"We are anticipating getting off to a great start in this new year".
Now that's the kind of stuff I like to hear.
Waiting in anticipation of some volume.
Best to all,
weo
GAMZ suddenly getting volume eom
Market again looking real strong and that bodes very positive when GAMZ's releases their next piece of news IMO. I am going out on a limb here, unless we get something unexpected that is negative, our current price will be a thing of the past IMO.
I don't like to make predictions but the market is reacting very positive to news. Getting excited
weo
Sorry for the hype lol, JMO
Been a good week for Micro Cap stocks. Even the tiniest of stocks are moving on news. All we need is some news IMO.
Best,
weo
Good week for the pennies or micro cap stocks. STOCKS WITH NEWS HAVE BEEN MOVING. All we need is some gas.
weo
Here is another to keep an eye on. GAMZ! This could be a huge month for the company. The recent merger with Ferris hasn't helped their balance sheet but it has brought recognition and if you read the December 4th release, sounds as if a potential contract is imminent.
Volume has been lacking but shareholders of this company have been very loyal including myself. Also, November showed a month where a great deal of trading occurred between the .16 cent and .20 cent range. IMO, someone was allowed to buy in cheap. This certainly looks like the bottom to me.
http://www16.brinkster.com/gemmerling/gamz.html
Gemmerling on the IHUB board of GAMZ is very knowledgable.
Just my opinion and should be viewed as such.
Best to all,
weo
Hello all. Just so you know the GAMZ board finished 34th for the year of all the IHUB boards. Actually that's not to shabby since we've only recently started posting here.
Has anyone noticed that NITE has moved to .30 cents on the ask? I believe he was at .25 cents yesterday.
I have been here 2-1/2 years now. Watched many good things happen. Everything seems to be in position now. Whoever was the big buyer seems to have been let in in the .16 cent range, IMO that's the bottom. Hopefully we are ready for some dynamic news.
Best to all in 2002
weo
segirr, good to see you. I believe nobull is still around, yes.
I am very upbeat about our chances here. While funding is an issue, I believe EGRO Management has a good plan to get us away from these levels. Hopefully Management will soon share that plan with us.
This forum has many good fine tools to help educate potential investors. As soon as the company begins to release some news, I will make sure all that information is here for us on this site.
Good to see you again and best of luck.
weo
EGRO coming to life a bit, .008/.0095 on 176K. Keep an eye on this.
Best,
weo
EGRO has been the brunt of many investors dismay since the R/M with DRYD almost 2 years ago. While current Mnagement wasn't the culprit of the R/S that occurred, many lay the blame there IMO. Also the sector that EGRO was moving into was Internet Incubating. We all know what happenned there.
IMO, two things will play out over the next 3 months with this stock, first is EGRO succeeds with the release of their new product or EGRO doesn't succeed and option 2 will occur. Option 2 would be a R/M with another company IMO. Why do I say this? Chris Curtis (CEO), is the largest shareholder of EGRO and has the most to gain or lose IMO. He hasn't sold any shares to date personally that I have found and I find rather unlikely that he would sell now with the price as depressed as it is. Remember, he could have sold many shares over a dollar and didn't sell any.
As for funding, this company tried a Private Placement twice before when the stock was much higher obviously with no luck filling the placement. While I am not happy in the least that a CD was the form of funding they turned to, it surely isn't a stock diluter either. Certainly not the likes that many other companies have turned to over the past year IMO. There are restrictions on how much can be sold at one time, I believe no more that 5% of the current market cap can come into the market at once. I know what the SB2 says but there is more to read into this. Since it is apparent that the holder of the CD is working with the company, the potential dilution could be a lot less than what is listed in the SB2 IMO.
I expect over the next few weeks some changes occurring in the company. Things I am looking for a possible sale of their non-performing businesses. If they receive any revenue for these that will be beneficial. I also believe the CEO has some other ideas on funding that will be beneficial to all should they occur. Since I am speculating I liked to leave this issue where it is until we get a cleared picture.
Finally, while any company can R/S at anytime, that hardly leads to investor confidence. Since the CEO has not been a seller, I just don't think that an R/S is anywhere in the near future.
Just my opinion and should be viewed as such.
Best of luck,
weo
domen, thanks and same to you. I do believe something positive will happen in the next 3 months or so for shareholders. As I have stated before, either EGRO can make a go of it or another R/M may occur. Looking at this stock at .007, sure doesn't appear to be much downside IMO. I firmly believe EGRO Management will make a go of this new product and frankly, I am beginning to get a bit excited.
