Waite,
"I am factoring in Brian's age."
Brians age is not the only issue. Cal's estate, Wages owed,
need for engineering staff, marketing experts etc. etc. etc.
We also have a possible time dilema with patent expiration?,
supporting equipment as products to surround our key product.
When the patent expires we better have a complete business package to market and compete with along with the KDS.
6 years?
Our little company needs to get all grown up.
I am glad the Brian and Pac West are listening to us about the
financing issues.
RJ
Fasctrack,
How would you like it cooked?
Just kidding!
My guestimate is between .12 at end of year with .20 spikes?
It is hard to read this one. In spite of expected growth, I do see
issues that I have stated previously that can temper the PPS.
As with Sam, I am still holding!!! I do think it foolish at this time to sell any shares due to present PPS. The potential is to
oportunistic! (Gamble with decent odds!)
My opinion,
RJ
Hi Waite,
I am believing that two things need to happen for Brian to
make the request for new shares....?
1) Money from sales
2) Good news to tout!
Brian will not only need money to make the request for new shares but also need a multiple sale to tout to make it worth while.
My opinion,
JR, whoops there I go again, I mean RJ
FASC,
I take off my glasses when I am not looking at anything.....
and..thanks for the smoke alarm tip!!!!!!!!!
RJ
FASC,
"Furthermore, he seems like someone who simply does not want to write PRs perhaps being a little intimidated with the prospect of writing one and not wanting to say the wrong thing - therefore he is going to defer that task until an appropriate staff is in place to whom he can delegate that duty. "
from talking to Brian in the past, I would agree with this statement.
Brian has said "That was Cal's job"
RJ
Net,
I think that Cascade is the key. With out assisted financing to both FASC and its customers it would be difficult for FASC to continue much longer.
RJ
Hi Sun,
Another 10 years? We will need some updated patents by then. Do
we not have maybe 6 years left on the KDS patent? I am not sure.
I am thinking something has to happen in 2012 or 2013. After that
we may not be feeling so special. I think Brian knows that and that
is why he is determined to land a team of engineers.
Another thought is FASC has to come up with the money to do a stock offering? My thinking is once FASC has a new market opening up for the KDS or we have a multiple sale that the PR's will have to fly or.....?
Just thinking?
RJ
Waite,
Cascade also works with weak companies that have good products to
seek out capital from various sources as well as share offerings and such.
RJ
Terry,
I wish I could post like that. Very good and accurate thoughts,
in my opinion of course.
Thanks,
RJ
Waite and Rainer,
As long you guys are letting it all hang out.... I may as well chide in!
I also have a PHD. Mine is in Floor-ology. The PHD stands for
Pretty Hard Down-here! Everybody walks over my work. Back gets sore
and the knees have had many a needle poking around in them!!!! I am a little short of complaining though for it has paid the bills for a very long time.
My take on FASC is it is going to be a big win or a big looser. I do believe the Gamble is mine and I not only don't want a bail out, but I also don't care about the opinions of those not in the leaky boat with me. (non-shareholders!) I want the freedom to buy, sell, win,
loose, go to church or not, live or die with out the Governments opinion in my ears! (some times I even ask my wife to drop it a notch?)
With all having been said I will enjoy sailing or sinking together with you folks on this great ship called the "Enterprise FASC"
RJ
Hi Peter,
Besides FASC having many video's of the KDS in operation but they also have boat load of pics on Facebook.
After you have checked out FASC on Facebook, Google "FASC, KDS, Video's" you will find quite a few. Then when you are done try some other searches and you will find more!
I hope this helps.
Us folks that are not tech's find Google pretty handy.
RJ
Peter,
Google KDS and look for the Video's, you will be able to find
quite a few. It did not save them but I was able to find 1/2 dozen or so within a few minutes. A couple of them have Brian in them.
RJ
Hi TR,
"I'm not very concerned about single word terminology, myself."
I don't think anybody else is either. But it does play in to the thought process of the reader. It is mostly for conversation while
we are waiting for "expotential"
RJ
PS. I should just sit around quietly hoping Jag or Sun will pipe in a few thoughts,....help lower the PPS a little so I can clean up on shares!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I might as well since Waite is distracted by women these days in leiu of picking up shares!
