Last week's IR update clearly stated that the RE announcement would be this week? Could you please provide a link where GRDO is clearly stated in KW's announcement? Could you please post a link from KW's vendor announcement that mentions GRDO?

KTG doesn't have 72,000 employees.

At the time the PR came out, everyone speculated it was KW because when board members did DD on large RE companies, KW stated they had 72,000 agents on their website. Of course this was a year ago and they probably have more agents now.

No...it's not the Kendra Todd Group. If you recall from the PR from June/July 2009, the PR specifically stated that the real estate company they're in disccussion with has over 72,000 agents.

That is defintely not the Kendra Todd Group. I'll try to dig up the PR.

Who said anything about selling anything again? The word has always been the deal is contingent upon implementing certain infrastructural requirements needed by the RE company. All this seems to be wrapping up and ramping up.
