Sounds good to me...I like it
now my head hurts. too much reading Thanks a lot walt. j/k
thanks for the info.
I'm glad the TA is accessible because it seems to be the only person who may eventually have new information that will talk with shareholders. I've never called anybody about this stock but have sent many emails and never got a reply, but then again...I've never got a reply from any company I've emailed so I don't take it to personally :)
BTW....GO COLTS!!!!
anybody else go crazy during this time every day when it seems like the whole bkmp wold is out to lunch? No new posts for a while now.
BTW, my ameritrade shows two different volume levels for today so far. 37,000,000+, and just under 35,000,000. Anybody know why? although I'm happy to see both of them hot little numbers.
the S-4 will show up only after it's been approved. But somebody on NWWV said they talked to the T/A and he said the companies still haven't filed it yet, so we're all still waiting.
when did the name change take effect? anybody know?
They've been quiet for a while now. I expect more news in the coming weeks. Just my opinion though.
supposed to be an update on wallst.net sometime today about the Subway deal.
I bought more at a penny this morning, then it dropped. Kicking myself right now, but I'm still holding long on this stock and buying more has cut my average in half, so long term I expect to be quite happy...I think :)
I love this stock! Right now it's the only one I've got that's doing anything, but it has always been my baby. Can't wait to see it grow up.
My opinion on this is that there is a LOT of shares that aren't for sale. That's why there is low volume. No ifs ands or buts. People wanna know what's going on behind the scenes before they sell this stock because they know the potential is huge and they don't wanna make a mistake.
Games? You wanna see these guys play some games, go to the assylum on Tuesdays. NITE is the undefeated champion of poopy diaper twister! It's pretty sick to watch, but I can't seem to look away! lol
Hey, add me to the shareholder list. I hold a whopping 22,155 shares. Will try to add more when Ameritrade clears my money. I like where this seems to be going.
I don't think 8 will be the high for too much longer. The company is continuing to work on deals and already has some signed and working so revenue is coming in. Hopefully everything continues smoothly and eventually, this will be a BIG company in my opinion. I'm in at 8 now, and I'm completely confident that the pps will rise well above that soon.
thanks for the refresher Sol. I believe Josey, but I don't know if the company deemed the filing of the S 4 a PR worthy event. Wish Josey had some more good news for all of us.
the S4 form was supposed to be filed today according to somebody
I agree with you on that, but its even riskier when you know a company can be shorted into the ground. Think Overstock.com
They got shorted into the crapper. If that is stopped, it lessens the risks in all stocks even penny stocks. Even people that buy penny stocks have a risk limit where they will no longer buy. If one less risk is taken out of the equation...mroe people will buy. I respect your opinion though. This is the last post I will make on this topic. Glad to have some debate about it as I see it as more relavent than much of what is discussed on here.
Thanks.
well, with the stopping of naked shorting taking place on october 15th, it will bring more investor confidence to the market and more people will put their money in the stock market...which is good for everyone I believe. Reguardless if BKMP is shorted big or not, more people will be willing to put their money into it and other stocks because they will feel safer.
that's what it sounds like, but I never know anything. Just that if they've sold non-existant shares, they need to come up with some from somewhere to cover so they'll hafta buy some from somewhere.
Today's gonna be a great day! I can feel it in my bones. I got my first ever deleted post today! "Alls I gotta do is keep being a good person, and good things will come my way." -Joe Dirt
So, last week somebody famous on this board said the S4 or whatever that paper is, was gonna be filed today...anybody heard anything more on that yet?
As I understand it, the new law will require naked shorts to cover. Otherwise, a man in a big pink bunny suit from the SEC will show up at their door! Should be good news for ALL stocks.
that would make sense except the other company that I'm in gets killed every time they put out news no matter how good it is. And that company has been confirmed to be naked shorted. If they wait until the naked shorters can no longer run them into the ground the news will have a much much bigger effect on the pps in my understanding. Hope that is the casr with this stock as well, but who knows.
All my opinion.
Nobody posts here much. I wonder if the company is saving the really big news until after October 15 because of the new laws going into effect dealing with naked shorting. My guess would be that after that date, things go crazy in several stocks...including this one. ALL in my opinion
Do you think these guys are waiting until after the new laws to stop naked shorting go into effect on or around October 15? I think this may be the reason why no HUGE news has come out yet from these guys, because I'm pretty sure they have it, but are waiting for something. IMO
I'm pretty sure October 15th is when the new laws stopping naked shorting go into effect. May or may not directly relate to BKMP, but it will have some impact on ALL stocks in my opinion. I'm also in another stock that seems to be waiting for after the Oct. 15 law change to bring the big news. Could be what these guys are waiting for.IMO
That's exactly what I did!!! Scottrade is my hero. I woulda missed out on all this fun in NWWV without it!
questions for all the chart readers in the group.....
