I come up with an average of .0373 (close) during the 20-day period prior to the 33-split. Sooo... .0373 / 33 = .00113. Seems to me that TLND is holding their own? I think TLND saw .0009 on a couple days and certainly saw .0001 a few times but always closed above...I think? In any event, I'm not saying that I understand it (or even like it) just saying it looks like these guys are holding thier own so far.
<< Sounds to me like they are simply transferring shares from the existing OS to new holders. These are not NEW shares. >>
How does that work? Did they ask you if they could borrow your shares to give to Global Interactive? How can they use others owned oustanding shares again for an acquisition?
Someone say something.
Not wanting to imply I'm stupid but, feeling a bit stupid these days. Be a good thing if someone else went first.... :o).
OK, I'll go. I'm thinking ETLT will see at least .50 again by the end of the year but I can't back it up. Well, maybe I am stupid LOL!
Anyway, any helpful input will be appreciated.
Economy of Scale?
NMKT's been on a buying spree so they have redundant functions. Darn shame to think of people losing their jobs but that's what happens when one outfit starts buying up other outfits that are in the same or similar line. imo
I'm not smart enough to understand how that also frees up common shares though. I understand how it frees up fixed costs by centralizing functions/operations but how does it free up common shares?
Someone please help me with that. I like it, I just don't understand it.
Global Interactive...San Jose, Costa Rica.
I thought Costa Rica's Telecom was Nationally owned by the Govt and that they previously ruled VOIP was not legal? Did that change? I'm speculating it will in time as the momentum is too great to stop it. I simply was not aware that it had changed. Hummmm...maybe Global Interactive (and TLND) is positioning?
Sure wish I could find this Global Interactive outfit somewhere on the web? Seems a million worth of stock would suggest that they are out there somewhere?
HELP!!!!
<<Don't get too excited yet e
I haven't discussed the other company and the revenue which I've verified
Woof! Woof! >>
What's all this "I know something that you don't know"..."I know something that you don't know".
ROTFLMAO!!!!
Well, guess you are in the right place to ego out. Stock is selling for a penny. No brain surgeons hanging around here so guess you get to have your way with us....LMAO!
Still thinking a good thing overall though...right Streetrod?
Hey, maybe they aren't finished buying up Companies on the cheap and will put those shares to work more effectively elsewhere?
What was the name of the FAX SPAM outfit again?

Heck, I can't find these Global Interactive guys anywhere?
Agreed, a positive.
Would this not also effect the pps needed for AMEX by about 10%? I could be wrong here (working from recall) but thinking it was about .60 so would we now be looking at around .66 or so?
Reducing outstanding common by approx 8 mil. Would that not be right at about 10%?
Yep, that and more.
Keep it tux...please. Enough T-shirt going on.
Thanks again.
Sorry, WLSF...whosaiddat got it right.
Again, sorry.
Loving your tuxedo serdom.
"Exchange rules require stock valuations to fall within certain boundaries. In order to maintain an exchange presence, some stocks occasionally require reverse or forward split attention."
:o)
Thanks serfdom.
I've actually been watching for a while now...seen some stuff over the last 9 - 12 months. What I can't get a grip on is the overall concept of F/S to keep a price down.
Watching WSLF for three years and can't figure that biz out either? Well, WLSF hasn't gone to market with a product yet so so so so ???? What the heck is the dif?
I simply can't get a handle GENERICALLY why a company F/S to keep a pps down. While the rest of the world seem to work the pps up to market recognition others keep the pps down well below market recognition. I could give a toot about the cloak and dagger BS amoungst board members. Or, should I?
Please know it is not my intent to beat up on these guys. Heck, I have a an open limit at .0007. They traded at .025 not long ago so thinking .025 / 33 = .007575. What the hey? Like I said before, I'm stupid and I don't understand....LMAO.
Best wishes to those already in. Hope you all WIN.
congrats to all of you in on brvo.
Ditto.