Hi Fasctrack,
I am believing that we are in a slow steady growth pattern. If
Brian can develope a staff, bring on supporting products, a continued service and parts arm, FASC pellotising machines and possibly a big brother then we will be ready for expotential!?
JR, opps again I mean RJ
TR,
I believe that if FASC follows the direction of some of its young competitors that the KDS will be used for mixing Animal waste along with paper and wood waste to make pellets for energy.
In San Antonio Texas there is a company that makes a machine called the cyclone that is peparing manure and paper waste to be raw material for pellet machines.
I talked to Brian about it, but he is not impressed with the Cyclone. There are Corporate Farms, Zoo's etc now working with Manure to energy. We need to be on board. And yes, I have discussed this with Brian....... he does need a staff.
RJ
Net,
Brian said Pac West is independent and he does not control what they put in their Websites. Brian seems to be more conservative than Pac West and I understand it. Brian seems to be exacting and by the book. Pac West is Sales and futuristic?
I am wondering if Brian talked to Pac West and gave an opinion?
RJ
Charlie,
I wonder if it was in the University reports from England or University of Tenn ?
RJ
Charlie,
Why "around" fifty in lieu of nearing fifty or exceeding fifty? Sounds quick and not definite. Nearing or exceeding sounds projective.
Not picking on them, just kinda noticing. "around"? sounds like something I would say kinda off the cuff when I feel like I don't want to figure it out? Being projective does not need figuring out, just kind of going forward?
Just thinking out loud,
RJ
Hi TR,
Wow! That is some potential. Much different than a while back when I was talking to them.
Well, what are we waiting for...lets get the sales a rollin'!
RJ
Sam,
Your the man!!
? Did TR teach you this stuff?
RJ
Terry,
Mainland Machinery told me that they can only finance one Machine at
a time themselves. I believe that Machines took min 5 and up to 10 weeks each depending on size and other.
Conversation from a while back with Mainland. Brian un-aware.
By the way, Mainland speaks very highly of Brian.
I am in agreement with you that JP Plantech, Malaysia and others may be responsible for several sales we are not aware of.
We do know from the 10q's that FASC has been receiving royalties.
RJ
Patrik,
I think that what PacWest counts and what FASC counts may be
different? I do not have the answer. I know it was on FASC's
Website but I doubt Brian spends to much time there.
I personally have not contributed anything to my Website. Entirely
an employee effort. Brian does not have to many of them so it
may be a PacWest effort?
To add to what FASC should or not do, I am assuming that Brian
thinks about that every day and wishes he could hire someone to do
it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
RJ
PS. I guess this gives me a little extra time to spend with you
!
Sam,
Great Video, even thought it looks home grown, I like it.
impressive,
RJ
Sam,
They are made next door at Mainland Machinery. By the way,
the mgt there owns FASC shares! Yes, I asked Mainland.
RJ
Net,
My wife won't let me be a back seat driver, so I post here!!!!
Go FASC!
RJ
Fasctrack,
I think your question is valid. This is where FASC could use a
legit board of Industry experts to guide them. A staff of engineers along with CEO's, CFO's with international experience would be a help also.
or
merge with one?
JR opps, RJ
Hi rainer,
"still not perfect yet - the texter must review his grammatical cases before releasing a text to the whole wide world: 'urbi et orbi'! :) "
I would not argue with you or anyone reguarding your above statement. I for myself have no education outside High School
over 35 years ago and then it was a challenge of long hours studying to do average!
I will say that I have had a few business's and maybe could have done better. I do think that Pac West's Marketing probably wrote
the News for FASC which would also reflect the do it yourself Website that Pac West has?
Some of us not as Educated seem to get by doing our best. By the way, I took an entrance test to a local college not because I need to, but wanted to. I started the test at 8:30 AM along with
100 or so. By noon there way maybe a dozen, by 2:00 PM there was one young person and 1/2 dozen 50 plus folks, by 3:15 when I finally finished there were 3 people my age or older by the looks of things!!!!! Now...the point of this story is that now that I am already successful and do not need to write or read well, maybe
I will finally learn how.. now that I do not need to !!!!!
Go Pac West!!!!!!!!!!! may the willingness outperform the knowledge and may the knowledge catch up!
Go back to School!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
There, I had my rant.
That being said I hope that FASC can hire folks brighter, more educated and better than I or the Pac West folks and get them on board. they need a quality staff.
My opinions,
RJ
PS. Quote: If you can not be the best...Hire the best!!!
