LOL. BY the time LWLG hits ten, I will be moving to Rio and opening a bodega.
Prop.
I was down at the NCAA tourney games in Philly. I did not look at the stock all day. I do not trade for a few cents in this one or the other stock I have a much larger position in. Will be happy if either one hits.
great post
Wonder if that is Mrs G.? I thought she sold the first week of the month but this could be double dipping month.
Were you on a trading desk OTC then?
Always nice to see 15k trade on a low bid and the bid-ask stays the same. We saw this on the move last year when LWLG was in the 75-80 cent range..
Might be dead wrong on the info part of LWLG but as far as the trading aspect, I might have a wee bit of experience in that field.
I would venture a guess that the results are in with the LSS. I believe they are excellent and some sort of deal has been reached. Not sure how that will play out in a PR as the LSS may want to keep it under wraps for awhile.
LWLG is in strong need of institutional support. No one follows it because the management team could not close the deal in their road shows. We are at the mercy of MM's and short term traders until we get serious coverage.
I do not want a buyout with all the possibilities of revenue. Like the thread Invesor found on Cisco. If we have the goods, share the wealth with everyone. Stock runs up to 100,split 3/1 and then we sell out to Google for huge money. That is how I roll.
I am past the Hail Mary's and onto the Our Father's.
Cannot do it Smars. Traders are a superstitious lot and we are always on the lookout for the black cats that can kill a good thing. As long as this mental defective keeps posting mindless dribble, it is my intent to rid him of this board. He has been wrong on LWLG for the better part of four years. Maybe it is the cheap booze or wrong huffing material he brings into the patch that causes him to drool here. Not my problem.
I imagine he should not take these posts too seriously either. It is only a message board.
Looks like 1.50 is the ceiling for now as we have bounced off it twice and drifted a few cents lower.
Only someone with a short memory would sell here. Might want to sell on the day of the CC to nonor the old adage but never sell into the build up.
No way Lou and Fred are on this call if they have bad news to put out. Bringing Lou on was a huge positive for shareholders and he is already working with clients I imagine.
Wonder what planet Turpin has beamed himself up to. I thought he was the first one to cut a slice of the pie for us.
I am thrilled that they are bringing Fred into the CC. I want to hear from the guy with the big reputation where we are.
Assuming it is Intel, if they decide to purchase LWLG, we are not sure if they will issue stock or proceed with an all cash transaction. Usually the acquirer drops when the deal is announced but Intel has a cash hoard. Not sure what management would want us to settle for as well. I am not a Microsoft , Intel or Cisco fan because they have heavily diluted their stocks.
I will just be happy to see some good test results and a path for LWLG near term.
Hats off to Invesor 86 for becoming the new board leader. Smart guy with a wealth of information but checks his ego at the door.
This board is lights years better than the old one.
1/2 mick, I agree it is Intel we are dealing with and if they have not sent back the material by now, I guess we should be ready to hear some good news. This is where the screwing will start and hopefully we have the team to do battle with the Goliaths.
How do you figure we need a reverse split?
Keep reading Invesor86. That guy can pick a stock and has the best info on this board.
I would be thrilled to see a deal with Iamgold but I believe they have to get the Niobec spin off before they can look at us. I would take a stock swap with that outfit as well.
We should also be happy of Chuck Hagel being SOD. His ties to Elk Creek are a big plus.
LWLG is not a trading stock. I would venture to guess 90% of the people who try to trade this lose money.
Marcelli and Tom has never been able to sell it to institutions so there is zero coverage of Lightwave. It rises and falls on the back of retail guys, momo traders and LPC. Not exactly a recipe for stability. My biggest concern will always be how we handle the business end.The science guys here are heavyweights but their abilities lie there.
Lightwave has to make sure that they have skilled people to lead us throught the land of contracts and partnerships. the jury is out in that regard.
What is the next piece of news for LWLG.
Seems to me we have things happening with the LSS and also government entities. I wonder is Tom will wait till the CC to announce the results of the LSS. A product development manager and EM Photonics might be the appetizers.
Walter, ammo are the new tulips except it is next to impossible to buy.
UncleGene was my alter ego when we were dealing with a certain unnamed CEO and hopefully we will never hear from him again. I am assuming we should hear from the LSS very soon as their testing should only take a week to ten days at best. Whether they will want LWLG to put out the results is another story. Tom will get hammered at the CC on this issue if we do not see news.
If you look at the track record of Prather and his contacts and out man Fred, I would say we are in excellent hands. My concern is who will do the back and forth for us on contracts. I submitted someone to certain members of the board but I do not believe they came back to him. This guy would be a home run for LWLG.
Did you get any 22LR ammo? It seems Bulkammo is when you can get some quantity but not the most asked for.
By the way, the news today was excellent .
I am guessing now that a merger is not in the cards. As Proto stated, we are all waiting on the LSS news. That will be the power mover one way or another.
Where does our revenue come from in the short term and do we need to tap LPC again?
It looks like Mark Smith should give us credibility. He will play a pivotal role in securing funds to get the mine going or attaining a JV.
I bought a bunch of 1 dollar calls and sold them out to buy more LWLG and the other one. Made little to nothing but LWLG has way more upside than DCTH.
I see our other stock got the new symbol. Looks better than the old one.
The hiring of the product development manager should be a boost of confidence for investors. Without LPC in the picture, good news should propel us over 2 easily.
Did you see DCTH? I gave up too quickly on that one but they have an ATM machine selling stock and I do not like that. Good call on IAM.
I was never a believer of LWLG on charting because of the nature of the company. The volume indicator is good enough for me. Three weeks from tomorrow is Good Friday. Throw this Catholic a bone Tom.
I will be happy with good news from the LSS and the ongoing merger with a private company. Talk of a buyout is premature but if all goes well, I would imagine it becomes very real within 12 months.
I think Walter can be bought out for 50 dollars a share and then he will be free of the shackles of LWLG.
I have a feeling you will pile your assets into another dream stock if NB provides you with the opportunity. You could not stay retired more than a day.I will see you in Zimbabwe.
Why don't you let us know what your good source says. That would be a big help.
Someone wants in without chasing it up. Do not forget people that the news yesterday was not a timeline PR. Some of us believe that the material coatings have already been in the hands of ***** for a few weeks. In fact, the results might already be in. Leonberger looks like the front man and that is great to see.
Wonder what Dr. Norwood has to say. Seems like ten years ago when he put out the PR on Indigo.
Who gives a **** about GIG. You are more fixated on them going under than on what we have here. Mentioning GIG on this board means bad karma.
I will make a deal with you. I will not bring up deadbeat Marcelli again if you just go into the Pumpkin Patch with a bottle of glue and come back in six months.
Looks like LPC will be a thing of the past.
I will refer to them by their name(*****).
How someone could sell into this news is beyond me. They would not have been shipped unless they match the specifics required by *****.
RJ- If there is one bet you can take to the bank- those teller windows are bulletproof. Easiest solution would be to call in an air strike and drop everything they have on the target. I think it is time to cull the herd.

Next Lightwave ASM in August. I will be sitting next to the gorilla in blue when the chairs start flying.
Not really anxiety. Most of the posters have been here for years and seen this donkey do nothing. If the stock was trading in the 3 dollar range, then we would have some nervous shareholders. Most of us expect more of the same and would be thrilled if something actually comes to fruition.
