SirFelix, mis-information is a dangerous thing. I also believe the merits of the company should be discussed good or bad. However, I will do all I can to discredit people who come here and have no interest or have their agendas out for their benefit only or to prey off of the fears of others.
Shareholder value will come when investors believe in what this company is doing. I am not talking about the group associated with this board but speculators who have not found this company as of yet. When the volume continuously trades above 800K shares or more everyday, you will get your wish.
Say what you want about MM's. They make the market. If there are no buyers at a higher price they will lower the price to create interest. When that interest wanes, they will lower it some more only this time people begin to get spooked and create a false sell off. Then people begin questioning the companies ability to do what they say they can. Interest wanes again until the next round of news is released and momentum returns to the stock. In between momentum runs the volume dictates the price. When the volume increases on a consistant basis, the false selling sprees will subside. The only way volume will increase is if Kelly continues to release positive news about what's coming next for the company. I am not a fortune teller so I can't tell you when or how or even if this will happen but I am betting it will.
best to you,
weo
Keep talking and let people know the fool you are. OTC stocks never have and still don't trade on their financials.
Tell me, if financials mean anything on this exchange why didn't the pps drop substantial after the 10Q was released? Revenue was down, certainly a step back from the previous quarters on paper.
Why on release of a piece of news the same day did the stock rise 15% the next day?
Tell me, why with only a million dollars of revenue is this stock trading at .38 cents? It certainly isn't on their financials.
OTC stocks trade on their future potential and volume. Someday financials will mean something but certainly not on this exchange.
So you go ahead and find all the negative in the 10Q. Make sure you post it so I don't miss anything. Please make your opinions known about what you think Kelly Jones will do. Make sure you are thorough so I can read it after I am back from playing golf.
Quit wasting my time.
weo
weo
Look Pal, if you don't like the company...take a hike. It's obvious you have no interest here other than to confuse shareholders and potential investors. Unfortunately for you, most here know this company inside and out.
To keep this board balanced let me interject the following, IMO VTSI will do a forward split, maybe 3 for 1 or so in the very near future.
Man, you sure are trying hard to twist what little negative you can about this company to keep this an "balanced board".
If you think financials on an OTC stock dictate the share price you best change you brand of arsenic.
weo
First of all,
I haven't found an OTC company that has decent financials. Why is that? Frankly, reporting on this exchange is useless IMO. If you are trying to compare this company with one trading on a listed exchange, you are wasting your time. In fact, I laugh at people like you who attempt to poison the waters with your so called "objectivity".
Tell me what "facts" do you have that says this company will do a R/S to get on the Nasdaq?
I would be very careful how one chooses words in regards to what a company may or may not do. You have "NO FACTS" to make this statement and IMO are stating a material misrepresentation.
Yes this is a discussion and yes let's keep about the facts and not about fortune telling.
By the way, I couldn't be happier about the progress this company has made. How's your company doing?
One last thing about this statement, "I am the Fox network - fair and balanced" I am LMAO. What an ego you have. How do you get in the door?
weo
Hey Bylo,
You're another who NEVER has a positive thing to say. You always show up to point out the negative and make ridiculous statements.
I find it curious that you are quick to point out the weakness in the 10Q but you never said a word about the latest sale released on the same day. Why is that?
I think you are still bitter that VTSI didn't merge with your company, what was the company again, ETPI? Anyway most here already know your spin IMO.
Have a GREAT day,
weo
yo,
I'm happy for you.
Best to you,
weo
Hey rouster,
No I don't surround myself with "yes man" type people and I've managed just fine thank you.
I certainly wouldn't want this ego centric individual around any of my people because I find NO VALUE in his sinister attitude. My employees are trained to think and manage themselves. We don't employ self portrayed prophets who pray on what ifs, we deal in everyday realities with professionals who can make decisions and forward think.
