreement? Does that mean they will let go of Chapter 11? Does it mean they cant file to switch it to Chapter 11? I dont know what the win/win for those involved in the settlement hearing means.

I am very curious what will happen today in court. Will they allow it to be continued or will a decision be determined?

It's ALIVE!!!
CW
feeexcited aabout the two days of significant upward movement.
At the same time, my alarm bells start ringing reminding me that these jumps happen followed by a disappointing drop back to the startng point, sometimes lower.
I remember when NIH approved the line for ACTC. I also remember when people hear were talking about the December 6th NIH meeting in 2012 during which people said they were going to decide or at least discuss ACTC's lines and also decide about the redefinition. Neither topic was outlined in a PR so what does that mean... at best, they wanted to continue the decision until the S vs S decision which was announced yesterday. I hope this frees up NIH to follow through with the redefinition. Even so, ACTC has be vocal that they do not need NIH funding to proceed with the trials though I am sure it would be nice for share holders because it would constitute non-dilutive funding.
I also remember GR stating that they would submit the NDA but the end of the year? DId that happen? I can't remember...
So I guess for myself, if anyone is familiar with testing, I try to keep my excitment and my disappoint limited to one standard deviation so that I can experience the fortune without letting it take me too far into my doubt.
I am always routing for this company and its research... butjust trying to stay present with it...
For what its worth...
CW
I think $.016 would be a great start...
That would be a pleasant surprise for me...
Not that I would complain about $.16 OR $1.6 OR $16
CW
Happy new year to everyone...
Has anyone commented about NIH updating their hESC page on December 14,2012 but without ACTC lines?
CW
People should get paid for the work they do but to me, $47,000 for under three weeks of work(116 hours) is a bit excessive in my opinion.
But I am not a lawyer...

The trustee is requesting that he be paid $47,000 for his 115 hours of work on the case before the case is allowed to be switched from Chapter 7 to Chapter 11...
$455 per hour for phone calls, writing emails, conducting research, reading emails and submitting court documents...
WOW!
CW
Every living thing has potential...
it's not the potential that matters really... what matters is what we do with it...
so far, the potentials of this company have us where?
The real talking starts when they begin exercising their some of these "special" potentials...
CW
I don't understand why we haven't heard about NIH decisions...
good, bad or ugly
CW
Trustee is putting up a "limited objection" to the switch... stating a "poor me" argument about how his administrative costs should also be allowed to be recouped... gotta have a piece of this pie...
To be paid in full before the transition....
CW
We'll see...
At least someone is fighting for integrity...
I always stand behind that...
It's impossible to not profit from that....
CW
And actually, maybe it was just a bleep of a pulse...
Who knows...
We wait and see as usual...
CW
No one said anything about the filings being wonderful news...
I have tried to post exact information from the court website...
it's a pulse.... that's it... a pulse
