Buybuy..Thanks for the link
I was just now able to listen to it..because I had problems getting sound out of computer. Did I hear Dean right? Did he say he was looking into getting MS to include MCC on their Diamond version of Vista??? veno
Ihubposter..Some great questions..
Since you do have quite a few..It would be a good idea as you said in your earlier post to submit them to Dean and or probably Cervelle before the meeting..I will copy these down and take them with me and try and ask what is not touched on..I would imagine due to time constraints they won't let me ask all of them so hopefully I can spread them out as I said before or they will be answered before questions start..I also saw Itstime's question and will include it..Thanks...veno
Ihubposter..I would imagine that any investor
that is going would like to hear any and all questions answered that can be answered..With that said and having been to a shareholder's meeting..they can't give us information that isn't already publicly known..They can clarify what has already been given to the public..That leaves open quite a few questions..since many things have not happened on time..Asking questions about what happened to those is fair game and so is asking about "Break even" since it has been brought up several times..If you have anything else that you would like to submit here..I will be glad to ask it or share it with another long that is willing to ask..In the last meeting many questions were asked..but that was only by a few of us..The rest remained silent and just listened..So fire away...veno
Gannent..I have no idea where
Fopaz went..and he was going to lead us out..LOL..He will probably show up again once Onev announces a big carrier..if not..no big loss..This forum does offer a little more peace and quiet and is at a slower pace..I don't miss RB one bit.. I had some problems with my MV email feature today and called Onev..The problem was with my email provider and will be up and running tomorrow..I talked with Adam and he is excited about the new 2.1 version that just came out..It seems the OEMs and the home automation companies are waiting for the remote..It looks like we will get a demo of it at the meeting..Still waiting on the bigger carriers to say yes..It should prove to be a very interesting meeting if nothing comes by then..It should also be even more interesting with news..I am hoping for the news first..GLTY...veno

Big..I hope to be there
with a big smile on my face..The fact that Jacobo is still behind this company 100% is keeping me from being too frustrated..I do know that he has not sold any shares without putting it right back into the company..New filings will show just that..Also knowing that the RCC..Telmex and Telcel links are active..helps me to know that Onev is not just playing around..I don't know if Orvn is going to be at the SH's meeting or not..As far as RB..I couldn't be happier in leaving..I can't believe that the bashers and whiners there are actually adults..absolutely no one can be that dumb..GLTY and thanks for your support..Onev needs to get these contracts in before the meeting..We know it..they know it..Lets hope it happens...veno
Morley..
Hook lives in Hawaii and KauaiKid lives in California..I have met the later but not the former..I do believe that Rocky is is going and Uchuff..I don't know about the two you mentioned...veno
Itstime.. I won't be back
from the meeting until the afternoon on Friday..I believe there will be more going from this board that might be able to give you an update sooner..If not I will certainly update all when I return...veno
Itstime..Thanks for finding
that link..I used to throw in the big ones just for fun..but I got tired of not seeing them show up..It is great to see Onev actually has their foot in the door of some huge companies..Interesting they took down the Cingular link and left the Telcel and Telmex links up..My thought is that Onev probably doesn't want the company called while they are looking over the tech..while on the other hand more people would probably be reluctant to call Mexico..Just a guess on my part..Either way it was a great find and thanks again..It sure does raise hope for the future of Onev...veno
You can post it here..
there are many more longs here that care one way or the other...veno
The new shares that are shown
in the filing are options that can be purchased at .016. if and when that occurs they will have to file. At the time that happens they will be added to the OS. Orvn, I think we will see a larger US carrier before we see America Movil come on board with everyone. I would like to see Telcel be next out of Mexico to say yes. RCC should be finally ready to go. I love being long Onev...veno
Hi..All..
It has been some time since I posted here..I am still long and strong Onev..I am a little tired from traveling this week..I will try and get caught up this weekend and help out when I can..GLTA...veno
Linda..the people that saw the demos
said that they thought everyone was impressed. The Intel demo was done behind closed doors to VIPs and press only. Onev actually had four demos, One with Shuttle in an Escalade that had a MC in it. One Voice was interviewed at least 8 times by 3:00 on the first day by television, newspapers, magazine and radio. Overall I would think that it was just what Onev needed to jump start MS to get off their rear ends and get MCC out of the focus groups. This was a nice interview from a tech magazine, journalist. He is a tech geek, a programmer and an engineer..veno

Linda, good to hear from you..
