That they find out that more than 300MM shares are outstanding....suppose even the hedge funds and the transfer agent were deceived in knowing the true number of shares....that is my biggest concern....we will have no way of knowing until filing are made public. You guys covered all the upside.

<Exactly what are your concerns about the filings. What do you think is going to surface that wouldn't have already hit the courts? You act as if they're deliberately delaying in an attempt to hide something. Be specific and provide links. I can think of a few, but I'm asking you. Let us know, because you apparently have some very specific concerns>
