No offense T-Master but I wish Rik would make the same public statements that he seems to be making privately. Or I wish some posters wouldn't make public Rik's private conversations. That's how Frank and this board bungled things. In fact, that's how JK's blog bungled things. Couldn't keep promises that were meant to impress.
<I have made a mutual committment with Rik that I will hold my core investment in tacked for 2 years. That is exactly what he asked of me>
One of the all time great phony PR's from this company...
<don't forget MJ and the Island Girls! >
Certainly a guy with your background about fact checking should know that the guys name is Alton Dinsmore, not Alan Dinsmore. But the fact that you have repeatedly called him Alan shows that you need to be a little more careful about what you write about.
<But I realize that Alan Dinsmore, Rik Sanchez, Frank Kautzmann, and Bruce Brown are all attracted to "pipe dreams>
Looks like the table is be set for another PR about the new appraisal value of the library.....DOS involvement ---> company assets up for sale --> big shareholder filings....looks exactly the same as when Manning et al got involved.
I can't comment on any of this until I actually see filings.Because right now everything you've written is still just a pipe dream. Until it really happens no one is going to give this stock the benefit of the doubt. They have been burned too many times before.
<Tiger- If they complete 2011 filing by Jan. 1 2013 showing the lost revenue. Plus announce a real contract, list all present users of the software, maybe add a person or two to the board. And anything else that may transpire. What would be your take on ANTS at that point ? Curious as to where you would stand ?>
Go back and read the last few weeks worth of postings and you'll find several people who claimed they have been speaking to Rik. And also claim that Rik is saying this and infering.
<I don't think anyone is directly talking to Rik about these matters>
You're kidding me right?
<OK....Who said they spoke to Rik?--->
I keep remembering the old stories about DOS Appraisal and the trading on insider knowledge. Don't know if it was ever verified...Pacal I think was the authority on that....can history repeat itself.
At least we know the DOS is getting paid for their work.
One guy here touts that the filings will be done by the end of the year based on reliable hearsay from Rik. T-Master says he hears 3/31/13 which is the last day of the extension that was granted Frank. What bothers me is that two people who are talking to Rik are convinced that the filings will be completed on two different dates.
You wonder why investors stay away from this stock?
Thanks for correcting me regarding Joe's resignation. So much happens on this board (sometimes) that every once in awhile some statements get contradicted.
Hey my posts are also being removed. It just depends on who is removing which post I guess.
"False speculation" on my part is a bit overboard in my opinion. Between JK and Frank their exaggerations have no way of being proven unless they appear in filings. Which to date they never have. I highly doubt we will see any filings by the end of the year.
The stock is sucuumbing to tax loss selling right now. We are even getting close to the price at which Frank stepped in at in May. So in terms of stock price, not much has really been accomplished in seven months. Go back to all those price predictions made in October. Almost every one was wrong. We all know the structure of the company has changed drastically. But most people's measure of success is defined by their profit and ANTS has definitely underwhelmed to this point in time.
You'd think for a company that was going to be up 1000% in the next month according to some around here that there would be far more investor support on a daily basis. Guess everybody has to show up for work this week in order to possibly collect a Christmas bonus.
Lot of bid whacking going on this morning.
I seem to remember that shareholders were really pissed off with JK's salary increase announcement and Joe later fired off another PR or stated in a blog that he was cutting his salary by 100K...so he was really taking a pay cut..lol.
If Frank fired him for cause (stealing cash)...and we don't know if that was true...then the Employment Agreement was terminated around May 2012.
That's another 10-K reveal that we have to wait for.
I'd love to know the compensation package for both of these "officers". My guess is that they will get shares valued at .01 . My guess also says that Brown won't be leaving his other company anytime soon.
Yes this is what it has come to when you are dealing with a stock that trades around a penny. Rick said officer...I just wanted to see if anyone knew his title...I guess not.
<So this is what it's come too? Pick apart every sentence Rik makes>
Looks like some bid whacking going on this morning. I guess if you own 15 million, what's another 4 million more.
It looks like the complaint againt TH was dismissed while his brother still has to answer to the court.
So what is Bruce Brown's title? It wasn't mentioned in the press release which I found rather peculiar.

