SSSPPPLLLITTTTTTTTTTT DAMMIT!!!!!!!!!!
So many people don't want to pay 10+$ for a stock, let alone $5!!
Split this bad boy, double us up, and let a whole new rung of buyers in!!!
Am I the only DYING to get a split here?!?!??!?
Could it be possible for a split anytime soon? Seems like with all the buying, it would be a great time to split...
Gap is filled....Party time!
I wouldn't quite consider myself a connoisseur, maybe 10 years ago, but these kinds of people that we are trying to market to, I imagine are probably going to be disappointed. Are we still blasting our product with radiation? Or "cold pasteurization" as they called it?
Don't get me wrong.
I own shares, I've been in since day 1, and am averaged at 2.50.
I see a very promising future and my retirement fund here.
With that said, I would never buy their product. Well, not now anyways, and probably not for a long time.
My problem is, to be working with Snoop to produce amazing world class strains, they should not rush something like this. This is something that takes time to perfect, and they should not put out a sub par product that needs to be perfected later on.
This is like releasing an unfinished video game, then charging people a second time for the finished product.
If they are serious about getting into the real connoisseurism of marijuana, putting out 3 strains in 6 months is a huge mistake.
Parading him as the most recognised and famous cannabis "connoisseur" , and then saying they "carefully" selected phenotypes for Snoops best herb on the planet, but then saying, give it time to get it right...
Really?
This is what they need to stop doing.
Take the time to do it right.
It takes a long time to breed and perfect a strain. Not 6 months. That's ridiculous.
They need to stop putting out inferior product, while they say they are the leader in the industry etc etc.
Something like this would have been okay for recreational use. Well, not okay, but it would sell. Why couldn't they take the time to get it all right the first time and be prepared for legalization?
Since announcing this first-of-a-kind partnership in February, Tweed and the iconic entrepreneur have been carefully working to select, phenotype, and ultimately produce a selection of cannabis strains that represent the highest quality of flower, while meeting a cross-section of patient needs. The Tweed Shop will soon be home to the first three Canadian Leafs by Snoop varieties – Sunset, Ocean View and Palm Tree CBD – a nod to the West Coast rapper's California heritage.
Carefully selecting phenotypes.....in a period where it's only possible to grow out 2 sets of plants in the bare minimum time.
I just wish they weren't so full of it.
Google pheno hunting, if you want to see what carefully selecting a phenotype is.
Although it's still great news for the company and people who don't know anything about cannabis.
It's kind of like McDonalds being the sponsor for the Olympics....What world class athlete would eat McDonalds? You think Snoop is going to smoke Tweed's weed?
lol
What strain is that? Looks like an awful leaf to bud ratio, and trimming it must have been hell.
Also, tmg.v
Any idea what's been going on the last 2 days?
What the hell happened?

This is a retirement company. Todays release :
Major Hospital Engages Thermal Energy International for $825,000 Heat Recovery System
OTTAWA, ONTARIO / ACCESSWIRE / January 29, 2015 / Thermal Energy International Inc. ("Thermal Energy" or the "Company") (TSXV: TMG), a global provider of proprietary energy efficiency solutions to the industrial, commercial and institutional sectors, has received a purchase order from a major hospital for an initial 35% payment toward a heat recovery system with a total value of approximately $825 thousand. The condensing flue gas recovery system would be used to recover heat from three boilers on site at the hospital. The project is expected to be completed and the revenue for the full system earned over the next six months.
"This is our fourth heat recovery order in the last two months, each of which is from a new customer," said William Crossland, CEO of Thermal Energy. "Hospitals continue to be a good source of business for both of our proprietary product lines. These orders are demonstrative of the benefits that hospitals and industrial operations around the world can realize from our proprietary heat recovery technology. As with the other three orders, we look forward to delivering the expected cost savings to this customer and hopefully pursuing additional opportunities with them."
The system is expected to reduce the hospital's annual operating costs by approximately $200 thousand, resulting in a payback period of about four years.
With this order, Thermal Energy's order backlog currently stands at approximately $4.4 million of which approximately $0.5 million is related to long-term contracts and is not expected to be reflected in revenue within the next 12 months. Thermal Energy includes in "order backlog" the value of projects in respect of which purchase orders have been received but have not yet been reflected as revenue in the Company's published financial statements.

Awesome, awesome, awesome, release this morning.
The real problem is...The loss of 2.3m for 3 months.
That means we need 3m in revs to make money, a quarter.
Why the hell are they spending so much money?
It's doesn't cost THAT much to put up a couple 2x4's and some drywall, maybe some mylar and a bunch of lights.
The revenue isn't the issue, that will come. It's the cost of it.
I was under the impression that the margin was going to be 70%ish.
Not even close.
Very disappointing to see the cash bleed.
The selloff today has NOTHING to do with revs. The revs were expected. All of the other numbers were bad.
When it comes in a ziplock bag, sure. I'm sure Tweed doesn't bag their product.

Kicking myself for not buying more at 1.80.
Will be a sweet,sweet close.
What an open!!

If it breaks through 2.55, look for 2.80-Maybe, even, 3$.
Wow!! I'm green now!!!!
Way to go Tweed!
2 up days and you guys are screaming to the moon. Relax, I know it's a nice change after 6 months of red. We all hope for the best, but keep your heads on straight.
lol, and you guys called me a basher, and even banned me from the board.
I actually might even be looking to add here.
Excellent, honest post!
Need more like this instead of, GO TWEED 17$!!!!!!!!!
What really does bother me is the irradiation of the product. It is unnecessary, and destroys the medicinal value of the herb.
On the info page, it says some strains are irradiated, but when you look through the strains, they ALL are.
With proper drying and curing, there is no need to douse the product with radiation. If I was a patient, I would never buy it, solely because of the irradiation. I would get it off the street.
Hopefully they stop doing it. I would imagine there'd be more customers if there were more options available without the irradiation process.
TMG.V looking juicy
The current share price and trading activity shows the pumpers here claiming Tweed produces an amazing product. Really don't know what they are talking about and should shut up.
Yeah, it is fishy they won't release patient numbers, but the revenue will speak for itself. Let's hope we're doing a lot better than last quarter.
The issue is, it doesn't need anything done to it. I've had a fair share off the street and have never gotten sick or anything from it. If its not dried and cured properly, there'll be no mold.
Only uninformed, uneducated, and people who don't know that the medicine is being destroyed, want irradiated marijuana.
Kevin OLeary hates money, and is lying so he can cover his short shares for much cheaper.
*Sigh*
What a great perspective he adds. I guess his lawyers don't know what they're talking about either.
That's okay. Patients should be able to grow their own medicine.
When, not if, pot is legalized, the issue is that they irradiate their weed.
I would never purchase irradiated weed. I'd rather get it off the street, where I've never gotten sick once in 15 years from whatever bacteria or mold they think they are killing.
I think the problem is that they are not drying and curing their buds properly.
I bought back in at 2.41, thinking there'd be a bounce.
Boy was I wrong. I'm down 25%.
I don't understand why you are so happy about being down upwards of 50%, or more.
When will you get angry? Down 60? 70? 80?
TWEED!!!!!!! 17$$$$$$$$
Yeah, I didn't think so.
