Is that the work of Steve C.? He is a weak link in this company.
I was thrilled with the CC and the new product guy. He would not have been on the Feb call. LWLG is trading on emotion now and that leads to bad trading. I was happy to see it drop because I think we are sitting on a gold mine.
George, my biggest beef was we did not have the right team in LWLG and wasted years of development. I hope we all become wealthy here because we deserve it for being patient. I do not try to hide who I am. I am the third call on the Q&A and asked the same question at the ASM as Buzz pointed out to me yesterday. My other questions were being answered in the presentation.
Lou B. should run against Hillary in 2016 after he finishes his work with LWLG. Put Tom on as Vice President and get the country on the right track as well. The Admiral can deal with Iran and North Korea.

If this is true, look the hell out in the commodities world. These banks are nothing more than white collar terrorists.
I am wondering also if they will edit out Phil's comments. That must have been quite a moment for management. Guess Steve could not find the mute button in time.
I can tell anyone that could not listen in is that Lou B. is the real deal. Tom gave him a lot of rope to run with yesterday and he delivered. Phil Smith was a timely voice for shareholders who must have been discouraged with the vague timelines.
I e-mailed Tom yesterday and got a nice response in return. The PPS might drift in the next few months but the risk/reward is on the side of the longs. This would be too hard to sell and wait for a 25 cent pullback when the upside might be measured in huge returns.
Do not let anyone fool you into thinking that was not a good CC. It was a fantastic one minus the names. And this is coming from a shareholder who looks at the glass 1/2 empty. I am pretty much tapped but would be a buyer on a lower move and also a buyer on a upward move. We know who the LSS is and it is in the heavyweight division.
Only negative is the website and it should be addressed shortly.
Most of them were answered.
No need to keep repeating the point but this CC was 1000% better tan the last one. Tom presented himself very well, Jim was kept to a minimum, and Fred and Lou were excellent. Obtaining one of the grants plus warrant redemption should get us away from LPC. As the year progresses, this stock should do very well if they keep us up to date.
As far as the LSS, go **** yourself. We hold the cards. Someone will deal us a new hand if you do not like the way we play.
Bring back Phil(unlikely). He was a game saver on the Q&A.
You might want to check your sources on that.
I was number 3 on the list . Asked the same question again from the ASM. My other two were already discussed.
In order of importance
1)Caers
2)me
3)Lou
4)Phil
5Tom
6)Fred
7)toll guy on I-95
8)Jim
Proto, I was also on the call.
The way this thing is trading, we might hit the short term low before the CC gets under way.
Mindless trading today. Expectations are low but any selloff should be short since we are sitting in the 1.50 range.
Could you type in caps please. I cannot read your post.
If the Admiral falters, we can always have Marcelli step in and save the call.
I have never been shy about asking questions.Trying to make a short list and see what will be my ideal question.
I was away on a basketball trip to Virginia. I sent an email to Tom today and congratulated him him on a job well done. Someone had mentioned before how much our legal representative has on what is allowed to be sent out. I have a hard time believing that this stock is trading at such low levels. the patents and IP should be worth 15 dollars in itself.
Waiting to here from Lou and Fred. I am hoping they give Jim a coloring book and crayons and sit him at a table in the corner. He should be fine.
That would mean a lot to shareholders.
LWLG needs to liven the PR up and also get it out to major news outlets. Not sure why they do not want exposure.
inside players are:
1)PUMA
2)Pershing
3)ATDF
4)UBS
Outside the markets- NITE,Wilson Davis,Cullen,Cantor Fitz.
UBS seems the most active along with Pershing.UBS on both sides right now
There just seems to be a lot of stock for sale. Without news, you have to expect the whipsaw trading. The company has not given us anything concrete. They have nice salaries, live elsewhere than in Delaware, and have a line of credit with LPC who buys low and sells to the sheep at higher prices. Nice gig if you can get it.
