news coming? before SH meeting...
Nice recovery on XXII...news early before SH meeting?
That would be a question for Van...
yes he does ... and yes
Closing 4 months in a row over $2 qualifies it for Nasdaq meeting the other requirements...which it will
I believe your move was the same as many here who were up 100-150%
...it will probably take time for MKTY to play out...but without debt and with earnings there does not seem to be big risk...the question is "big rewards"...we will see how new management executes.
I posted this earlier for reporting issues with downloads from clipstream:
"It would be helpful if you could go to:
http://dsny.com/speedtest/
and
http://www.whatismyip.com/
and report your speed, IP, model and the exact time of your test to dkaland@dsny.com"
EMAIL: dkaland@dsny.com with the info.
yes..but dont know where he goes from there....
With Mobiquity and over 75 malls under perpetual contractual agreement and each campaign being able to secure revenues of $50 - $150K a week... the upside for its Mall BlueTooth transmission exclusives alone are huge.
And this does not take into account special event sites campaigns where revenues with 90% margins are extremely lucrative.
Considering this company bought a patented software and hardware technology from its former licensee on the cheap ... its upside potential is enormous IMHO.
As always it is going to be a matter of management executing.
Would be interesting if AMKT spun off Mobiquity into separately trading entity and focused on it, rather than snail mail marketing...IMHO
The AMKT biz is old school marketing from what I can see and Mobiquity is cutting edge technology for delivery of mobile advertising solutions...old Biz a distractions from what I can see.
It would seem the AMKT stock would get much more traction if it changed it's name to Mobiquity with symbol MBKY or MBTY...
Looks like there is little interest here...puzzling with so much promise via Mobiquity
Dont think he will be there...been on lots of presentations...away from office I have been told...but you can call DSNY headquarters...If I was going to be so close I would stop by anyway...
That's great news for the boards...if Celtics banned...a definate S-bag manipulator
Didn't expect my little informative post to create such a commotion...
they were the instructions I got several months ago in case I was having difficulty on my device...so the tech guys could tweek it.
hold onto your panties...guys...not a big deal..
Droid or iPhone 5 ....
If you are having a problem with your device...it might be a tweeking issue...
Report it to DNSY...and they will address it. I have done it before, early on...and was gone the same day.
It would be helpful if you could go to:
http://dsny.com/speedtest/
and

and report your speed, IP, model and the exact time of your test to dkaland@dsny.com

DSNY vs. YOOIF...
Substantively...there is a big difference...Yooif does not have a streaming service from the cloud...it transfers to the local computer and plays via the player on your device.
The difference is that delivery transfers the entire file to your hard drive, then once it is transferred, you play it locally on your local computer. Clipstream...starts streaming from the cloud right away, but the file is located on a remote server (cloud).
They do secure delivery - they compete with MPE in Canada and to a lesser extent Australia (transferring secured files to end users), but its not a streaming service.
Clipstream is a solution for streaming and MPE is a solution for secure delivery.
IMHO...if they try to compete in Advertising, esp. mobile, they will be at a great disadvantage since Clipstream will be a streaming service with all of the added advantages covered by Van before...
perhaps if Clipstream were spun off (sold) and DSNY kept MPE...YOOIF revenue stream of 2.6M would be worth purchasing at 2x revenue or $5.2 and roll customer base into MPE...which would be immediately accretive...