Most everyone has gone to sleep.
Forget 1999 prices...that was during the height of the internet bubble. Many companies will never ever see those prices again. In fact many of those high fliers just disappeared or were purchased for pennies on the dollar. You can't live in the past...also remember that there were FAR fewer shares outstanding in 1999.
<This stock soared over 40$ per share back in 99, and since then, it's the same company and product- just better>
It appears the market makers are not willing to sell any shares at either the bid or the ask. Guess they are waiting for news as well.
That was the same as the recently pulled tweet (except Raytheon's name was left out.)
They won't sell for less than 3x book value IMO. And as far as shareholder lawsuits, the shares are so tightly controlled that it would be hard to find someone with enough shares to go solo on it. Hollencrest Securities sold out it's entire stake in the quarter ending 9/30/12 and Zeke Capital Advisors is the only other institutional holder (as of 9/30) with 22,500 shares.
The remaining shareholders are management and those who were involved in the IPO or those who picked up a few thousand shares over the years. So sit tight and let these guys do their work. Maybe they will take a chance or two but the So Cal job market has to improve before they will really roll the dice IMO.
At least this is a positive development IMO.
IMO, they will eventually be a takeover target but not for at least another five years. I think they will do some smaller acquisitions themselves to get themselves up to the next level. But right now they appear to be happy being as clean as a whistle with very little downside risk other than a very thin float.
I think you will see this stock get published in one of his newletters. For someone who is a Forbes contributor and appears on the surface to be conservative in his investment approach this is a rather odd filing IMO. But he owns it and I'm sure he's looking to make money on it. I wonder if Rathod is still holding his shares or if this could be a transfer of his stake?
Here's the big shareholder's info:
http://www.incomesecurities.com/About_US.htm
Must be a flyer for him because he writes a series of newsletters. I wonder if that is where we'll next see VLCO appear (as a stock pick of the month)?
I don't recall that I've ever told anyone to explicitly sell this stock. I've been negative solely because the words coming out of the CEO's mouth (at the time) never seemed to match up with the results down the line. Up until recently the same goes for posters on this board. The appointment of Sanchez and the two board members/executives as well as the new web site and PR person indicates that something real is going on behind the scenes.
The filings remain the single biggest concern to Ants shareholders. What has and has not happened in the two years they have been officially silent. Of course real revenues are a concern as well, even more so than profits at this point.
I've stood here and watched posters put their foot in their mouths dozens of times trying to predict prices. With 300MM shares outstanding there are always going to be shares that are sold for whatever reason. For you to think that I'm solely responsible for shaking the tree flatters me but I don't have that kind of ego. With so few trades going thru the MM's can also have a field day with this stock.
Re: Sticky notes....from iHub:
Managing Sticky Posts
Moderators can add up to four sticky notes to be highlighted at the top of the message list.
Moderators need to work together to develop a plan on how the stickies will be handled. No Moderator should remove any other Moderator's sticky. If a Moderator abuses this, they can expect to be removed as a Mod.
Any message posted within the last 48 hours can be stickied provided it adheres to the TOS.
===========
So obviously one moderator is making the judgement that the last two sticky posts are relevant. And that one moderator appears not to want to work with the other moderators. The remaining moderators should appeal to iHub as a group and get this handled (if they want to). You signed up as a moderator. Sometimes you have to spend time fixing issues for others. Whether you like it or not.

You are a real piece of work Rbb!
You are spending way too much time letting this bother you.
<and i'm not entirely sure you and Tiger aren't one and the same>
<It's a full time job keeping up with the two of you>
I think that's a little bit of (really) old news.........
http://www-03.ibm.com/press/us/en/pressrelease/20523.wss
<IBM and ANTs announced today that they have been selected to provide software for the integration phase of the U.S. Navy's DDG Destroyer>
But you are right that it's showing up Ants Twitter feed, so maybe it's something new...strange...perhaps it's something that got delayed when the software bugs started appearing.

We'll probably never know if Doc was telling lies or not. From day one the "private trading group" sounded fishy. It possible he used the terminology to avoid having to file Form 4's. No way to tell why he left unless he or Rik says why. You find out over the coming months if any of his blog claims were actually true. Some were very vague, some were more specific but most have not been spoken about for months. Too early to say whether he was another emperor that had no clothes.
<Its over, why anyone would work with that guy is beyond me. I dont trust him at all. He ran out for no reason. Only thing I can think of in his tell of lies. Is that he bought when it was below a penny, pumped it by himself with lies. When it went to .025 - .04 and he was telling everyone how great it was, all the things happening, etc. He was selling.
Probably slowly bought 20 million - 30 million share, then dump it on those 4 days. He was the seller, not the buyer. Making 2 - 3 cents on 25 million shares or so is not too shabby. He laid it on thick and told so much junk. I am guessing the real world ran out of places for him to work, so to make money he did ANTS>
She doesn't hang around companies very long does she?
Maybe this time will be different.
<Our new CFO - Elise Vetula LinkedIN profile>
For a stock that has supposedly very little float there sure was a lot of shares that came on the market for sale today.
Dare do I say it, but today was really the first day that MM looked like they were shorting heavily and many on this board were buying heavily. But heavily is a relative term as only $32,000 worth of shares were traded.
Guess we are going to have a big move in one direction within the next week.
Being a technical chart guy I've noticed the 200 dma was broken two days ago while creating a low pole warning. You can see in the chart on the main ihub page what happens in this stock when you get a low pole print.....just sayin.
TP
Boy if all the people who said they were buying shares in the .01 area today actually did it, the remaining 450K shares would have been gobbled up three fold. Seems like T-Master and one or two other people bought shares in the last three hours today. The rest were no shows despite their postings.
TP
Yo hice lo mismo.

<just picked up 200K>
Only a month ago people would have given their left nut to be able to buy at these prices. Some people are buying but most are staying away. Just the nature of people afraid to buy when there is fear in the water.
When people say the float is locked up they are assuming that Frank's "trading group" isn't selling any of their shares. Personally I don't think that you can make that assumption given what has transpired here over the past month.
Your emotions really get the best of you depending on whether Ants goes up or goes down. When it was up, Frank was the man! When it's down, he's a huge scam.
Really, which one do you think he is?
The only hard evidence we have is that Frank owns 52% of GTSM and reassigned some Ants De IP patents to himself (Ants, Tx).
