Never left. I did take some profits at 4 cents, though. Now only 350,000 shares to my name. From a high of about 950,000. I think I'm going to regret getting rid of that many shares. But I still gonna make out like a bandit. Good Luck.
Really don't think there's anything to worry about. I admit, I should practice what I preach. I think what's happening is that Tom, being a very astute finance guy, understands the importance of making wise financial moves. He simply can't get hung up and insecure about investors' worries. Not that he doesn't care. Just that sound business moves are his specialty and I don't think he's going to compromise sound business actions because a few investors are calling him names. As I've said before, he's a CEO, not Dr. Phil. Anyway, being an astute finance pro, he's likely to understand, acutely, the ebbs and flows of stock behavior as analyzed by pros like Geaux Fish. He will make sure, therefore, that the timing of PR's, etc. correspond with favorable chart conditions. I have learned that these penny stocks are almost ALL about understanding charts and only a relatively little about emotion and attitude. I think we're OK here. Better than OK. Superb. In the final analysis, this stock is and always will be about the credibility of management. While Tom has managed to annoy the likes of me - who are impatient and unknowing of the Market, he has not, in fact, done anything to betray his sterling resume and reputation. Prepare to make money. All IMO.
Tanks alot.
Tanks very much.
Ya gotta giggle.
Believe me: If there's no PR or 8k monday, this stock is dead.
Way to go Tom. Good work.
Tom: Way to go. Way to use the buying momentum and enthusiasm to put out NOTHING. Not a sausage. Good move. Building investor convidence, one disappointment at a time. Smart.
Looking for vote announcement at 3pm ET, 13 minutes from now.
flippers gonna get caught with their knickers down. I'm gonna have a jolly good giggle when that happens.
That is practically inconceivable. I can't even imagine it. Don't want to imagine it.
I will frankly be stunned if there is no PR today. I mean really stunned and suprised and shocked. Surely at least a PR at this juncture. No? Is it just me? My goodness this is wearying.
No PR, no 8k. Absolutely pathetic. Slap in the face to shareholders. Disgusting business sense.
I will consider the lack of a PR or 8k today disgusting and horrible business. Surely today.
Gonzilee: What is a "blookbath"?
Fluff, BS crap PR
Not worried. Just have to be patient. Folks selling now=DUMB-A$$ES!!!!!!
Bored, frustrated traders moving a little $$$ out for other plays.
I think they bonded in a very special way. Now they're all embarrassed and chy.
Oh, and something else: Tom has not PR'ed that Cornhole is finished with the conversion. Therefore, since he's been completely above board about everything, we can assume 1) that the conversion is not totally complete - and therefore, we're likely to see more shares added, and, 2) when the conversion is complete, we'll be told about it and the PPS will reflect the good news. So please, no crybabies when we see another modest increase in the PPS. This stock can more than handle it. Consider, too, that PR's cost a lot of money to disseminate and so Tom has to be very selective about what information he releases to shareholders. Also, it's not legal for him to address concerns of one group of investors (i-Hubbers, for example) without addressing everyone. So, take for example the whining about the extra shares and the wild accusations made by a very few about Tom's veracity. Understand that it is not practical for Tom to respond everytime some rookie investor starts crying about something. In fact, if he stays focused on the business, and gets things done, the naysayers will all be quieted when the success of the business does the talking for him. He's a CEO, not a talk-show host. Good luck.
Ace: You are really misguided my friend. Do please sell all your shares and spare us your opinions. I'd like you to sell, so I can have a good giggle when SWVC takes off big-time. There is simply no sound basis for your point of view. You're obviously bitter about something, so you're venting. I must admit, I'm often guilty of the same kind of over-reactive rhetoric. One thing I like about this company is that the PR's are simply factual, not overstated and pumped up. I have spoken to Tom and I found his answers to be professional, reasonable and on point. You don't seem to understand that we're talking about brick and mortar here -- actual locations you can visit and spend money in. Then there's his business background and reputation. It's very hard to imagine (even for a cynic like myself) that this is all just an elaborate hoax. No chance, no way. When the 8k comes out, even if it's modest, it will establish, legally and factually that this is for real. That alone will send it in to the stratosphere. This man's ambition is going to make a lot of us a lot of money. All in MHO, of course.
Yet another great call by Abby. Aren't you embarrassed at all by the number of times you've been so adamant about your predictions for the day and they are perpetually incorrect? Amazing.
I feel very sorry for those children who are panicking and selling now. Very tragic for them. They are really going to regret their silly, weak, illogical behavior once this thing takes off. There is probably a perfectly good explanation for the extra shares. Panicking is ridiculous. I'm not budging an inch.