I do believe you may be on to something. Starting the week of the show, we may see some big pops. It is all dependent on what coverage Onev gets, and if and when they announce another partner at the show, and who that turns out to be...veno
Sirotka.. been busy,
but I check in every so often. someone on the RB board confirmed with GS a rollout of MV on Friday. We shall see if it finally happens...veno
Linda. actually we sold
my wife's shares. At the time I had accumulated 500,000 shares and she had I believe around 300,000. We had some pressing bills and I had promised her for our 20th wedding anniversary I would take her to the Bahamas. Well it was coming up on our 22nd anniversary, so we decided to sell her shares. However, We sold at around .15. Couldn't even get the close to the high. I have since bought back 50,000 and was looking for 100,000 more if we would have dropped back to .05. For some reason even without news with "Teeth" there seems to be accumlation every time we drop. Onev has put a lot on their plate for Nov and with the new shares out, they will need it all to keep from dropping back again. Like I said, I don't have the stomach to try and guess the highs and lows. I was thinking about playing with the 150,000 should I get there, but I would probably lose it all. Make no doubt about it. If Onev should put out something that drives the pps way up. people will have to stand in line to beat my sell. I was in Boots and Coonts (Well) when it went from around .30 to over $2.00 in a couple of days driven by over buying. I was in at .40 and out at around 1.80 Missed the high and low, but I learned a valuable lesson. What goes up can come back down quick. The 500,000 shares I have are free and clear and I plan to ride them until Onev either skys or sinks. As with any speculation company, it usually is weighed in favor of the last scenario. However I still believe that the tech will win out here. And yes, I am getting too old for this. Maybe, some day If I do get a big win here, I'll look you up and you can guide me through some swing plays...veno
Linda. I am not a swing trader..
I haven't the stomach or the time to watch the pps day in and day out. I wish I would have sold much more when my wife wanted to sell hers. I also have several big board stocks that I just let sit and take the dividends. I will keep my long postion until I make a substaial take or the company goes under. GS was supposed to roll out around the first but they wanted to do some more test. Last I heard it should happen this week. Now it is a horse race between them and Inland. I would say the accumulation is from the uncertainty of whether a GS announcement will happen this week. If we get nothing then we will probably swing back down again. At the meeting much was said about Telcel and Nextel MX. heating back up again. However, nothing has showed up. Again we wait. I am getting too old for this game. I want a big carrier or big computer company and I want it now. Good luck in your investing, I don't know how you do it...veno
Kauai. I didn't know they worked
out of a office. Be careful Dean is not there again when you show up. LOL...veno, Night all.