How did all you guys learn to read charts? Do they have a chart reading class in college or something that I didn't see on registration day???
Also, if you can tell me, what are the signs of a chart that big news is coming? I know I've seen it happen a few times where the chart readers call the news before it happens, but I don't know how it is done. Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks.
P.S.....Go Colts!!!!!
Am I the only one that has wondered these last 2 thousand months while waiting for THE news and watching the price flucuations in PLYCF and NWWV, just where the share value could get to if, when the price went up a few ticks there wasn't mass flipping and selling off? Not saying flipping and selling for profit is bad, but it can help to keep a stock price down am I right? With the required restricted shares, it should allow both stocks values to rise significantly during the time of the restiction as long as more good news keeps coming (and there's no good reason to think it won't). Also, I was thinking, doesn't a stock price have to be at $1 or more to get into the NASDAQ? I was thinking, maybe the companies plan to try and increase share value to minimum of $1 and skip listing on the OTCBB and go straight to NASDAQ or something. Is that possible? I'm just thinking out loud here. I'm not much of an expert in these things. All this is strictly my opinion. Not suggesting anything, just thinking.

off topic. I think :)
So...am I the only one who has already put a hefty downpayment on his/her own island in the Pacic so far?
P.S. Just kidding.
The only thing I've heard so far is that if this goes up, we will all make money. Sorry, I really don't have anything to contribute. :)
Todays NEWS!!!!!
Trimax to Deploy BPL Digital Signage Pilot Projects
1:55p ET September 10, 2007 (Market Wire)
Trimax Corporation (OTCBB: TMXO) and subsidiary PLC Network Solutions Inc., providers of Broadband over PowerLine (BPL) communication technologies, announced today that after running successful BPL beta tests with its recently acquired multi-media network management and distribution technology from Cybersonics Broadcast Services Inc., it has entered into a BPL digital signage pilot project with a US VAR. The pilot is expected to run for one month and could lead to roll-out requirements for up to 6,000 screens.
Derek Pepler, President of Trimax, commented "We are please with the number of enquiries we have received regarding the proprietary software and network management technology recently acquired from Cybersonics. In order to succeed in the digital-signage space we're continuing to think outside the box as there are many challenges to overcome such as ROI. We can achieve significant efficiencies for our clients by using Broadband over PowerLines as the IP distribution platform which lowers the barriers of entry. We quickly and inexpensively integrate plug-and-play communications in virtually any location that has electricity, eliminating the expense and disruption of running cable drops. We are working on client requirements to integrate digital signage with POS systems, RFID and other applications that will enable more interactive networks in the future".

News from last week!!!
Cybersonics Sound Contracted to Deploy BPL Solution Technology Within Canadian Shopping Mall. Recurring Revenues Anticipated to Expand to Various Malls in an Estimated $132 M Potential Market
3:03p ET September 6, 2007 (Market Wire)
Trimax Corporation (OTCBB: TMXO) and subsidiaries PLC Networks Inc. and Cybersonics Sound Technologies Inc. announced today that it has been contracted to deploy its Broadband over PowerLine (BPL) communication solutions within a Canadian Shopping Mall (Hopedale Mall). The contract shall deliver to Cybersonics a recurring revenue base which the Company believes will serve as a foundation for securing several more clients within the 44,000 potential malls in North America.
Hopedale Mall has similar problems to many malls with providing safe, reliable and robust broadband connectivity for its specialty leasing, especially in common areas. Both permanent and temporary tenants now have luxury merchandising units and interactive kiosks that require secure communications networks to process credit card payments, run digital signage, query inventory and product information and run computers, printers and fax machines. Security breaches by hackers in wireless networks have cost retailers millions and dropping or pulling telephone and internet cable was prohibitively expensive.
Temporary tenants have become integral part of the shopping center industry since their introduction in the 1970's. Once considered a challenge, carts, kiosks and other temporary tenants today can add as much as 15 percent to a shopping center owner's bottom line. Specialty leasing has grown into a $12 billion business today from $3 billion a decade ago, according to the trade journal Specialty Retail Report.
Derek Pepler, President and CEO of Trimax, stated, "We are very excited about how quickly Trimax / PLC Networks and Cybersonics have been able to jointly leverage each other's expertise, technology, resources and relationships We now offer our clients one-stop shopping for plug-and-play networked digital signage, media content management, internet connectivity, point-of-sale systems, VoIP telephones, surveillance cameras, kiosks, wireless access points, alarm systems, energy monitoring and meter reading systems that are customized across a number of industries."
