You are a real piece of work Rbb!
You are spending way too much time letting this bother you.
<and i'm not entirely sure you and Tiger aren't one and the same>
<It's a full time job keeping up with the two of you>
I think that's a little bit of (really) old news.........

<IBM and ANTs announced today that they have been selected to provide software for the integration phase of the U.S. Navy's DDG Destroyer>
But you are right that it's showing up Ants Twitter feed, so maybe it's something new...strange...perhaps it's something that got delayed when the software bugs started appearing.

We'll probably never know if Doc was telling lies or not. From day one the "private trading group" sounded fishy. It possible he used the terminology to avoid having to file Form 4's. No way to tell why he left unless he or Rik says why. You find out over the coming months if any of his blog claims were actually true. Some were very vague, some were more specific but most have not been spoken about for months. Too early to say whether he was another emperor that had no clothes.
<Its over, why anyone would work with that guy is beyond me. I dont trust him at all. He ran out for no reason. Only thing I can think of in his tell of lies. Is that he bought when it was below a penny, pumped it by himself with lies. When it went to .025 - .04 and he was telling everyone how great it was, all the things happening, etc. He was selling.
Probably slowly bought 20 million - 30 million share, then dump it on those 4 days. He was the seller, not the buyer. Making 2 - 3 cents on 25 million shares or so is not too shabby. He laid it on thick and told so much junk. I am guessing the real world ran out of places for him to work, so to make money he did ANTS>
She doesn't hang around companies very long does she?
Maybe this time will be different.
<Our new CFO - Elise Vetula LinkedIN profile>
For a stock that has supposedly very little float there sure was a lot of shares that came on the market for sale today.
Dare do I say it, but today was really the first day that MM looked like they were shorting heavily and many on this board were buying heavily. But heavily is a relative term as only $32,000 worth of shares were traded.
Guess we are going to have a big move in one direction within the next week.
Being a technical chart guy I've noticed the 200 dma was broken two days ago while creating a low pole warning. You can see in the chart on the main ihub page what happens in this stock when you get a low pole print.....just sayin.
TP
Boy if all the people who said they were buying shares in the .01 area today actually did it, the remaining 450K shares would have been gobbled up three fold. Seems like T-Master and one or two other people bought shares in the last three hours today. The rest were no shows despite their postings.
TP
Yo hice lo mismo.
TP
<just picked up 200K>
Only a month ago people would have given their left nut to be able to buy at these prices. Some people are buying but most are staying away. Just the nature of people afraid to buy when there is fear in the water.
When people say the float is locked up they are assuming that Frank's "trading group" isn't selling any of their shares. Personally I don't think that you can make that assumption given what has transpired here over the past month.
Your emotions really get the best of you depending on whether Ants goes up or goes down. When it was up, Frank was the man! When it's down, he's a huge scam.
Really, which one do you think he is?
The only hard evidence we have is that Frank owns 52% of GTSM and reassigned some Ants De IP patents to himself (Ants, Tx).
Makes one wonder what Franks "trading group" really did with those purchased shares? IMO, they sure as heck weren't returned to the treasury. But I've said that all along.
<I dont know who or what but the motives is clear. get ants low so that they can reload and sell later>
If you got something to say RBB, say it!
Don't beat around the bush. You better have proof too! You're treading on dangerous ground here.
<The link our basher friend(I can't tell if he bought yet, it kinda sounds that way) posted is the correct one to try and work this through>
When the stock was rising, you had some mods deleting most of my posts for no reason other than I had a differing opinion. So it appears it works both ways in this forum.
<there is zero control of mods>
The good news with Frank's departure is that Ants is now saving an extra $1 per year in salary.
That they find out that more than 300MM shares are outstanding....suppose even the hedge funds and the transfer agent were deceived in knowing the true number of shares....that is my biggest concern....we will have no way of knowing until filing are made public. You guys covered all the upside.
<Exactly what are your concerns about the filings. What do you think is going to surface that wouldn't have already hit the courts? You act as if they're deliberately delaying in an attempt to hide something. Be specific and provide links. I can think of a few, but I'm asking you. Let us know, because you apparently have some very specific concerns>
If you apply your comment to the lack of SEC filings, that's pretty much what it's come down to.
Rik will be judged solely on his ability to get those filings caught up to date. If he does, credibility can begin to get restored and they have a chance of making it. No filings means almost certain penny land for the rest of Ants life.
<Instead of innocent until proven guilty, the company is now guilty until proven innocent?>
Sarcasm. Sorry you didn't recognize it.
<"Mr. Zdarsky is that you? " he said with feigned sincerity.
You know enough about this company to realize that post was fraudulent. That's what I mean by my question. >
With many people on this board screaming how the stock price is going to be .10, .25, .50, 1.00, 2.00 in anywhere from one month to two years there is a surprising lack of buying volume going on. Put your money where your mouth is and step up to the plate if you think this is such a great deal. Only T-Master and a couple others are manning up.
.014 on deck
That 450K share block at .015 should clear out the MM's for now...
Taking limit buy orders at .015 .....
TP
What do you mean by that question?
<Are you in on this?>
Mr. Zdarsky is that you?
<As a major certificate shareholder of record of ANTs Software Inc>
I've read all these posts of over weekend and I've come to the conclusion that Rik, like Frank, it speaking too much with some members of this board who are then posting his comments and thoughts on this message board. Completely contrary to what Rik publically said he wanted. Why do you feel the need to supposedly convey his private thoughts?
Contrary to your adamant defense that Rik is not in this for the money you write this: "Rik told me that a lot of his friends and family are investing with him indirectly by buying ANTS".
According to your post, it sure sounds like Rik is being counted on to make a lot of his buddies a ton of money.
Confused at this point as to why some people can't believe the stock is less than .02 given the lack of clarity that has been provided to shareholders.
