Brians age is not the only issue. Cal's estate, Wages owed,
need for engineering staff, marketing experts etc. etc. etc.

We also have a possible time dilema with patent expiration?,
supporting equipment as products to surround our key product.
When the patent expires we better have a complete business package to market and compete with along with the KDS.

Our little company needs to get all grown up.

I am glad the Brian and Pac West are listening to us about the
financing issues.