Not pumping, don't know about the future but surely have to give credit where it is due realtime today.
Dumb Question Please.
Call me simple, call me stupid, but I just don't understand why any company would want thier pps to remain at such low levels? As soon as it hits a nickel they 33-forward to get it down to .0015. And, this is the 3rd time they forward-split or, is it the 4th? I'm losing track.
Why? What's the mind set behind it?
Alex, what else are you looking at?
Other than start-up turn-key oil & gas exploration speculation folks? No disrespect intended butt...other than QBID.
Have you looked at BRVO? How about ETLT? Heck, how about AES?
Respect to All.
That "are" and "did" do the dirty work. May you All have a blessed weekend and to All....Thank You.
not posting any more opinions here in the forseeable future.
I;m just now showing up and folks are leaving. Was it something I said?
If at first you don't succeed, then skydiving definitely isn't for you.
He emailed me.
Thanks RevDew1. I'm going to steal it too :o)
Something like "If you don't succeed the first time then try and try again".....well, you know the rest of the story :o). Thanks again. I love it!
("If at first you don't succeed, then skydiving definitely isn't for you.")
Will further acquisitions result in building more o/s? If so, will that get NMKT into AMEX at an even lower PPS?
What's up with the Q/A about BK on he 10QSB?
(ISSUERS INVOLVED IN BANKRUPTCY PROCEEDINGS DURING THE PAST FIVE YEARS)
Check whether the issuer has filed all documents and reports required to be filed by Section 12, 13 or 15(d) of the Exchange Act after the distribution of securities under a plan confirmed by a court. Yes [X] No [_]
Have these guys done a Donald Trump? Are they known to BK every so often? (I don't like Donald Trump...he robs common stock)
Sorry, it's been a Monday and I'm off in too many directions. NMKT remains in focus for what I hope will be very good reasons!
Naww, not disappointing imho.
Just that there were not surprises...as NMKT promised.
If you tell everyone you invite to a party that you are serving chips and dips then all will be simply satisfied to eat chips and dips. However, if you tell em chips and dips but then grill burgers instead then...yeppeee!!! It was all factored in.
Hey, what's up with the .60pps for AMEX? Did the shares increase via aquisition? I do see 83,979,300 o/s shares as of 4-1-05 and 50mil / same = .60. Heck, I thought they still needed .70pps? I'm going to have to start playing closer attention.
Respects and Best Wishes to all the Longs!
If at first you don't succeed, then skydiving definitely isn't for you.
That's a good one SmokingUSA.... LMAO!
Has Gotham480 gone overboard?
That post was just too much Gotham. Time to get a grip!
http://ragingbull.lycos.com/mboard/boards.cgi?board=WLSF&read=7163
Smoking is healthy?
Hope you picked up on the humor Alex. Nothing more implied or intended LOL. And, thanks for keeping the board alive.
In any event, how can DXNL continue to trade without Filing with the SEC? I do own. Not much thank goodness! Lost just about all of that of course. Heck, I go way back when their website was actually alive and interative LMAO!!!!
Regarding FDIE.OB, guess that matters? If DXNL isn't breathing I find it all a bit of a none issue. Hey, if DXNL isn't trading for whatever reason then any monies owed to them won't hit us....most likely just hit the lawyer's pockets.
OK with me if you convince me otherwise.
Best Wishes.
Alex,
Not sure who is crazy here? You for all the posts or me for asking you a question? Kinda kidding around, thinking a good question but, then I'm the one asking you the question so I must be.... :o)
Alex, have you ever seen any SEC/Edgar filing for DXNL? I can't find any whatsoever? Seems that there were some a while back under DXNO before DXNL but hey, I can't remember for sure? It's been a long time.
Website (http://www.dixonoilandgas.com/) still seems to be glued in place but....nothing more...not interactive...just glued there.
Anyway, if you know how one can take a look at any SEC filing I would be greatful to know. Seems to me that there should be some filing if they are allowed to trade?
One crazy to another...best wishes!