Don't kid yourself T-Master...while they have something to prove to themselves and others, they are definitely in it for the money.
They ain't doing it for free!
<I dont think Rik and his team is in it for the money. Its more than that. This is for their own self actualization... to prove to the world that they can get the job done>
Who is on Rik's team?
<Rik has always said that his team >
Way to research Lio!
Don't know what to make of this. Was someone trying to do an end around?
Isn't is possible that someone in India may have copied and enhanced the Ants USA site for their own personal gains...especially IF some of the work was done in India or repatriated by a Indian worker in the US who lost his visa privledges?
It's just so out of left field, even for Ants. I have great confidence that this board would have known about India much sooner than just yesterday.
Just to be perfectly clear here...
I want to believe in the Ants story...I think their product can work if the code has been fixed. The problem is that Ants has told so many stories over the past few years and very few of them have come true except for round down provisions. The more times an Ants CEO writes a blog telling the shareholders that they will give them transparency, I have to say "ugh".
Shareholders want results, not blogs. Ant's has been telling it's shareholders that it's in negotiations with IBM, SAP, DOD, NASA, NBA teams, and many other unnamed companies. How much hard revenue has it reported over the past couple of years? 0, according to Frank. How much cash does it have? 0, according to Frank. How many 10-Q and 10-K's has it filed over the past 18 months? 0 according to anybody.
If the product works it should be able to sell itself right? Rik should reveal if that $7 mil contract is real or not. That would be transparency.
Why would JK, the master of putting out PR, not once mention India? Why would Ants, in all it's filings not mention India as a revenue source? Why would most long time message board members who have a vested interest in seeing this stock go higher not once mention India in the past couple of years?
This is another smokescreen created by someone. But if that's the du jour rumor that they want to build the next run from then as I've said in the past there nothing to stop people from believing in it.
Didn't Rik say not to read between the lines of his statements? When he has something that he is 100% sure of he'll say it. Guess shareholders will have to wait for the next statement to find out what statement of Frank's were true or not true.
Be careful what you wish for.
<Oh well, thats why I think people should read between the lines of what Rik is saying in his first update. Things are coming our way and things will get better. That is what I got out of it>
Nobody knows what they have or haven't done. But the fact the Rik repeated that they engaged the law firm is encouraging.
The fact that Rik did not repeat that Ants was involved with IBM - Italy and SAP - China is discouraging. Especially when Rik said that he could tell shareholders only things that he was 100% sure of.
<Alright, we agree. The law firm has been there since Frank hired them. But now you want to jump to the conclusion they hadn't performed any work? C'mon. No more comment needed. >
Which company is Rik trying to infer here? IBM or perhaps Sybase?
Can he please be more transparent? IF it's either company it would be strange not to already know the current status of the agreement (especially IBM). And money owed? You would think the previous administration, Dr. Frank, would have gone after those monies in order to help fund the company.
Suddenly the announced negotiations with IBM - Italy and SAP- China seem so non-important (or possibly worse, non-existant).
<-ANTs software Inc. signed a reseller agreement with a major software company several years ago, and we are working diligently to identify the current status of this agreement, where our products were deployed, and reconcile any moneys due ANTs>
Where in my comment did I suggest Rik is more of the same? He's only been only the job a few weeks.
Honestly please don't bring up his military background. Two words for you...General Petraus...
< I have to say, with his military background, making the same mistake twice is not an option>.
IMO, you frothed all over Frank like a lovestruck high school girl and he ended up dumping you for another woman. I say this with utmost respect T-Master. Frank said a lot of things that ended up being left hanging. All you have to do is read his first blog post and then ask yourself if any of that really happened. What really are "preliminary negotiations" anyway?
TP
<To be fair I consider Dr. Frank a previous administration.
Also Dr. Frank in his initial blog post stated that he had engaged Taylor English. So it appears Dr. Frank largely ignored financial and legal obligations.
In Doc's six months we truly DO NOT know what he really accomplished. If he really did something it would show up in filings, if they ever get filed. All we can PROVE that Frank has done is name Rik Sanchez the new Chairman and CEO of Ants. The rest of Franks claims are set forth in blogs and we know how accurate Ants has been in their CEO blogging history...NOT.
Hearing from Rik is great but his message shouldn't leave investors scratching their heads asking more questions. This is like an episode of Lost. >
<4-ANTs Software Inc. has engaged the law firm of Taylor-English (http://www.taylorenglish.com ) to represent us in meeting our financial and legal obligations, which were largely ignored during the previous administrations." >
Where did I say that Frank fired the law firm so Sanchez could rehire? All I implied was that Frank hired a firm in May 2012 that either hadn't released any information or hadn't performed any work yet and given Rik's statement I'd guess the latter.
Your statement is to try and spin my opinion into something that fits your opinion on me.
TP
<Getting back to your theory that Frank largely ignored financial and legal obligations, you're saying that he first engaged that law firm, then fired them, and then Rik re-hired???? >

One of the major bulls here, Grawsha, resigned as Board Moderator a few weeks ago, and has left the building. Welcome to Catsclaw.
Give me a break with all this short nonsense. Only the MM's are short and with the lack of trades they can easily position themselves in front of orders they are holding. But it's not worth the trouble for a hundred bucks.
To be fair I consider Dr. Frank a previous administration.

I know you don't think this but Sanchez seems to be pointing his finger right at Dr. Frank.....right now, "inaccurate" has to be the biggest concern around here. No mention of this $7 million contract as well.....
<Unfortunately, such has not always been the case in our past. It has come to light, that prior to my appointment as Chairman & CEO, inaccurate and perhaps confidential information was disseminated via press releases, company blogs, and via the telephone>