Remember, this is just my opinion and should be viewed as such.
Best of luck to you,
weo
Arch, thanks for the welcome. I have had frequent discussions with the CEO since EGRO's inception. While this company has been in a holding period, I've accumulated since a penny and truly do believe the first quarter will tell the story on this equity. I will let you know when this breaks a penny.
Best to you,
weo
Good evening all. Here's wishing everyone a HEALTHY and PROSPEROUS NEW YEAR.
Looking for some positive things to happen here soon.
Just my opinion.
Best to all,
weo
broderick_s, thanks for the info. I surely enjoy the sites you folks frequent.
Happy New Year to you as well.
All the best,
weo
ToshacH,
Actually the float is about 8M at the moment, O/S is about 20M. I know this company well. While there is a CD still in play, there is a restriction how much can come into the market at one time and the holder appears to be working with the company. I also agree, EGRO could move nicely from here.
One other tidbit, as best as I can tell, Chris Curtis (CEO) is the largest shareholder and has not sold a single share personally since the companies inception back in March of 2000. That in itself speaks volumes.
Best of luck,
weo
Hi all, been a lurker here for some time. Appreciate the research and the stocks you guys discuss.
I would like to ask you guys to take a look at EGRO. Been out of favor for almost 2 years. Float is still small at less than 10M. There is a CD in play but it has restrictions and the holder appears to be working with the company. The CEO responds to all inquiries rather quickly and most importantly HAS NOT SOLD ANY SHARES IN THE PAST 21 MONTHS as far as I can tell. The company has a new innovative product that will be coming to market in the first quarter of 2002. The product" I'm on Air" appears to be a great marketing tool and has been well received in the Beta testing. I have followed this company a long time and made a nice sum before this company R/M into DRYD's shell. With the current stock price at .006/.007, I find little risk here.
Why I find little risk at these levels? Two reasons, if the company is successful at launching their product, this stock should move quickly away from this range anyway. The second, if the company is not successful launching this product, look for a R/M with another company. The CEO is the largest current shareholder. Since he has not been a seller, I find little reason to think he would dump here. He had many chances to dump this stock when it traded over a dollar.
Finally, The company would like to get the stock price to at least .03 cents for conversion purposes of the CD. If that were to happen, the float would only increase to about 35M including the approximate 10M in the current float. Certainly very manageable IMO. Also, it is my understanding that 5% of the company is all that can be sold at one time. This information has come from the CEO. Naturally the filings will look awful but what more would you expect from a subpenny stock.
There's more to this stock but at the moment it is all speculation. Until that speculation takes form, I find it to be more like hype and I don't like to play that game.
We have a board at Ihub for EGRO. You will see however, things have been quiet.

Here is the website for "I'm on Air"

Thank you Archangel and all for the fine selections and DD you folks post on this board. I wish you all a Happiest of New Years and look forward to the year 2002.
Best always,
weo1998
Some very strange trading today. Many stocks had some heavier volumes almost as to appear as if year end balancing is going on. How else do you explain the may trades at 1000 shares or less. 1000 shares is a 6.00 trade. Who besides MM's would be doing this?
weo
Thanks Alaman, I think we are about to get some information from the company. Hopefully this will create some interest for those that stop by occassionally.
I really believe the risk/reward ratio is in favor of the longs at this level.
Looking forward to some news.
Best of luck,
weo
Some of you may not know that the holder of the CD can only sell 5% of the company at one time. Since our Market Cap is extremely tiny, this won't be a factor IMO.
In my discussions with Chris it is apparent that the holder of the CD is working with the company as to not deflate the stock price any lower, LOL. What is surprising is that this stock doesn't seem to move whether there is volume or not. What does this mean? Good question and since I have no facts regarding this, I can only offer my opinion and speculation of what may be occurring. The OTCBB is under going some very trying times as far as funding is concerned. The companies that seem to be legitimate are having an awful time at trying to keep their doors open. Funding at the moment is probably the most expensive and highly dilutive as it's ever been. If you are willing to take a risk in any OTC stock, the key is does the company have a legitimate product and how many shares has Management dumped on the market personally in their attempts to justify their funding. At the moment I haven't found any shares sold by Management. As crappy as the market has been, as terrible as some other companies have shafted their shareholders by selling shares at any cost, THAT HAS NOT HAPPENED HERE IMO.