Kauai.. I think it is time
for you to make a quick visit to ABS and see what is up. Tell them we want the VR product and we want it now. LOL. Hope all is well in Calf. wish I was there on vacation and not working my rear end off everyday. Good luck to us all...veno
What a difference a day makes. LOL
Without the emotion as I feel I have none most of the time, I will talk about the current pps situation and poison pill concept. The pps is not moving because the news has not been that good. It has all been we are going and not we now have revenue. linda I believe you are wrong. If today we got the old MS news and in a few days it was followed by the Tata news we would move just like we did before. You forget I was here to watch us go down to penny and back up to .20. Why did we move so much? The penny players were not on board before the announcements. They jumped in and artificially raised the pps. The longs had already predicted that would happen before it did. As the pennies realized their gains they jumped ship and we went back down. We must have added at least 10 new longs on that move and that was just on the RB board. Some took some profits as I did and some held all. Onev has not followed up on their timelines since then and that is why we are where we are. I will bet all that I have, that if we get a big carrier or MS says something nice about Onev. The pps goes back up in heartbeat out shares or not. More penny players will jump on it again and more longs. I don't think that most investors know just how much MS is interested in this tech. But it is hard to just take someeone's opinion. My guess is MS buys out MCC and may even go for buying out Onev's whole game. All bets are off if we see too many shares go out the door quickly, before any big news comes. Rocky and Orv I believe the $40,000 to $100,000 figure was if they needed to come back and ask for more shares in the middle of the year if for some reason they needed them. Dean did say the shares were to keep a hostile takeover from occurring. However, I believe they were told to ask for that many so if for some reason the pps took a nose dive again, they wouldn't have to go through what had just happened with La Jolla. If you remember that was also mentioned and I believe the real reason for such a high number. Knowing what I think I know. LOL. I don't think they will need many more shares. Like I said a R/S is more likely way down the road. Dean has said several times he would like to get back to the Nasdaq and now the new PR company says that is one plan they expect to help Onev achieve...I think we will all make big money here. Linda, as always trade as you like, but remember one thing. As you said it is all on paper until you sell. Many tried to talk me out of averaging down when we were going to a penny. They were wrong, I was right. I took great profits and I didn't even sell at the high or sell all I had. The question you should ask is do you think Onev will keep going down from here and stay there or will they pop again. I say a big pop before the end of the year. No guarantees and good luck to all...veno
Rocky, Linda and L2v..
very good discussion. If the company says that is what they are for, and as I have met and talked with management many times you tend to believe them. However, the one key in all this discussion is will revenue take over for the dilution? If it does then I believe the shares are for one purpose only and what I feel will actually happen. That is for a reverse split to get them back to the big board. I don't see that happening anytime soon, but it is the first thing that crossed my mind when they put that number up. I do see revenue taking over around 2nd quarter 2005. By that time most of what we need to know should already be in place. If we see them keeping to the additional 50 mil. in small increments, then I would look for the reverse some time in the 4th quarter 2005. Rocky, as you now know, once you have seen the tech demoed, it does help you to see the bigger picture and where Onev could be by 2nd quarter 2005. With names like HP, Dell and MS in the mix anything can happen short term. I can see that the chance of a substantial pps gain by the end of the year could be in the picture. However, depending on how the contracts work out, it could be a short term pop. If Onev gets just one big carrier like Alltell, which is still in play, then the support level should be much higher. However, regardless of the pop, I don't believe that they will sustain the much higher levels. The reason would be the slow but building revenue stream and the out shares. It would then be in Onev's ballpark to decide if they could get back to the big board quickly enough quarter by quarter or just shoot for the reverse and get there much faster. Right now it is all about revenues and they will start slowly unless a buyout of MCC comes quick. All just my opinion. Looks like GS could roll out by next week and Inland right behind them. That should provide some confidence. Until then I would like to see another carrier get on board. I don't think we will hear of anymore computer companies until the VR tech comes to market, hope that I am wrong there. Sorry so long. As Rocky said only time will tell. I will be keeping my eye on the shares asked for and whether they can keep their timelines this time around. Sorry so long, just my declining .06 worth. LOL...veno
The only new thing
I have is I emailed SMK and it took two back and forth to find out that they are working on the voice remote. It is in Beta tests to link up with MC 2005. It also sounded like there would be more than one model as they said remotes and not remote. I don't know what is coming but the new investor group plans on putting out one or more prs a week, not sure if that starts this week or next and it could be just fluff. Still it should keep the pps from sliding away. GS is very small, but their leader is talking us up to many more companies. Dobson would be the big fish to catch in that group and the guy I talked to from Panhandle says Dobson loves Onev's tech, but will have to wait for their PV contract to run out. After talking to the comptroller of Onev he said their take on the Ovation computer is around $150 and that is dependant on which computer you buy and how much they mark it up. the $150 figure is for the lowest model. He said the VR product should net them more but wouldn't say how much. Most of the stuff I get comes from the companies that have been mentioned by Onev, Many have said that NDA's have been signed when I dig to deep, but they seem to be loosening up now that MC2005 is out. I trully am a buyer of the VR product when it comes out, so I ask a lot of hard questions. I was surprised that Dean was able to say what he did about MS today. NDA's have been the offical comment since Winhec whenever MS was brought up, he must have got the go ahead some how..Good luck all...veno
Calazaro, after the meeting
I went to the Onev office and met the comptroller. I think Dean is already picking up help as he looked to be about 20 years old. Although very intelligent, he was dressed in baggy shorts and a some sport logo T-shirt and sandals. He said he had just been to the university and Dean had sent only the young staff there. The first day Dean went there and wore a business suit and was treated like he had the plague. I think Onev is stretching themselves very thin. They are hitting many different fronts right now, but Dean seems to have delegated someone to each task. I would like to see more advertisement, even more sales people and a pr firm added. I think it will happen, but don't hold your breath. I do know from my talks that the new hire Jeremy has very strong ties to the retail sector. Thanks for your post...veno
Mugatu.. don't get me wrong..