The time of reckoning is next week for management.
We shall see if these are good sales next week. There does seem to be some stock for sale either from short term players who are tired of waiting for news or maybe our Chicago bank.
I would bet we get the 10-k and Tom hold whatever good cards he has for the CC. This crew needs to redeem themselves from last year.
The selloff should be expected due to the sharp rise on nothing the past week, These are healthy as well. Looking like 1,35 might be a short term low but who knows.
Just hope they do not cancel this CC which would be par for the course.
Let us see if stops are hit at this level. 1.50 and 1.39 would appear to be the numbers.
Next Thursday cannot come fast enough.
I am looking to see the 10-k PR'd on Monday or later this afternoon.
I am wondering how much money we tapped LPC for.
Hope 1/2mick/1/2 guin is not m.barryville from yahoo. Some of us have an idea who he is. Until LWLG proves me wrong, the glass is half empty. The last CC was a disaster. Now we have Fred and Lou on the call which is a positive. In four days we should have a clear understanding of where the company is or is headed.
Happy Easter to everyone.
Your post gave me a migraine just reading it.
I am thinking too that we only see the 10-k early next week. If no subsequent PR is forthcoming and that would stink because investors like a splash instead of reading through a lengthy bit of news.
My first question would be why we pay an IR person six figures when we could outsource this for peanuts.Amazing how day in a day out the emotions swing here. Yesterday we expect a home run and today we are not sure what Tom will put out. There will need to have some serious questions asked to these guys. Less than six business days until the call.
Is LWLG required to publish the results or just give a general statement without releasing the LSS name. Definitely a grey area and knowing IR and Tom, we might see little or nothing due to an agreement with the LSS. I am hoping we are out trying to get multiple customers with Lou. I believe Chuck is tied to the LSS we are now dealing with.
F2, we need to raise the PPS. This is not where I thought we would be in 2013.
Let us wait to see what the company puts out before we hit the links. If they stumble, we might be caddying for Walter instead of being in a foursome.
Does anyone think there will be multiple PR's of just the 10k to digest? It is getting close to the edge now.
I think I know who you are(lol) courtesy of my dad. I had no idea you were interested in LWLG.
F2
The stock is up close to 100% from recent lows. I agree with you if we do get news of an agreement but what if there is an NDA and we do not get the other side of the equation. There will always be people dumping on news and if we do not see a name, then I do expect a pullback in the short term.
To be honest, I do not think anything knows what we are going to see in writing. The secrecy of LWLG has always been an obstacle to share price appreciation. Steve will only put out what Marcelli and now Tom will let him. Why complain when you are pulling six figures for doing a tiny amount of work.
Not sure any of us are making you chase the stock. I believe 99% of the posters here have all they can handle and have no bullets left in the gun to shoot.
Anything short of a great press release will IMHO trigger a short term sell off and since we are still trading at a lousy price, it will not drop too much. All we can do is wait and watch.
Gotta run.
When do you think the video of Michelson will be released and also his white papers?
You could see the strength building as sellers were able to unload quantity last week in a narrow range. It will be very interesting to see if or when a PR is released that is what we expect. Will there be a sell on the news or an explosion in PPS. I am also wondering if the LSS will force Tom to keep any significant finding under wraps or let their name be published.
That would have saved the Yahoo board if you had done the same with Ponzi.
Did I meet you at ACAC recently?
I will look into it. I have never done that but I was an ROT and equity specialist for listed stocks. I will find out though.
100% and proud of it. Have a feeling there might be some Spanish there from the wars in earlier centuries but all is good.
I graduated from Notre Dame in 1980. If you were on the OTC desk, you might have known my father. I started working on the PHLX and was there until late 2003. My dad told me options were the place to be and he was right. He was offered the job to implement the options exchange in the mid 70's but passed because he was comfortable in the OTC market and had a good reputation. A lot of OTC guys came over to options and did quite well.