Just for the record, I have a sales background. I am a positive force and I view things with a "glass half full" mentality. I also have a financial background and know full well what in a balance sheet has meaning and what doesn't.
Now for my opinion, when I come in contact with people like KP, I rid myself of them immediately. Our thinking processes are not the same and basically I view his opinion as verbose. Real decision makers don't base their forcasts on what ifs but a more sophisticated process that use a formula with a current business plan to determine where one wants to be in the next one, five or maybe ten years.
Any investment has risks. OTC stocks even more. No one here I know can predict the future. I have been here since 1999 and really have said very little on this board. I have seen many come and go and frankly laugh at what is posted. My disagreement with you is KP creates doubt based on his random opinion. He has no problem trying to make people look foolish to his style of thinking. He wants to put himself on higher level than everyone else. Frankly, he's a legend in his own mind or so he thinks.
Finally, no one here appointed me as anything. KP is the only one I see trying to get me banned from the board. Why is that? Is it because he may be being exposed?
I agree, let the merits of the company do the talking. Correcting people of their views or being critical of what one thinks are not the merits of the company speaking.
Sir, you have a great day.
weo1998
KP, same with you, quit trying to influence others with your twisted mindset.
weo
We had an explosion here, over $1,650,000.00 worth of stock traded today. This has to be the highest value this stock has traded since I've been around.
weo1998
The next area of interest for me is taking out the .47 cent range. There's a very tight ceiling at this level. When we can blow through this level on increasing volume, the stock will then trade on its own merits IMO.
Best to all,
weo1998
For the first time that I can remember, this stock has traded over $1,000,000 dollars today based on an openning price of .30 and almost 4 million shares traded.

FWIW:
I am a subscriber to businessweek's website. This is a pay only site and I use this site for investing in Blue Chip companies using T/A. In the last two days there are 6 news releases in regards to VTSI. This is by far, the biggest push I have seen on this stock. Usually I will see 6 news releases for HPQ or MSFT on the same day, never have I seen this many releases in the same day for VTSI
Best to all,
weo1998
Ask is thinning out, .40 cents not to far away IMO.
weo
A fair amount of buying is happening at the moment. eom
I would like to see 5 to 6 million shares trade today. That would be a great start at being recognized IMO.
Best to you
weo1998
As I said before, most of you here are hinging on each PR or word released by the company. I find it very comical. Companies are measured by what is accomplished during a period of time. I have been here since August of 1999. It has always been my philosphy to judge each investment on its merits. How many CEO's can actually move the market in their stock? None that I know of.
The OTCBB is a completely different game, yet most of you are trying to compare VTSI to stocks on listed exchanges. THERE IS NO COMPARISON! This is still a startup company with different technology that the current market is just finding. That's the beauty of this investment and the risk. No one knows for sure, at this point, whether the technology will be accepted or not. It is very clear to me that our CEO is excited about their technology. All one had to do was listen to the CC.
Most of you are losing patience because this isn't happening fast enough, fine SELL. I review all my investments weekly to make sure they merit my holding them. When I don't like what is happening in a particular stock I SELL IT, plain and simple.
I can honestly say this company is miles ahead of where it was when I intially invested in it. VTSI has changed its focus entirely and appears to have a marketable commodity. All the rest of the BS about time frames of when an announcement might take place are meaningless and those of you who follow each syllable uttered by our CEO only set yourselves up for disappointment. Sorry you get no sympathy from me. Those of you who think millions of potential investors are not buying this because time frames appear to be missed are also lost in a cloud. Investors will come in the droves you all want when there is less speculation about this stock. As a matter of record, those are the people I will sell my shares too. Unfortunately, most of you will be gone at .55 cents instead of 3.00 to 5.00 IMO.
weo
KP, what do you mean "pro and con", your view is the "con" constantly, plus your interpretation is disgustingly negative. I will laugh at you soon IMO.