I just left a message on Tom's voicemail: I called Greenshift at 212-994-5374 and was told that T was out to lunch. My message was that I am a shareholder, I understand there's been more stock dilution, that I would appreciate knowing the origin of the new shares, that many investors were expressing concern and that I felt an explanation to the shareholders was in order as this type of news does not inspire confidence.
Nice call, once again, Abby.
Looks like Abby's right on the money once again. She's amazing!!!!!!!!!
8k NOW!!! Surely!!!!!
50,000 more at .028
8k at any moment, surely!
Another one of Abby's predictions coming true, I see.
Total BS
Today's going to be an incredible day IMO. closing at .15 with no news, 25 to 35 with news. Yesterday's dip toward the close of day was nothing to worry about. It was simple profit taking by folks who want to have something (cash) to show for all their excitement and success with this stock over many weeks. Lots of us have been in this stock for months. But think about all the new blood yesterday buying for 4, 5, 6, 7 pennies. They're here for the long haul because the word's out that this is for real and way undervalued. So, now we can ride on their good investment as the price continues skyward. Yesterday was a good, healthy purge for the stock and we still came out green. Beautiful... Today's going to be phenomenal... I admit, I might have to take another modest profit for my wife's birthday on Sunday. What can I say. I'm a sucker. Anyway, this baby's gonna roll. Put on your seat belt and your depends and get ready to enjoy the ride. Good luck. Blastoff coming.
Of course, it needs to be reitterated that this company can not be valued based upon what they are worth now, at this very moment - or even when the press release hits. This is not a company whose value can be quantified based upon the popularity of a particular good or service it provides. This is different. They are not selling pizzas. This is a holding company. A holding company, quite literally, is in the business of creating money -- exponentially, not how you and I make money, paycheck to paycheck. And the difference here, unlike many penny stock scams is the MANAGEMENT. Much valuable DD has been posted on this board by experienced, credible traders far beyond my abilities. And the concensus is clear: CEO, Thomas Scozzafava is for real. Do your own DD, however. Don't trust anyone, including me. But, speaking for myself, the man is a bona fide wiz kid with much public credability at stake. Translation: He's not out to screw you or anybody else. He's an accomplished, certified, academician with verifiable credentials. Many on this board, including myself, have been screwed blind in other penny stocks. I can only report to you what I know. This is totally and completely different. Absolutely nothing about this stock suggests scam or CEO ATM. Furthermore, the evidence simply seems to support the fact that many of us are going to make ungodly sums of money simply because, for once, we backed the right horse. It feels damn good. And good for the CEO, Scozzafava for practicing good business and winning our confidence and trust. Oh, let me make my final point before I forget and start getting all misty-eyed: This stock is going to trade at a value well over its current ACTUAL mathematical value. Why? Because of MANAGEMENT. Because it's going to become obvious to everybody that this is bona fide and very likely to expand and grow and prosper wildly -- because of MANAGEMENT CREDIBILITY. Just a hunch, I admit, but, if you're looking to cash out within 4 months, I would put the PPS at about 35 to 40 cents. In a year $1. In 3 years $4-6. Complete conjecture, of course. But that same conjecture led me to trade in a stock which has given me a 600% ROI. Good Luck. Try to relax, stay focused, listen to your conscience to the best of your ability, and don't regret your moves once you've made them. Hindsight is irrelevant.
I'm not in the least bit embarrassed that I just sold 200,000 of my 900,000 share position. So, I won't look back and regret it under any circumstances. Why?
1.) Because I exercised prudence, not avirice.
2.) I have recouped the original purchase price of my shares.
3.) I have a little money to spend on my soon to be arriving baby.
4.) I listened to my own conscience and acted upon it, without reservation.
5.) I sold only about 20% of my entire positon
6.) The remaining 700,000 shares will be my big money makers. Having made myself square I can now really play the gamble game, knowing I'm not in the hole.
Good Luck,
Bru-man, I feel sorry for you. That attitude will eat your lunch one nasty day.