With the New Year coming, I expect there will be some announcements soon in regards to "I'm on Air". Either I am totally missing the boat or we have a stock at current levels that has almost no risk IMO. Once again, MANAGEMENT HAS NOT SOLD ANY SHARES. Certainly I don't like CD's but when the CD's have some restrictions, the pain is not so bad. Which brings us to another issue, why doesn't this stock move when we have volume? There is the million dollar question and one I can't answer. Opinion only, as other companies have issued news regarding CD funding, the stock tanks almost immediately.
Do the MM's play off the fear of investors and purposely keep the price down? I have no idea.
Do the MM's naked short millions of shares knowing that soon they will recoup these shares at lower levels? I don't know.
Is it that no one takes this company seriously even though MANAGEMENT HAS NOT SOLD A SINGLE SHARE PERSONALLY?
One can arrive at many different scenarios with what we know and don't know. I know this, the doors are still open, our share structure is still reasonable and IMO the company is trying very hard to make a go of this without selling the farm.
One other bit of information, Chris Curtis still is the largest shareholder here, because of that, regardless of what many think, I believe he will do what's necessary to create some value here.
I will leave it at that and wish all of you the happiest of Holidays.
Please keep in mind these are my opinions and thoughts and should be viewed as such.
Here's looking to a GREAT NEW YEAR with this investment.
weo
Hello Dianne,
Hope you are ready for Christmas. I am off work until Wednesday and look forward to some time away.
I will see if Chris Curtis can give me an update and share it with you all when I receive it.
The volume of selling has been surprisingly slow IMO.
I remain very optimistic that some good money can be made at these levels.
Please remember these are my opinions.
Merry Christmas Dianne, hope Santa puts something special in your stocking.
weo
Good Morning. For those of you who would like to find the EGRO board on RB simply bring up your RB alias. What will happen is all boards that you have posted on will appear. When you click on EGRO, an "add this board" window will appear. Click this. Once finished, click on the "My Finance" window. Each time you log into your "My Finance" page, will immediately bring up the EGRO board and every other board you may wish to add.
I pay very little attention to RB but I still glance at it and am happy we have a new forum.
Here's to the New Year. All indications point to a better year for this stock.
Best of luck,
weo
Hi Dianne, hope all is well. I am guessing we are status quo here until the first of the year. I am thinking this will probably be the week we hit our low IMO. Maybe we won't go lower but you just never know.
I am very upbeat on this stock at these levels. Time will tell but I believe this will be a nice gainer.
Just my opinion.
Happy Holidays to you as well.
weo
Alaman,
I couldn't agree more. It appears to me that Chris is most definitely trying to make a go of it. His track record at other start up companies has been very good. I still believe EGRO management has a great deal more to lose if they can't make it work than most shareholders. That in itself leads me to believe we will see something VERY positive in the first quarter.
Just my opinion and good luck to you.
weo
I too like this new format. Glad to see so many familiar faces here. Ihubing is where I will be also.
weo
gitman,
I live in West Bloomfield, MI. That's about 20 minutes from the Dome. Us Michiganders need to stick together lol.
I agree with the determination and effort, however results are achieved by advancing the ball into the endzone. We haven't learned to do that in either game as of yet.
weo
Hello! Don't know if anyone is around but I like this format much better than Raging Bull.
If anyone cares, I have taken a nice position in EGRO again and look forward to the new year. I continue to add when I can at these levels. "I'm On Air" has been well received from my conversations with EGRO Management.
The Float is still reasonable at 7.5 million shares.
It appears whoever has purchased the CD is not willing to sell at the current levels. Just an opinion but if this remains the case, buying at this level could prove to be very profitable in the near future IMO.
I look at it this way, either current Management makes a go of this or it becomes a shell again. Either way at .008 of one penny, this appears to have little down side at least for my tastes.
Best of luck all and hope some of you start posting here.
weo
gitman, don't fret Raging Bull. It will be nice to not have to read all the useless trash that floats through that board.
It will be interesting to see how their volume reacts to the new changes. Raging Bull appears to me to be moving toward a "pay for service" type of website. No skin off my back either. Just need to promote this a little and we should be fine.
Best of luck,
weo
That's a nice little gain, LOL.
I realize Rome wasn't built in a day but I would like to see some sort of contract with realistic revenues. While this merger has been announced as a good strategic move for GAMZ, the lack of any substantial news is nowing weighing us down IMO. Many things appear to be happening but nothing of a substantive nature has occurred. Hype won't move these stocks anymore it appears.