Charlie,
It is obvious to me that Brian did not write it. "75 Machines Worldwide" .... When I asked Brian about 60 Machines he said he would have to go back and count.
.....75? Must be including JP Plantech volume where we get residuals?
RJ
Fasc,
"It seems it might behoove Brian to align himself with an equipment finance company."
I agree. A while back I asked Brian about that. I don't remember his exact response other than that he has worked with finance companies.
RJ
TR,
I am believing that other than a few exceptions Brian likes to
be paid in full before delivering?
Funny, Lowes is the same way on new Kitchen Cabinets!!!!!!!!
RJ
Patrik,
Brian said report, not PR. I know it is easy to assume reporting
means PR's, but it does not. Brian seems adverse to PR's. I am assuming that TR is correct in waiting for 10Q's for information. It seems that Brian is not comfortable with PR's and the possible liabilities that come with them. Brian seems not sure what or what he can not say. When asked he says that was Cals job. I am hoping that will change soon with the add of a CFO?
If new shares are issued and the fasc comes into profitability, it would be nice if the new shares were convertible preferred with a dividend attached!!!!!! I guess a little fantasy lightens the pain?
RJ
TR,
I am sure that we have sales, just probably not as many
as hoped for. We will have to wait and see.
RJ
TR,
Thank you for your summary. It is much more professional
than I could have done. Fasctrac has legit concerns and I
do think that you answered them well.
RJ
Fasctrack,
I will let Brian speak for himself. I called Brian and asked
questions for my benefit. I noticed that one of the posters here asked a question I already had asked, so I thought I would share.
I am the one who asked Brian about his desire for additional shares due to statements in previous 10Q's that made it obvious to me. Do I feel threatened?...yes, if you remember back a little over a year ago before the loss of Cal I questioned many things in the 10Q's that I thought was a negative and it was not received well here. I do not only feel FASC needs shares for a professional staff but to
satisfy those possible threats that were previously declared in the
previous 10q's.
Brian never called or volunteered the desire for additional shares. I pressed him on questions in the 10Q's that lead up to my asking him outright. Read the previous 7 10q's, see the evolving of obligations and the declaration of default and ask yourself if you have questions.
I guess that I am in the camp that I would rather be slightly diluted than get a goose egg for my money.
Question: Is there potential here? Yes
Question: Is there risk here? Yes
Risk/Reward?
I like you would like to see Brian do PR's. His answer to me is
that he reports real sales. He does not write about fluff.
Vote anything you would like that is what voting is about. I for one prefer to protect my investment and watch it grow.
RJ
Peter,
We, just like you are searching for news! Some are a little
more optimistic in projections than others.
I for one believe FASC has lots of potential...on the other hand
there is risk associated with this investment.
RJ
Sam,
It is on the Website:
201-30758 S. Fraser Way
Abbotsford, BC , V2T 6L4
Canada
Send away!
RJ
James,
The best I can share with you is that FASC needs the new issue
of shares approved when it comes out to vote. Brian needs to
hire a professional staff that can take FASC all the way.
Sorry to hear about the loss of your son. Welcome his children aboard for us.
RJ
Hi Patrik,
I asked Brian the same question a couple of days ago. Brian
told me he would have to go back and count to see if 60 would or could be an accurate number. I also asked Brian about how we are doing. He could not tell me details, but did say he was waiting on deposits. Things are going a little slow waiting for customers to
get their financing.
Brian is very conservative in his conversation. It is hard to get information.
RJ
PS. He likes Garth Brooks, maybe Sam and Waite could tune Brian up
and get a little more information!!!!
Hi TR,
"PacWest is marketing the KDS; so obviously they are going to put the best face on this and market ALL of the installations, which will include KDS sales AND test sites."
I could not agree more. PacWest is probably not only including the KDS sales AND test sites as you have mentioned but a few in that they believe are on order? As you have shared previously, Brian cannot report the "orders" that have not been delivered and paid in full.
So to your disappointment you are not being admonished!!!!!!
Thanks for the invitation to comment!
RJ
PS. I think it is good that we are in slow growth going forward.
Expotential may cause Sam a heart attack and rock Waites
pacemaker silly!
TR,
GET BACK TO WORK!!!!!!!!!!
Just reminding you of what time of the year it is!
Have a great FASC day!
RJ
