Looks like terms are very favorable. We get to those levels we're fine.
8k just posted. I think we will see the Q today.

We need to see the terms of any deals. And I still believe that we will see the media side generate revenue in the future.
Exactly. That's what seems to be going on. I say that based on the low amount of shares that have been hitting the market. And it's football season!
Welcome Lesgetrich as a new Mod. GL to you!
I know 100% they are not selling their license. We are 2 weeks or so out from engineering being complete then it goes to permitting. As for funding there are several groups involved. I don't know details but money is coming in significantly above market value and it is % of Green Leaf farms that gets sold.
If you look at recent volume compared to what the outstanding notes were you can see that there has not been a tremendous amount of shares hitting the market. The reason for this is Mark has made arrangements with the note holders so they sell in a responsible manner but also much of the money that has been coming in has gone to pay off note holders.
I'm not saying it's going to the moon, that anyone should buy or it's a slam dunk. Of course it's still a risk but we are moving forward, money is falling into place, we have a favorable lease with a very company friendly landlord. We have a license to grow MMJ and come November RMJ. This is all real and is in the process of being completed.
The risk reward meter definitely falls to the reward side of the curve IMO.
That's a good thing right? Rather them make a killing than dump excessively and irresponsibly.
Thank you. For some reason it won't let me upload. Probably file size but don't know how to change that either.
Was working all day. I can't seem to be able to figure out how to up load photos. If you know please tell me. They are the same that are on the website except that mine are from a cell phone and Mark is in some of them.
As for financing as I understand they are in negotiation with a couple different groups for the bulk of financing. I believe they are in the engineering and permit phase of getting ready to start building out. Money has come in and it has been used to get to where we are now with that and to pay off note holders. Financing is dilution.
Yes shares were converted it seems, don't think it's Asher and still don't understand why you think it's cetrs, they do everything electronically these days. If you look at the filings so many more shares could have hit open market. The volume has been minimal and share price has risen accordingly. Mark has done a good job of getting note holders paid, not flooding the market and getting us ready for build out.
Still no guarantees and not suggesting anyone do anything. I still believe and from what I have seen everything is coming together, they will complete the build out and be cultivating by years end.
No they haven't.
I can't make it unfortunately. What I think is great about the open house is that it's being held by mcig whose doing the construction/build out. I've toured the facility and its pretty amazing.
Banking becoming available now. Next up deregulation by the DEA. Legalization in Nov and we will be off to the races.
U.S. Senate Appropriations Committee Approves Measure That Would Allow Banks and Other Financial Institutions to Provide Services to State-Legal Marijuana Businesses
Appropriations amendment approved with bipartisan support is intended to improve public safety by reducing the number of marijuana businesses that must operate entirely in cash because they are being denied access to banking and financial services
WASHINGTON — The U.S. Senate Appropriations Committee on Thursday approved an amendment to the Financial Services and General Government Appropriations bill that is intended to ease access to banking and other financial services for state-legal marijuana businesses.
The amendment, authored by Sen. Jeff Merkley (D-OR), would prevent the spending of funds to prohibit or penalize banks and other financial institutions for providing services to state-legal marijuana businesses. Currently, many banks are unwilling to open accounts for marijuana businesses because they fear federal penalties, which has resulted in many of those businesses operating on a cash-only basis.
More than half of the U.S. population lives in jurisdictions where marijuana is legal for adult or medical use,“More than half of the U.S. population lives in jurisdictions where marijuana is legal for adult or medical use,” said Robert Capecchi, director of federal policies for the Marijuana Policy Project. “Millions of marijuana consumers are relying on licensed and regulated businesses to provide them with safe and legal access to marijuana.
“Current federal policy all but ensures marijuana businesses operate on a cash-only basis, which raises safety concerns for their employees and the surrounding communities,” Capecchi said. “This measure should ease financial institutions’ concerns about opening accounts for these state-legal businesses.”