:o)
On a long drive today I was thinking that I definitely slipped up in not remembering or paying too much attention to the shares that I have in my retirement account. I sold off the shares I had in my trading account, for what I thought would be a temporary period, utilizing the funds to purchase more QBID shares. Turns out that it was a good move, because I liquidated them at 0.985/share. I wish I had done that with the shares in my retirement account.
Oh well, we're playing the waiting game for now.
Cheers
----------------------------------------------------
I need a little slack here because I don't know quite how to put this.
Well, here goes....I don't hate anyone, however, don't link me into QBID. I want nothing to do with that outfit! Do not link me into any conversations having to do with QBID. I have no monies invested in QBID and I have no plans of doing so....period! If the world goes Gay it will do so without my help!
Again, not a'haten. Just don't link me into to that Geronimo.
(Yes, I recall)
Been watching for two (out of three) F/S. How long is that...2-years? Shame on me for not "trading". Smart investors have been.
Speaking of F/S...well, never mind.
In any event, I guess I've been waiting for the EVENT. Third Qtr is what...July, August, and September? Short of any further disclosure, I'm thinking down down down till...maybe early August?
It's all good....best wishes to All!
re: Wellstone Recaps Progress
I'm grateful for the update. Shows integrity imo. No suprises as I was thinking May was a push. Fall 05 seems more realistic...doesn't it?
Re: I’m out of NMKT after 1 year.
Wow, "There are much more sound-stable companies that are below $1.00 (like LOOK, FMDAY, WLSF...and even PACW and RCO -they are a little over $1.00) that can return the same results if not better."
I know (have watched closely in the past and stll on the "list" at least) those stocks too. All kinda ticky I'm thinking? What do you know that I'm missing? Is FMDAY now good with the SEC? Will WLSF get their product out before fall 2005? Did MO use their stuff on the Ultra Smooth? LOOK, can they compete, I need to look again.
As you stated...Best wishes to you and to all. Guess I need to take another...closer...look about?
Respects and best wishes Johny.

You can increase shares without doing a r/s.
Not in question. However, I was recently advised that a R/S does not change Authorized shares only Outstanding shares. As such, is DNAP not in effect increasing the number of Authorized shares by making the gap between Oustanding and Authorized greater....but, at a higher price?
ic no NMKT on SHO.
I thought they were rebel? Just going by that BUYINS site. I sure could be wrong.

NewMarket Technology Inc. to Execute Up to Three LOI Acquisition Agreements with $50 Million in Annual Revenue Potential on Upcoming China Trade Mission; NewMarket Management and Investors Depart May 19 for China
Wednesday, May 04, 2005 10:16 ET
DALLAS, May 04, 2005 (BUSINESS WIRE) --NewMarket Technology Inc. (OTCBB:NMKT) announced today details regarding its third Trade Mission to China with a departure date for management and investors scheduled for May 19. NewMarket will fulfill the local requirements for recognizing its first business acquisition, Gaozhi Communications, under Chinese regulations. The purchase agreement was executed earlier this year subject to a review by Chinese authorities. NewMarket also expects to execute up to three additional Letter of Intent (LOI) agreements to acquire three additional Chinese companies with a combined revenue exceeding $50 million in annualized revenue.
"Our expansion of the NewMarket business model into China presents a substantial business growth opportunity for the Company," said Philip Verges, CEO and Chairman of NewMarket Technology. "China is experiencing tremendous economic growth and the competitive landscape is not yet over-crowded. We expect NewMarket to benefit from the combination of China's economic growth and a business environment looking for results over brand names. Given language and regulation, acquisitions will take longer than in the United States. Shareholders should not anticipate a rapid close of announced acquisitions underway, however, we want to keep our shareholders informed of our initiatives and progress in China. Shareholders will see deliberate and substantial growth from NewMarket's business development in China. We expect $2 million in organic sales growth alone in second quarter from China, before the contribution of any additional acquisitions."