I actually like to hear conflicting points as long as it is kept civil. I don't believe you are lying. I was just curious who you talked to since the lead to the tech at Golden had said the first of Nov. It was also said at the shareholders meeting which I now see was after the 12th. I agree that any more delays are very disconcerting as Jim H. had also told me before the meeting that the rollout was likely to occur before we met, and then at the meeting it was a different story. We shall see how it turns out. The lead at Golden said the tech is great and it will roll out. The question is when? As far as MS is concerned my point of view comes from various sources. You have to remember that MS doesn't have much to do with the actual production of the VR features. That is in the hands of Onev, the OEMs and any other third parties. MS's part comes in testing only for compatibilty. Dean has said that the VR feature will be out next month. Niveus has put out that the new Danali computer that includes the VR feature will be out next month. But, more importantly, I have heard from more than one source that MS is watching this devlopment very closely and there are talks going on between MS and Onev about the tech. Rahoul saying that they can't say anything about the relationship, just peaks my interest even more. Like I said before Jacobo, talked with several of us and he seems to have a very close relationship with Onev and told us that no matter how low it goes he will just buy more because he sees this as a huge discount to what will happen to the pps in the future. From my talks with Onev he is a very well to do businessman from Mexico and has many strong relationships with many companies there. After meeting him and talking with him I would have to agree. He was very intelligent and was very much up on Onev's tech. That is why I will not sell a share until either of two things occur. One, Nov comes and goes and we don't get what we want, in which case I will probably sell about half and let the other ride to whatever or Two, Jacobo sells. Thanks again for your DD, and I appreaciate your posts. OT. Are you a member on RB? If so, if you don't mind, please give your screen name, so I can keep up with what you have. If not I will just keep checking in here. Thanks...veno
Magatu, I respect your take on things.
if you try to flip this stock good luck. I am quite happy staying long and not worrying about the day to day pps. I am curious who you talked to at Golden, I too have been calling Golden on a regular basis and have never heard two more months mentioned . I have talked to the woman who is the one that is in charge of getting Onev up and running there. The last I heard they had a few more codes to put for billing purposes and that they would wait for the next billing cycle to make an even break with subs. She was saying the first of Nov or there about and that was last week. I would really like to know who you talked to and why they thought the delay would take two months and the reason. Also Dean at the meeting said Nov for the launch of Golden and also for the VR product to come out. I was also told in person that MS is very much behind Onev rolling out the VR product. Interesting conflicting messages. I think I will call tomorrow and talk to Jim and see what he thinks the timelines to be at this point.. Thanks again for your input...veno
Linda, there are companies
like BCGI that offer prepaid calling services. It is a natural for Onev to go for them considering Onev has the ability now to sign up individual accounts. I don't know why I picked BCGI as an example.. LOL...veno
Oh, and HP and Dell
were mentioned about three times. Also a couple of prepaid companies are now in the mix...veno
Linda, here are just a few observations from the meeting. I also visted the Onev office after the meeting and talked with Jim H., Dean, Jacobo and Rahoul seperately.