In order to become law, the full Senate must approve the appropriations bill, the House must adopt similar language in its Financial Services and General Government Appropriations bill, and the president must sign it. The Senate Appropriations Committee approved a similar amendment last year, but it was not included in the final spending bill.
Haven't spoken to Bradley in a couple weeks. I actually had no idea the PR was coming out. I know there have been several groups with big money looking to invest directly into the company. I would guess that a deal was struck and that the money to do the build out is in place. I think things are going to get exciting.
Incorrect about keeping the company going just to take a salary. Sorry, I didn't write my full thought out. Of course he takes a salary but he isn't taking $175k cash that I know. Most has been deferred and if we make it yes he will cash out. He personally lives on fumes, I know this to be fact.
As for being blind about Pinks, not at all. Penny stocks can be an ugly place. But for PNTV I've known the ceo since before inception of the company. Say what you will, Bradley is a good guy with a vision. He isn't trying to scam people out of money. We have never split. We will get back to prior highs within a year or two I believe, if not sooner. The weed train is moving and we are heading to Green Pastures.
You are incorrect in your assumption about taking a salary but I can not blame you for seeing things the way you do. Fortunately for us they made Weed legal. We are close to pennies again. The company will be successful. I think you have a better chance of recouping your money here than say Lehman Brothers, Enron, Sponge Tech or Bernie Madoff.
Sounds like I'm what, selling? Not at all. 9.41 million shares and holding. Read my posts, I don't pump I just defend that PNTV is NOT a scam or a way for Mark to take a salary. If you really knew the guy and the life he's led trying to make this company go you'd know there would have been easier more lucrative ways of making a living and a life. And I'll say again there are no guarantees PNTV will be successful but i think it is a great risk to reward and have put my money there.
The selling? Note holder, people flipping out from the .0014-.002 range, a disgruntled long, maybe Tice. They all could be sellers.
I'd still like to know how you determine its certs being sold. What's your basis?
It's not a Pink its an OTC, huge difference. I have made private placements and received certs. You need to deposit the certs in a brokerage account to sell them and then they are sold as regular common stock, which they are. Certs (private placements) are sold as restricted shares and there fore are governed by Rule 144 sales. Takes a year to come off restriction. Are you saying Players is selling illegal shares?
PNTV was originally listed on NASDAQ back in 1995 or 96 when ever it first went public. It delisted to OTCBB but has always been fully reporting. It's K is late but will be out this week I believe. You should be able to see it on L2. I did today and apparently so did MrPink.
L2 shows the MM but how do you know they are certs? Do you mean note holders? I equate a cert (certificate) to a private placement think David Tice which is different than a note holder like Asher.
How can you tell that?
Walgreens sent this in an email blast to its data base.

What is Medical Marijuana?
Marijuana has been used to relieve pain, digestive and psychological disorders for more than 3,000 years—but the efficacy, safety and legality of the drug are still widely debated.1
What is Medical Marijuana (Cannabis)?
Medical marijuana is the use of the leaves, flowers and buds of the hemp plant cannabis as treatment for diseases or symptoms. The healing properties of marijuana are due to its high cannabidiol (CBD) content (the non-psychoactive component of cannabis that may be beneficial in treating pain, epileptic seizures and possibly psychoses).2 Marijuana also contains tetrahydrocannabinol (THC), a molecule that can stimulate appetite, decrease nausea, reduce pain and produce a psychoactive effect.2
How Does Medical Marijuana Work?