Did you guys see that spike!! It was at over 18 cents a share right after the news hit, but then dropped down. Wished I was quicker on the trigger to sell. But this will be heading up for sure. In my opinion.
NEWS!!! NEWS!!! NEWS!!!!
Trimax Corporation Enters Into Lucrative BPL Digital Signage Business by Acquiring Proprietary Multi-Media Network Management Distribution Technology From Cybersonics Broadcast Services Inc.
10:13a ET August 30, 2007 (Market Wire)
Trimax Corporation and subsidiary PLC Network Solutions Inc. (OTCBB: TMXO), providers of Broadband over PowerLine (BPL) communication technologies, announced today that it has finalized an asset purchase agreement with Cybersonics Broadcast Technologies Inc. These assets are to be rolled into a new Multi- Media subsidiary to be formed and wholly owned by Trimax.
With the asset purchase, Trimax retains the experienced management and operations expertise of Cybersonics Broadcast President and CEO, James Addario, who has developed international web-based corporate broadcast networks and customized advertising content for many industries.
Trimax/PLC continues to pursue its strategy of increasing its asset base and expanding product lines with new and innovative IP technologies while diversifying distribution channels. The asset purchase provides Trimax/PLC with all Cybersonics software and management tools, proprietary hardware designs, source code, copyrights and all intellectual property, digital signage reseller agreements, distribution agreements and purchase orders for customer's digital signage and out-of-home advertising networks.
This acquisition broadens Trimax/PLC's service into the out-of-home advertising digital signage and professional display market, predicted to grow globally to over $14 billion by 2011. This technology, integrated with BPL chipsets, will allow Trimax/PLC to deliver rich, HD digital quality content management services at a fraction of the cost of conventional digital signage networks. The digital signage industry has reached the stage in its evolution where marketers, retailers, government, entertainment and other public venue managers realize the impact and efficiencies that dynamic signage now offers and they are quickly getting with the times. After a recent series of successful project initiatives Trimax/PLC is optimistic in being able to finalize details to announce a number of lucrative contracts within the coming weeks.
Derek Pepler, President and CEO of Trimax, stated, "The potential for increased revenues and exponential benefits far exceeds the acquisition costs of Cybersonics technology. We are very excited about the synergies of Trimax and Cybersonics and the expansion of both our technology and distribution channels. We have been working closely together since 2006 and realize the advantages of being able to leverage each other's expertise, technology, resources and relationships to execute our joint strategic plan. The combination of both company's technologies offer clients a customized feature-rich, versatile, portable and cost-effective IP networked applications bundle. We offer one-stop shopping for plug-and-play networked digital signage, media content management, internet connectivity, point-of-sale systems, VoIP telephones, surveillance cameras, kiosks, wireless access points, alarm systems, energy monitoring and meter reading systems that are customized across a number of industries. We look forward to delivering on the promise of this acquisition and building value for our shareholders."
Details of the asset purchase may be found in the Company's SEC filings on Form 8K that was filed on August 14, 2007.
Yeah,
I get a call this morning telling me that the board's stressed and depressed and something needs to be done, so...I thought I'd give it a shot.
I agree. I recently totalled my car and put the insurance money into this stock rather than into fixing my car. Kind of ironic because back before Google made its run, I thought about selling my car and puting the money into that stock. That's the kind of gut feeling I have about this one. Of course, if it doesn't happen to pan out, I'm screwed six ways to Sunday!
You gotta believe. Not like George Michael, "You gotta have Faith", but more like Sean Connery in Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade, when talking to Indiana at the end when he has to get past all the traps to reach the grail. "You must believe boy."
I also bought more today, but mine is showing that it's already settled and everything...I think. How can they delay your setlement and mine goes right through?
Yeah, but in 2006 they were just getting started signing deals, already in 2007 they have at least the contract with the 14 7-eleven stores in Peurto Rico, and are testing for Salad Creations, and I suspect much more to come this year. Expect last years $4,000 revenue to be blown away this year. And looking forward, expect this years revenue to be blown away next year. That's how a growing company does it. Start small...get bigger. All my opinion though.
I was going to say something reguarding the "soap opera" going on, but I didn't wan't it to come off being mean so I will bite my tongue. At least it gives me something to read that's not a college book. And everyone IS entitled to their own opinion. Except that Jessica Alba is the single most hottest person on the face of the earth, and possibly even Mars. That, everyone must agree with! But I did see a hot little green chick the other day who might give her a run for her money.
Just got off work. Did someone say something about my hot sister! j/k. Hate to tell ya, but she's already married. But her husband may be willing to trade for some more PLYCF/NWWV shares. Oh, almost forgot...IMHO :)