GAMZ is probably fairly valued at these levels. Volume won't occur until REAL dollars come with an announcement IMO.
I have been here almost 2-1/2 years. I am pleased that Kelly hasn't sold the farm. I am not thrilled with the share price and that indicates to me a lack of action on Managements part. Don't get me wrong, if I were being graded on my performance and my company's value is down almost 80% from its high in Jan of 2001, I know what kind of grade I would expect. On the other hand, we have to factor in the bad market, a much weaker economy and the lack of any credible funding. That speaks volumes in regard to moving at a slower pace.
WOW, I sound like I am whining, LOL. Anyway, you all get my drift, now where's the RUM?
weo
This format is much easier to deal with. Hopefully, people will be chased over here. Raging Bull is gonna do just that to may investors, make them RAGING IMO LOL.
weo
Yes Greg this is a much better forum. I am impressed at the postings here. Just maybe people are getting fed up wit RB and all its agravations.
Thanks you for the response. That is a question I would never ask on the other thread. Far too manyn people want to abuse this company for what appears to be selfish reasons IMO.
I continue to wait and remain upbeat.
Thanks again,
weo
greg, whatever became of this? I would have thought we would have seen some sales from this? Any ideas?
Thanks,
weo
greg, am I mistaken or wasn't GAMZ already involved with some movie chain that had our product? It sticks out in my mind that one of the reasons GAMZ's was selected was because of the support they offered.
weo
Patsy, I would be more than happy to share what I know in regards to the terms. I was told less than two weeks for the definative deal and that is confirmed in Kellys'Comments. I have more information but must confirm before I post it here. Kelly Jones is the most forth right CEO I have ever dealt with. The last deal collasped because dilution would not have been favorable for shareholders. This deal is different. My understanding is Ferris really wanted the NetGameLink in their stable. I don't see dilution as a major hurdle here. Kellys' number one priority is getting off the OTC. He has funded the company himself the last year instead of diluting the stock. He has protected his most sacred entity, the COMMON STOCK. My hats off to him for that.
I could go on and on, I think you catch my drift.
BTW, Kelly is meeting with Bear Sterns this morning in New York. I believe he will be there through Friday of this week

GAMZ CEO SPEAKS
L. Kelly Jones, GameCom (GAMZ) CEO had some further comments about today's
announcement:
"I am most pleased to forward you this morning’s press release, advising
you of GameCom’s letter of intent to acquire the world’s largest virtual
reality entertainment company, Ferris Productions, Inc., based in Phoenix,
Arizona. This is a major and dramatic move by GameCom. We have been
looking for the right opportunity to catapult GameCom in terms of both
revenue and industry presence, and we believe this acquisition of Ferris
will serve those needs perfectly."
"I believe you will be most pleased when you visit Ferris’ website,
http://www.ferrisvr.com/. Ferris brings us a long, stable, and broad
revenue stream, significant immediate revenue, a large market share, deep
management, and a wide array of products."
"Please note that Ferris successfully operates Virtual Reality Zones in 12
theme parks around the country, including such huge names as Six Flags,
Paramount Parks, and Busch Gardens. Significantly, Ferris’ enterprises
are not limited solely to the entertainment industry. For instance,
Ferris recently completed a virtual reality “test ride” for Buick
featuring golfing professional Ben Crenshaw. That production was so
successful that Ferris now is negotiating for similar products with such
Fortune 500 companies as Seagrams, Ford Motor Company, Phillip Morris,
Pepsi, and The Smithsonian Institution. We are very excited about Ferris’
training potentials and current negotiations for military and police
virtual reality training opportunities, as well as the medical
applications for phobia treatment."
"Both companies intend to move quickly, and expect to have a definitive
agreement signed within ten days to two weeks, following which the due
diligence will begin in earnest. I have every confidence that the more
you learn about Ferris, the more you will appreciate what it brings to the
combined company. When we announce the terms of the transaction, I believe
you will be very pleased with this acquisition."

GameCom and Global VR Announce Successful European Trade Show
ARLINGTON, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 7, 2001--GameCom, Inc. (OTCBB:GAMZ - news) -- a leader in interactive Internet gaming -- today announced that both GameCom and Global VR, Inc. completed a successful presence at the Amusement Trades Exhibitions International trade show late last month in London, England.