Cannabinoids attach like a key to a lock to your body’s naturally occurring cannabinoid receptors, which make up the endocannabinoid (EC) system. Both the therapeutic and psychoactive properties of marijuana occur when a cannabinoid activates a cannabinoid receptor. Because the EC system is found in many parts of your brain and cannabinoid receptors are all over your body—in your brain, lungs, liver, kidneys and immune system—the effects of THC and CBD are wide-ranging.5
When marijuana is smoked, its effects can kick in immediately. The THC chemicals quickly travel from your lungs into your bloodstream. Then, brain cells release the chemical dopamine, which creates physical effects. When marijuana is eaten however, it may take up to an hour for it to metabolize in the stomach and digestive system before being felt by the brain.6
Research on the health benefits of marijuana is ongoing, but current studies have proven that cannabinoid receptors play an important role in many body processes, including metabolic regulation, cravings, pain, anxiety, bone growth and immune function.7
Why is the Use of Medical Marijuana Debated?
Though marijuana has been approved for medical use in many states, marijuana is not yet approved for national use by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Research has indicated it may impair your lungs, memory and judgment.8
However, research has also shown marijuana provides pain relief in ways traditional pain medicines don’t.9 Medical marijuana can improve appetite and relieve nausea in those who have cancer and it may help relieve symptoms such as muscle stiffness in people who have multiple sclerosis.10,11

What are Common Uses for Medical Marijuana?
Though there is limited research to create general treatment recommendations, medical marijuana use has been suggested and reported for many different conditions including:12
Cancer pain management
Parkinson’s disease
Tourette’s Syndrome
Alzheimer’s disease
Schizophrenia
Cardiovascular disorders
Palliative care
Glaucoma
How is Medical Marijuana Used?
Smoking medical marijuana is the most common method of using it because the patient is able to feel its effects almost immediately, and is able to control how much relief they need.13 However, this brings an increased risk of bronchitis or other respiratory problems.
Medicinal marijuana can also be:13
Taken in capsules
Vaporized (the plant is heated until active ingredients are released; no smoke is formed)
Taken as a liquid extract
Eaten (Pulverized into flour and baked or extracted into fat or oils)
What Are Potential Side Effects of Marijuana?
Side effects of marijuana are usually temporary and can include:14
Dizziness
Drowsiness
Short-term memory loss
Euphoria
Can You Get a Prescription for Medical Marijuana?
Medical marijuana can’t be purchased from a pharmacy like traditional prescriptions. It must be sold through a licensed dispensary in an approved state. Patients must be seen and evaluated by a licensed health care provider.15
If you’d like more information about the use of medical marijuana, talk with your doctor. Most states encourage patients to apply for a Medical Marijuana Identification Card (MMIC). Patients need to show proof of residence, have a qualifying condition and a medical recommendation for use from a licensed health care provider. This card allows patients to legally possess marijuana for medical use dispensed through a licensed dispensary. Please refer to your state specific laws for additional information on the use of medical marijuana.15

White House Meets with Cannabis Activists:
Adam Eidinger and Nikolas Schiller, who co-founded DC Marijuana Justice (DCMJ) Washington D.C.’s effective cannabis legalization attempt in 2014, are set to meet with an anonymous policy advisor this morning at the White House, the DCMJ announced. The goal is to discuss and come to a conclusion as to why marijuana should not be considered amongst the most dangerous drugs in the world by the federal government. This debate has been becoming more and more heated between legislators, scientists, doctors as well as the public. According to polls, around sixty-one percent of Americans support legalizing cannabis.
“This is an opportunity for the White House to meet with serious and committed cannabis activists and hear our case for why it’s in President Obama’s best interest to work with the attorney general to fully remove cannabis from the Controlled Substances Act, ” DCMJ communications director Schiller said.
The meeting is going to be set to meet at 1:30 p.m. and will likely last about thirty to forty-five minutes; according to sources, this meeting is going to be “groundbreaking.” Members of the group Weed for Warriors, including ex-Paratrooper and Attorney Brandon Wyatt, will be giving interviews at a press conference on Pennsylvania Avenue after the discussion takes place.