The meeting was very somber until the demo. Great questions were asked and some were actually answered. LOL. Most promising. Jacobo was actively talking us up with Nextel. MX and Telcel. Delays in getting out the VR product is due to MS not getting out the developer's SDK until about three weeks before the meeting. MS is in talks with Onev through their eHome division. Rahoul said that if he could tell me what they knew about MS and Onev it would 'Blow My mind" He and I have had many conversations and usualy he is pretty gloomy. One thing that really struck me was that Dean said that the VR feature would be ready next month, which coincides with MS's release of their server that supports Onev's VoIP and instant messaging. Dean said that a big carrier was coming. no maybe, or might, but was coming of course no timeline. My guess, Telcel finally for the trial, however, could be a Nextel launch. They never wanted a trial. Jacobo who said he is still buying and said he thinks that it is great to buy at this discounted price and this is a person that already has 14 mil shares and hasn't sold once. Jim H. says that he visits Onev about once a week. I have a feeling considering he actually flew down to Mex. with Dean last week, that he knows more than we know. When he sells. I will sell. Also, just a gut feeling that Dean has something up his sleeve as he seemed to cocky sometimes during his answers. He is always very reserved both on the phone and in person. Good luck with your trading. I will be all in with everything I can get, if we keep heading down, but that is just me. LOL...veno
Linda, actually I have
to disagree again. Maybe we will find some common ground somewhere.LOL. I do not think they have had great news. They have had some small deals and news that we will get more news shortly. I feel the stock is behaving the way it is because Onev hasn't come out with a voice product yet for MC yet or a big name carrier or computer company. Right now most investors are just not sure that any of this will amount to anything. One of the above mentioned and we will get a move up and the right news it will soar. JMO. I like your debates and I respect your views to offset mine, you are one of the few on these boards that have inteligence that I have encountered. Thanks...veno
Linda, I have to disagree.
The authorized and the outstanding as you know are two different things. I have a feeling with the right names announced that being in penny land you will see another huge swing to the upside on the pps. Dean needs something to move the 35 mil. he just put out. In the meeting we were told that cash will run out by the last of Nov. So he will need something more to move the shares they will ask for then. I have to believe that from what I gathered at the meeting, that we will have some big names announce and that could be all this company needs for people to start taking them seriously. If we don't get some big names soon, then we could just meander our way back down until we do. If that happens you can bet I will jump on the opportunity to add more, because I believe that the big names are coming and one of them will be MS in some way. Of course nobody but Dean and crew know when that will happen...veno
Linda, I think you took
that post a little hard, it was more tongue in cheek. Besides Dean and Rahoul repeating both at the meeting and in private that what they had coming in the pipeline would stop dilution at around only 50 mil. more, nothing else was said. I do know that MS is considering what to do with Onev's tech and it is really out of Onev's hands. I also know by talking to Jacobo of Mex. that he has an in with both Nextel and Telcel, and things are heating back up there again. Also, that is why he went with Dean to mex. right after the meeting. I also visited both the SDSU campus and Onev office while I was there. I think we will see that getting SDSU will turn out to be more than we thought and as we are already being talked up to other schools by the woman who runs the program there. She is president of some board of colleges as is Dan Rule of Golden the president of the RCA. I also know by a phone call to Panhandle, who's CEO is also a shareholder of Onev, that Dobson likes our tech and is waiting like others for PV's contracts to expire. I am still long because I see Onev finally starting to turn the corner. I think it could still take some time before bigger revenues hit, but I can wait and as usual we wait to see what turns up. You never know about Dean, he likes to surprise us with something we know nothing about...veno
Linda, you can thank Rocky
for telling me about this site. I have read some of the posts and it is much better than the site you asked me to join. I am looking for some place to just rest and give what I know every so often. looks like this is nice an quiet. You have me pegged wrong however, I am not looking for attention, I just want to keep myself and the longs up to date on what Onev is doing. I have very good rapport with Onev and I have used the tech. Dean can put out the most bizare prs and sometimes I call to see what it was he said. I also have had conversations with just about everyone Onev is working with and contrary to what you thought on RB, I do get answers. Again my only reason for posting is information to help us in this investment. I don't care how people invest in this company, but I do take it personal when someone slams the company for persoanal gain. I did appreaciate your analysis on the other board and I have met Rocky and also trust her judgement. Funny I just heard about this site at the meeting...veno