I'm sure many of the less experienced traders here, including myself, are finding themselves in a bit of a crossroads with regard to selling or holding. So, maybe I can contribute. Patience and perspective are going to be key here. Having said that, if your mortgage payment is late and you're out of dough: well, you probably have your answer and no amount of patience and perspective will change the fact that you need the cash now. But, even in that scenario, common sense and reasonable perspective dictate that you ought to sell only what you need to sell. Why? Well, isn't that obvious? Here's where the perspective comes in. My Scottrade account value for this stock on August 31st (only one short week ago) was $13,699. It's currently at $41,060 (with 19,444 shares less than last week). Now, I don't know about you, but, to me, that's pretty damned extraordinary. Now, I just need to exercise patience and perspective. I would like to sell, probably about 20% of my position, just to satisfy myself that I have something to actually show for this stock - regardless of eventualities. Now, some have suggested that those who are selling at these prices are "greedy, or not team players". Pure nonsense. It's your money, and, further more, selling a modest percentage now is being prudent. Being greedy is demanding more, which may never come. Having said that, there seems to be mounting evidence that this stock is destined for greatness far beyond its current paltry 4.5 cents. It woud seem that even 10 cents will seem a little quaint in a few weeks or months. But don't let yourselves be bullied. And don't be a complete buffoon by dumping your entire position now when it's so damn likely that this stock will go much, much higher. Remember, still no news and look at the interest. Phenomenal. Now, some basher or simpleton was trying to get some traction with the notion that news often sends the price downward. That may be. But to honestly suggest that's going to happen here is truly ridiculous. Why, because the PPS is so incredibly low, that it can only continue moving north -- even with very modest news. Good luck. Stay calm. Make judicious moves.
Our "infamous CEO? Get a dictionary.. I think you mean "intrepid"
Geaux Fish: Sorry to say, but I really, really question the motive behind your last post. Makes me wonder who you really are and what you're really up to. Please explain yourself, if you would.
Take a look at the interest in SWVC. Go to: http://66.135.37.11/index.php?view=Products%2FRAMPCode
Bottom line: nobody will be able to keep this thing on the ground. I believe we're about to witness a very delightful and thrilling explosion. Having said that, the whole thing could be a very elaborate scam... But you will find no more cynical, skeptical individual than myself. And there has been zero suggestion, inuendo, information, fact, etc, etc, that this thing is not for real. This is for real and, frankly, damn exciting. We are about to be rewarded for our patience. All I can say is good luck, use your judgement and take your chances if that works for you. However, it does not make good sense to overextend yourself financially on speculative investments. Be careful.
Now, that's a very intelligent assessment and one that I share, absolutely. Barring any strange, unanticipated, weird suprises, it's obvious that this stock is the real thing. Many of us got in by luck and many of us got in by DD. Either way, it's obviously for real. Now, duh, a company that's for real, that has value, has assets, has management like this, is a real company, simply does not stay at a penny. We're simply lucky - whether we deserve it or not. Luck does not discriminate. That's why it's called luck. I know for sure I haven't earned it. But it's out of my control and I'll gladly take it. I own 919,444 shares of this company, averaged at about .0079. I got in because of my own style of DD which involves following the advice of exceptionally gifted individuals like Geaux Fish. So, maybe, we make our own luck. Now, what's going to happen here, is that I was fortunate enough to get to own nearly a million shares of stock in one of the best investment opportunities in stock history... The audited financials will simply show that this entity is for real and ridiculously undervalued. So, word will get out, management will pay to get the word out, and big money will pile on knowing that 7 cents is a steal -- just like I thought under a penny was a steal, etc, etc.... And I'm going to crawl out from underneath the pile at about 18 or 19 cents or more if the climb is meteoric -- which it may well be. 150,000 dollars is a lot of money to me and my wife and we'll take it, knowing that this will probably be at a dollar or two in a year. But, yes, timing is everything. Now, with regard to Lowtrade: we obviously respect him. But he is so conservative that he simply does not give appropriate respect to the phenomenon of human emotion and buying frenzy, which my gut tells me is going to happen here. I will give him credit for saying that news trumps everything else. Now, that's what's going to happen here. Even if the news is modest, it's a little silly to think of this stock below 7 or 8 cents. But the thing is the FUTURE prospects of this company could easily catapault a buying frenzy past 20 cents in the very, very short term. And I mean by next Friday. I'm not expecting it, but it would not suprise me. I will simply quietly and calmly sell my shares, take my profits and get on with my life, knowing that there is no logical reason in hell that I deserve such luck. These are just my thoughts. Good luck to all of you. I'm guessing a dramatic increase in the PPS in the next 10 days. Dramatic. I do not recommend that any of you make any financial commitments which jeopardize prudent budget considerations. Strange things happen and there are lots of very greedy, very disgusting, amoral people out there willing to take your money and ruin your life and not give it another thought. I really, really, really would be stunned beyond belief if that were the case here. Perhaps one of you would be kind enough to cut and paste and send this to the Major who has me on ignore. I think he will appreciate my thoughts here. All the best to you.