weo
KP, you don't know diddly squat about what you are talking about here. It's amazing how you can throw your negative opinion around and surmise this company has little if any to gain or hope for, without any knowledge of what you're saying. Boys and girls, I'd run as far away from this guy as fast as you can, he's not waiting for the news, he's trying to create to news IMO.
weo
KP, I am sure you will find negative when news of multiple simulator sales are released. It's your nature. I don't know how anyone here can lay blame on Kelly or anyone else for that matter. You guys appear to live and die on each PR released and each sentence uttered. If something doesn't happen in two days or ten days or ten minutes it's "Kelly let me down again". I am at a loss for words for you guys. For those of you who think this way, why do you still own this stock? Some of you are worried about timing. All you are worried about is a MOMO play. You are not in this stock for any significant gains but nothing more than a double from these levels and then you'll be gone.
I am more convinced than ever that significant news abounds this company. When this news is released, the share price will follow. The share volume of the MM's making a market in this stock tells the story.
So you guys go ahead and worry about events you can't control. Go ahead and look at posts in the past trying to predict the future. Pretty soon some of you just might convince yourselves to sell and that would be a shame IMO.
weo
It is my understanding that the MM's must be "whole" or square at the end of each trading day. I believe the German Market closes about 10:30AM EDT. If my information is correct that is when the MM's would square their positions by entering the market.
weo
OT - here's another in the security sector that just announced news and look at it go. Notice the contract was only about a million dollars.

headnorthw, what you are describing is HYPE. It won't matter what market sentiment is when / if VTSI can announce a significant deal. Right now the investors who look for potential have entered this stock IMO. How long they stay and it won't be long IMO, who knows but the majority of people invested now, won't be around when / if this hits a dollar.
Look at TASR. Checkout a five year chart and notice the lack of investor interest when this stock was trading under a dollar. Look at it today and people can't get it fast enough at 112.00 a share up 12.00 yesterday on hot air.
Market momentum will appear when there is reason for it and profitibility won't be the intial catalyst IMO.
Best to you,
weo
5cap, I agree completely. The type of investor needed to launch this stock doesn't buy BB stocks. While our technology appears to be unique, until a significant order or buyer is announced, we will toil in this range IMO. I am of the opinion that intially profitibility isn't as important as a significant sale. One only needs to look at CXN for the proof.
Best to you,
weo
KP, I am trying to refrain myself from attacking you but I just can't let your continual objections to remarks made by the company. If you want to be a tarot reader, so be it but don't do it on this board. Why you can't except a reasonable answer from the company is beyond me and continues to degrade your credibility on this board IMO.
And no I have no concerns about the future of this company or my investment.
weo
SirFelix, ignore me then.EM
My God KP, you are a lunatic. Again you spend your time looking for reasons or past histories where the company had a change of plan or something announced did not materialize. SO WHAT! The past is the past. I think it's hilarious you can't fathom the price of CXN. The stock market is not about rational thinking. It is about momentum and future opportunity. I don't know of any company that is valued on it's past PR or 10Q's. They are valued at current market financials and future market anticipation.
Now, it is very apparent to me you have an obsession at seeing this company fail. Why, I haven't a clue. Anyone who spends this much time trying to convince others using ancient history as his lead, has certainly missed the boat IMO.
weo1998
OT Rusty, I agree about CXN. Looking at the five year chart is really amazing. As I have said before, start up companies are driven by potential first before they are valued by fundamentals and financials. Taser completely defies the law of gravity yet it has split 3 for 1 and is trading over 100.00 a share again. If one were to look at their valuation, one would never buy it. I am betting there were many millionaires created over the last year who invested in TASR.
While we still have many "ifs" I won't be surprised if VTSI makes the same type of move as CXN when its time comes.
JMO
Best to you,
weo1998
KP, there is no embarrasment to disagree with you. You have nothing good to say about VTSI and now most are finding this out. Even comparisons some make about another stock you find fault in their judgement. You are here to disagree PERIOD.
weo
headnorthw, absolutely right on.