any or all at the right price would be positive if currency for acquisition were stock in "acquirer"...to avoid huge capital gain...and give investors the opportunity to liquidate and account for gain on their own schedules...
could see owning goog, amzn, nflx, aapl...etc. in tax-free exchange ...and not having to pay substantial portion of gain from DNSY spinoff/sale in taxes..
but we are probably all getting a little ahead of ourselves...lets hope we get pleasantly surprised in Sept with DSNY announcements.
a sleeper user in this market would be AMZN..at $132.5B its a drop in the bucket for what most investors dont realize is a company that has a huge hosting biz...including NFLX.
Buying DSNY (clipstream) would go right to AMZN's bottom line, in terms of huge transcoding cost and band width savings...
The best structure...AMZN purchases DSNY for stock ...keeps CLIPSTREAM and WATERMARKING...spins of to DSNY shareholders the balance of company as a dividend at a minimal valuation...
very small tax consequence ...vs. cash deal becomes huge tax bill for all...
you can always dream...
He is no such thing...he is a professional manipulator. He has no credentials..., he preys on shareholders and attempts to manipulate stock price and movement for the kill.
Do your own due diligence and you wont fall prey to these vulchers.
wake up!
What Doubledown painfully points out is that VSUL (Ron) intentionally transferred 60% of the potential value of this company to "preferred" investors, who he invited in to fund it, with warrants an extremely low share price.
His investment of an additional $500K (5M shares) as part of that process, was IMHO a veiled attempt to show "confidence" by the CEO, while in fact it was meaningless since it unnecessarily favorable to the new investors (at the expense of the current) and was not a significant sum for him considering his net worth.
Bottom line, for all the "hoopla" of the new technology (which I believe has potential in the right hands to be significant), the speed with which this company is apparently moving and toxic financing it will take this company years, not months, to reach .30 (or a $200M market cap) and that is being generous.
At .03-05 it becomes interesting, if management can ultimately perform.
Well put Van...
Unfortunately most retail investors fail to understand the value of a companies who are cash flow positive, no debt and are not and will not be subject to draconian bankers.
You have directed us to two such companies who are in the sweet spot, DSNY and MKTY...but investors have picked up on one and blind to the other...but through your sage counseling...they will learn.
IMHO...in the end XXII will do well, as will someday VSUL...but in both management (for whatever reason, circumstance or intent) subjected shareholder to very unfavorable financing deals with significant dilution with draconian bankers who have ravaged the stocks for short term gains.
In the meantime, investors have "lost-opportunity cost" which they sometimes do not consider, but represents real money lost in their portfolio, or not made.
IHMO...how quickly XXII pulls out of its stock price malaise will be in direct correlation to its ability to perform on one of the three fundamental events you have outlined in previous posts.
Forget about anything Celtic says...had my bouts with him before manipulating the boards...he will try to get you to sell when he is buying and buy when he is selling...the worst...
yes...as revenue rolls in with exceptionally high margins (90-95% with automated fulfillment) ...the market is going to realize how low the valuation is ...then we will see some very serious buying...this is nothing in terms of what will come..imho
ah...or perhaps a little shake out to get cheap shares?...
Looking like SHORT finally showing up to shake out longs...lets see how smart DSNY investors are in holding and buying the short's Ask...
If gobbled up...it would really have to make him pause..or even soil his shorts....
market maker signal... $100, 200 AND 6OO...forgot what they stand for...one is "looking for shares", another "bring it down" and third..."looking to sell" etc.
Market Makers...manipulating shares...together...
With stock turning up...and tech setup....I would anticipate news by tomorrow AM...unless Mgt holds it for Monday AM...
Yes...with more to come...IMHO
It is obvious that with all that "competitive" technology...Boeing, Northrop-Grumman, General Atomic, have yet to settle on a fuel cell technology fit for their drones...or alternatives to lithium batteries...
Which leaves the prospect of the Mobion being in consideration and R&D by end users... Don't need MKTY to be funding anything...often times end user does.
Its ok if it bases here for a while ....nice stair step pattern...for next leg up...again...IMHO...
someone is trying to slow it down...sale of 100 shares at $2.17 spurs on some weak hands taking profit...quite intentional signal...to try to create some profit taking and loosen up shares for the buyer...dummies who sell now for a pennies, will probably have to re-enter higher... IMHO....
Personally, I will not sell until my DSNY stock has been converted to GOOG, FB, AAPL or MSFT...(well I can have hopeful wishes cant I?)
Actually dont believe it is far off...
who is the dummy selling into the bid?...just let them buy the ASK if you want to sell...Short has to cover sometime...
if u were on the bid, it would
Did some more due diligence...they appear to have the patent rights according to my sources...now they have to monetize it. If management can perform we are talking multiple dollars on confirmation and licensing. No need to re-invent the wheel..licensing to a major chip-maker will result in 1000x profit at this level imho
As always with this micros..its the management that screws it up...or takes it to the next level.
My end user channel checks, in S. California, indicate keen interest from Drone manufacturer engineers for a methonal (or any other alternate lithium ion battery) fuel cell solution that would extend time in flight for drones by 3 fold. Mobion has the only technology that can do it.