As previously announced on January 10, 2001, GameCom has signed a letter of intent to acquire Global VR, www.globalvr.com. Global VR manufactures the ``VR Vortek(TM)'' line of virtual reality arcade games. The VR Vortek(TM) is the world's first walk-up, coin-operated virtual reality system.
At the ATEI show, GameCom entered into an agreement with Sign up (UK), Ltd., which is currently promoting business opportunities for GameCom's `Net GameLink(TM) entertainment system in Europe.
Margaret Owen, chief executive officer of Sign up (UK), stated ``We conducted a great deal of research to find the right mix of talent and content for several high-profile clients we are currently dealing with here in the U.K. We chose GameCom because of its unique capacity to adapt PC-type games for use in arcade/coin-op kiosks.''
Sign up (UK)'s primary mission is to introduce interactive, on-line tournament play to the burgeoning European gaming market. ``Both the U.K. and continental Europe are presently looking for on-line, interactive games of superior quality that foster tournament play, and we believe GameCom can fill this need,'' Owen concluded.
``Sign up (UK) recently approached GameCom with its view of European opportunity for our `Net GameLink(TM) tournament platform, with our proprietary EasyPlay(TM) software,'' stated Steven M. Haag, GameCom's vice-president of operations. ``In London, Sign up (UK) facilitated several high-level meetings to introduce GameCom's product line and technical assistance to three major companies within the United Kingdom, representing the potential to deliver `Net GameLink(TM) entertainment to nearly 7000 Internet kiosks currently being deployed in Great Britain,'' Haag concluded.
Global VR recently entered a distribution agreement with Cybermind (U.K.), Ltd., www.cybermind.co.uk, of Leicestershire, England. According to Cybermind's comments, acceptance of Global VR's VR Vortek(TM)product at the ATEI show was overwhelming.
Neil Yoxen, Cybermind's international sales executive, reported a high degree of interest at the show, including interest which if concluded would expand the VR Vortek(TM) product line into Austria, Switzerland, Poland, Saudi Arabia, and the UAE. ``Due to the overwhelming response to the VR Vortek(TM) line of products in London, I believe substantial orders will continue well after the show ends,'' Yoxen commented.
GameCom, www.GameComInc.com, based in Arlington, Texas, designs, manufactures, and assembles `Net GameLink(TM), an interactive Internet gaming concept utilizing network-enabled gaming kiosks. GameCom recently completed the `Net GameLink(TM) system, and is now engaged in the sales and marketing of this innovative concept.

MORE GAMZ NEWS! NEW DISTRIBUTION AGREEMENT
Thursday January 18, 7:29 am Eastern Time
Press Release
GameCom Announces Global VR Signs Exclusive Distribution Agreement
ARLINGTON, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 18, 2001--GameCom, Inc- (OTC BB: GAMZ - news) http://www.GameComInc.com , today announced that Global VR, a leading manufacturer of pc-based virtual reality games, has signed an exclusive distribution agreement with Virtual Distribution, Inc. (``VDI'') of Louisville, Kentucky. VDI will be the sole distributor for Global VR's ``VR Vortek(TM)'' line of PC-based arcade game systems for North America and the Caribbean.
As previously announced on January 10, 2001, GameCom signed a letter of intent to acquire Global VR.
VDI anticipates first-year sales to approach 450 units, which will represent over $5,000,000.00 in sales volume for Global VR.
``We tested the VR Vortek at one of our large family entertainment center locations, and it proved to be the number-one earning video game at that site,'' proclaimed Jim Nameth, VDI's chief executive officer. ``I knew right away that we wanted to make this one of the cornerstone products in our line of virtual reality systems.''
Milind Bharvirkar, Global VR's president and founder, stated, ``We carefully evaluated distribution agreements that are synergistic in terms of financial arrangements that are in the best interests of the company. We wanted to find someone who could offer the financial terms that the industry needs, while not alienating our existing distribution channel. VDI's financial strength allows us to offer extended payment terms and revenue-sharing to our customers, which will increase the marketability of our products. VDI has also guaranteed us certain minimum production levels which will allow us to maintain our margins. It is a true win-win relationship.''
Global VR manufactures the ``VR Vortek(TM)'' line of virtual reality arcade games. The VR Vortek(TM) is the world's first walk-up, coin-operated virtual reality system. Utilizing a PC platform, the VR Vortek(TM) offers location owners the benefit of infinitely interchangeable titles in a non-attended simulator. GameCom and Hi-Tech Media Introduce `Net Gamelink to Korean Market
Samsung Funds Testing
ARLINGTON, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 11, 2001--GameCom, Inc. (OTCBB: GAMZ - news) -- a leader in interactive Internet gaming -- today announced that the company is deploying `Net GameLink(TM) to the robust Korean cyber cafe market.