Proponents’ efforts seem to be setting in the beltway. Responding to legislators’ inquiries, the Drug Enforcement Administration has stated that it might issue a new recommendation on the scheduling of marijuana as soon as June. Last week, the DEA also approved a rare trail of whole plant marijuana to treat post-traumatic stress disorder. Michael Botticelli, director of the White House Office of National Drug Control Policy, reported to UN Officials last week that “law enforcement efforts should focus on criminal organizations — not on people with substance use disorders who need treatment and recovery support services.”
THIS is the key to the next level. Banks, up listing, institutional investors. 2017.
I don't know what you're talking about. Company I am talking about has never done biz with them yet and has been public 20 years no shell. Separate entity completely. I didn't give its name because I don't want to spam your board. I'm on your side dude.
That's great for the stock. Solid base at .48-.50 sets the next level of real support. Slow and steady. Everything is physics, fast up fast down. We need revenues to sustain and that realistically starts in November. 2017 will be the year for real gain.
There is actually another public company in Las Vegas who has cultivation and production licenses. They will end up doing business with TRTC in 2017. I think both are poised to be big winners in this burgeoning industry.
I live in CA and I agree, CA will be close. CA isn't as liberal as many across the country like to think. NV is a lock. The majority of the licenses given out were to insiders and old family and big money. I believe the ground work was laid out since before then. November could prove to be an exciting time for NV based MMJ stocks.
I don't think competition, at least in the beginning, will hurt anyone. Quality will be a bigger issue. As CO has experienced there has been a lack of product, quality or otherwise. I do agree that some of these smaller companies have an opportunity to get bought out in the future but also could hold their own vs the big boys. I've bet on it, albeit another company, but I believe we will all do very well. Go TRTC and PNTV!!
Thank You both for the info!! This is great for us all. Federal government laying the ground work. You guys got a good thing here. I'm hoping we're as successful. Green pastures to us both!
You mean at the Federal level? That would be amazing. What makes you believe that will happen between now and July? I have a big hand in the MMJ game and would love for this to be true.
What is the OS and float? Is the info here on Ihubs detailed quote correct? Thanks!
That's my guess as to why. I wondered myself but didn't think much of it. I'll ask Mark. I was at the building though and it is quite remarkable.
PNTV under the radar MMJ company trading subpenny. http://playersnetwork.com/marijuana/green-leaf-farms
20 year fully reporting OTCBB. Have cultivation and production license for MMJ in Las Vegas. Have a 26000 sq ft building starting build out. Also a media company. WeedTv.com
It says confidential because when it was first put together it was. I toured the facility this past weekend. It's absolutely beautiful and very real. The rest of the money for development is coming in.
If you want to see potential of another company in Vegas further along in the process look at Terra Tech TRTC.
Can anyone tell me if the OS and float listed on the detailed quote on Ihub is correct? Thank you in advance.
I did with SPNG (Sponge tech) back in 2005/06 but that was a scam. Congratulations to all holding shares here. Wish I was one. I do hope to cash in with another Vegas company that is in the same industry but not as far along but have their building and occupancy license and are starting their build out. Trading under a penny.
Executive summary for Green Leaf Farms build out time line and revenue projections.

No pumps, no dumping in the markets, no splits, fully reporting OTCBB company, not a pink. I've bought on the open market from .36 down to .0014. I've made private placements with the company years ago at .10 and .15. So call me a homer, I've been called worse but I know 100% that the company is real.
As for money, toxic notes, being out of the media business that is just incorrect. Where are all the toxic shares hitting the market? We know they have Asher tied up in a lawsuit. Perhaps they have made arrangements with their other note holders, perhaps they have been paid off? I don't blame anyone for not believing based on appearances but the conclusions are again incorrect. This company will prove to be needle in the haystack.
Appreciate it. No doubt been a tough road. Fortunately I've accumulated the majority down here. I know 100% this is a real company. I took a gamble and I believe in the end I will come out the winner.
I've bet on it all these years. Been able to accumulate 9.4 mm shares. Can't wait for that 2016 ballot vote when recreational/adult use is legalized.
