VXX is just basically a short on the S&P right? Does the dollar really factor much into it? Maybe I should know this :)

I'm holding 40 VXX calls at an avg of $1.107 that were up over $4k about an hour before close. Couldn't sell any cause the daytrading rule(forgot where I was on roundtrips) so stuck with them until tomorrow. gltu

Future were up nicely and have fell to about B/E but VXX AH is still going down. Have any idea why that is?

Any opinions on a the action tomorrow? I need a nice sell off to get out green on some VXX calls that I mistakenly held overnight.

I'm in the same boat. I put my self in a bad spot today. Was up over $4k on VXX calls and couldn't sell because of the dayrading rule. EOD I was down $1.5k. Still think the market has a good sell off tomorrow but since I'm holding these and they expire tomorrow I'm sure it wont. Anyway live and learn :)