Under the arrangement with Seoul-based Hi-Tech Media, `Net GameLink's(TM) introduction begins with testing several strategy-type games, similar to the widely popular StarCraft Game played throughout Korea. After the testing period, the two most well received games will be selected for full-scale deployment on the kiosk systems.
L. Kelly Jones, GameCom's chief executive officer, stated ``Due to the immense interest we have attracted at the recent trade shows, the decision was made to expand our horizons to pursue international distribution avenues as the demand for our products at an international level exceeded our original projections.''
``The Korean enthusiasm for competitive video games is the most well-developed in the world,'' stated Steven M. Haag, GameCom's vice-president of operations. ``Per capita, there are twice as many cyber cafes in Korea than there are McDonald's in the United States. Due to Hi-Tech Media's persistence in bringing `Net GameLink(TM) to Korea, we concluded that this is the best opportunity to begin international deployment of `Net GameLink(TM),'' concluded Haag.
``Funded by Samsung, Hi-Tech Media sent me to the recent IAPPA tradeshow in Atlanta solely for the purpose of finding an appropriate platform to introduce PC gaming to the Korean cyber cafe market,'' stated BongSoo Youn, president and chief executive officer of Hi-Tech Media. ``The GameCom staff has been of great assistance in working with Hi-Tech Media in adapting `Net GameLink(TM) to the Korean market, and we are confident of `Net GameLink(TM)'s acceptance in the Korean market.''
Samsung, www.samsung.com, seeking to introduce retail Internet gaming to Korea, is a huge enterprise comprising 40 independently-affiliated companies and subsidiaries, as well as seven not-for-profit organizations. Samsung has facilities in over 60 countries, and its core component businesses produce the world's most innovative 21st century digital components, widely recognized as the best products in their fields.

GAMZ CEO SPEAKS:
Email from the capitain. weo ready the rum!
--------------------
Friends and shareholders:
I am delighted to forward you this morning's press release, advising you of the letter of intent GameCom has executed to acquire an industry leader, Global VR, based in San Jose, California.
At the onset, you will notice a slight change in this message's format. At the suggestion of one of our shareholders, I am placing the list of GameCom's shareholders under the "bcc" category, so as not to burden the message with a huge list of names. Thanks for the suggestion, Tom.
This proposed acquisition of Global VR is nothing less than a major threshold point for our company. I first personally became aware of Global VR at the AMOA Convention in September, and I was immediately impressed with Global VR's preeminent products and strong presence at the show.
We began to talk, and the discussions began to get a bit more serious at the IAPPA Convention in November. Global VR's management visited GameCom in Texas in December, and we reciprocated with a visit to San Jose last weekend, when this agreement was hammered out.
This should be nothing less than a beautiful marriage. Our products are complimentary, and Global VR has no peer in virtual reality products. Further, Global VR's recent acquisition of Interactive Light brings an exciting array of sports simulation games, several of which will be released during calendar year 2001.
Additionally, Global VR's most valuable asset is that Global VR has an impressive and well-experienced management team, which will bring GameCom a new level of respect and presence within the computer gaming / arcade industry. I can tell you that the mutual respect between the respective management teams was almost instantaneous.
From my perspective, it is nothing short of a major coup to bring these products, this revenue stream, and experienced, respected management of the caliber of Milind Bharvirkar, Ken Bayer, and Bob Cooney into the GameCom management team.
Of course, there is still work to be done, as we are awaiting our respective counsels' drafting of the required definitive agreement, the subsequent required due diligence period, and GameCom's shareholders' approval.
However, I've been around the block a few times, and sometimes things just feel right. After our marathon negotiations, Milind and I excused our staffs (who, by the way, did an excellent job of negotiating their positions), ironed out a few remaining issues one-on-one, and shook hands. That handshake, when I welcomed Milind to the GameCom management team, simply felt right, and now, 72 hours later, it feels even better.
These are simply my personal comments, and should not be relied upon in your investment decisions. I strongly urge you to conduct your own due diligence with regard to an investment in GameCom. I respectfully refer you to GameCom's filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
L. Kelly Jones, GameCom CEO
