Why does my scottrade account show a PPS of $0.0001 but at the same time showing at $0.002 drop in price from yesterday's close? Did this tap $0.002 yesterday? Is that an error?>

Honestly, if they pay out that December 2010 stock dividend in Class-A shares like that last SEC filing suggested was in the works, shucks, this could go to $1.00.

Frankly sir, comparing something to a book we all had to read for FRESHMAN ENGLISH CLASS that contrasts the abuses of a captain with the mutinous activities of a first officer is absolutely germain to this discussion. I try to smile and find the humor in everything, remember, we shareholders own this company, and if we can proove we are "oppressed minority shareholders" there are laws that protect us in both the state of Texas and at the Federal level.

We don't need a private investigator. We have dozens of US Marines, Soldiers, CPA's, MBA's, college chaplains and Attorneys' invested in this company now. How do I know this? Is it true that the biproduct; "waste", of companies like PCIO, MJNA, CANA, CBIS, and GRNH; which is left over after harvesting and producing their medicines is often disgarded and unused? Is making clothes and oils the best use of left over husks, stems, stalks, seeds and plant matter which is often disgarded and not used? Is it true that this matter is grown with 8 times less the water and sunglight as corn? Is it true that America subsodizes US corn growers to take their corn, that otherwise would be sent to aid emergency hunger victims, to make ethanol? I agree with you on communication, and the lack of communication on Mr. Anderson's part is inexcusable. Mr. Christian's success in creating a new "England" on Pitcarin Island (Laguna Beach) was through his faithful and consistent communication with his shareholder base.

The biggest asset here is a debt free shell with a strong base of shareholders willing to form an equity committee, hold an annual shareholders meeting, elect a board of directors, appiont a new CEO, and get new financing to fund, Natural Gas, Oil & Solar projects through a private equity firm led by an investment banker with an Ivy-League MBA and decades of experience in acquiring small to middle sized companies and rebranding them, and re-selling them.

We shareholders are the "asset".

Isn't that what the executives at Lehman Brothers, Bear Stearn, Goldman Sachs, JP morgan, Washington Mutual Bank, the SEC, FINRA and the Whitehouse do every day with the American tax payers money, time, blood, sweat and tears? Money is a man made invention that no longer has any backing. Until we have a gold standard, the only thing that really exists in the financial world, is what those involved in making money, literally printing it, can imagine it's worth.