Best to you.
weo1998
Oh here we go again with the insults. KP, I choose not to have any discussion with you either. Soon you will have no one to insult here and many will post as I do to you. Move on my friend.
weo
KP I am so honored you reply to me, NOT. Sorry I won't ignore you. I am sure many here are thanking you for saving them from their investment. Once again it is you who is determining what is "fluff" and what is not and flaunting it on this board.
You are correct in that few here wish to hear your opinion. I can't imagine why? If people don't like your interpretation of the 10K, news and future, it is you who find disgust and lay blame on the "Rose colored glasses theory". Your arrogance will be your demise IMO.
Have a great weekend
weo1998
Sir Felix, I for one have little concern for VTSI as it attempts to do what many OTC companies fail to do. With any business there are obstacles and interuptions that delay potential growth. I know this because I am an owner of multiple businesses in the food industry. You write your business plan and continue to modify the objectives to achieve whatever goals are set in this plan. IMO, while this investment may still be a crap shoot, there are far too many positives that have taken a backseat to the recent negativity that KP continues to harp on. Twisted information has a way of creating doubt and uncertainty in people. Uncertainty leads to second guessing and mistakes can be made.
So to answer your question, I have no intention of ignoring this poster or his content. I am here protecting my investment.
Have a great day.
weo1998
timhyma, wait just a minute. The RB crap was brought over here by KP who continues to degrade this stock each time he posts. I don't find this as intelligent banter but one sided negativity. For someone who owns few if any shares, KP sure wants to throw his weight around here.
One of the reasons I quit posting is because of this type of banter. Now I am compelled to post because of it. Sorry if it doesn't meet your standards. I sure won't lose any sleep over it.
weo
berstein, I couldn't have said it any better.
weo1998
KP, I am not here to debate with you the issues of this company. It would be a waste of my time playing your game. I am however unwilling to listen to your rhetoric without pointing out your wisely crafted questions of doubt you portray on this board.
I quit posting on these boards because confrontation does little except breed contempt. I post now because most won't battle as I will. IMO, you are a shorter, plain and simple.
weo
Hey pal, I do get it and am beginning to understand your game. Your anal thinking and structured opinion focused on the negative of this company is coming out. This is not a Nasdaq company at present and doesn't trade like one anyway. I certainly wouldn't compare this stock to any company traded on a larger exchange. First of all, OTC stocks trade on future potential, not current financials. If the company had good fundamentals, it wouldn't be on this exchange. You have that arrogant attitude of rightousness and pass your bologna like it's a lunch special at Walmarts.

Greg, I don't believe these guys have a vested interest in this stock. One would not knock their own investment constantly IMO. I believe your attempts to prove them wrong are nothing more than a game they are playing. I appreciate your willingness to clarify the truth but don't play into their mindless games.
JMO and as always, best to you.

You know KP,
I have read your comments trying to understand your position. You have been far to critical of this company IMO. It leads me to believe you are playing the short side on this one. An investor who takes a long position in a stock and then constantly finds nothing but negative with every release surely is not playing the long side. I am also surprised of all people, you failed to make the conference call. After putting this CEO through all the BS you did with your annoying questions, you couldn't find the time for the call. You could have asked all your ridiculous questions again and made the call 3 hours long instead of a hour and a half.
Frankly I have little use for you or your opinion. I don't read your ridiculous oratories anymore and believe your intentions were never to help this company but to constantly focus on their weaknesses and exploit them to the negative side.
I will not sit back and listen to your ridculous views without commenting any longer. Just as I have no use for a pumper, I have even less respect for someone who constantly finds nothing positive to say. I watch as some try to respond to you in a civil way and laugh as you try to expose your intellect by praying on mistakes or weaknesses of others.
Take that for what it's worth.

PS I do not work for the company, haven't received any free shares and have been invested for almost five years. I hope no one buys this stock based on what is read on this board
