Shocking NO RS Today ...LOL
Scottrade can be a little slow on the uptake
I'll let you know. Thanks Matt
So what is it, either they acquire dr gas(which is bad because they will dilute) or they don't acquire dr.gas because they can't afford to(which is bad). Doesn't sound like they had any options according to you.
Yup huge hype. We uplisted please the newsletter for more news...lol
Where's the big huge uplist hype PR...
Have to agree I'm glad I won't be hearing a stinky pinky or another other name combo like that for a while. I guess the giant RS at uplist chant is gone also...

I actually think it was a 2000 to 1 RS :). Rather funny now looking at it
I guess the newsletter will have some info
We strongly believe that an OTCBB listing provides a number of advantages to the company, including increased visibility for its stock in the investment community," stated Aero Performance Products CEO Bryan Hunsaker. "This is only one step in management's broader strategy to facilitate increased value for Aero shareholders. The company continues to focus on growing revenues through the sale of Aero Exhaust products and the evaluation of potential acquisition targets.
"We look forward to providing additional information about the listing and market maker in our upcoming shareholder newsletter," added Mr. Hunsaker.
Slow trading for today I expect. Usually take a day or 2 for the uplist to be pushed through.
You have no idea where Mr. Richards money came from if that is your perception.
Yup. Now we hear otcbb is not a big deal. Before AERO was a pink sheet, fully complaint, no big deal. Now otcbb means nothing. AERO has no sales. Aero has blah. I like the statement it might take a year or more for aero to uplist. AERO can't uplist becuase of a "SEC" investigation was another great one. I guess that is shot full of holes.
Gotta love those CFO solutions and Utah Ventures. Amazing what they can do. :) Have a good night ed c-ya in the am
I'm not expecting anything. It's just nice to see no "hype" attached to the uplist. Maybe Mr.Richards can sell you a vacant lot. He does do real estate also.
What no R/S with uplist.. Shocking :)
Ahh he is the biggest shareholder.
Obvious such a serious lawsuit means magnaflow will go out of business. It should cost them 100 mil dollars in damages at least maybe a billion once a class action takes place. Once they they go out of busness other companies will take their place. This is awesome news!! Go AERO!!

I really don't think aero has to worry. CFO solution has alot of deep pockets for UTAH companies
Well I'm sure AERO's CFO

Will be keep a close eye on how they promote. Interesting that the subway thing was a third party with no name listed
Kent has a bit deeper pockets to reach for any type of investment financing if needed.

SO what is the name of the person, the company and his phone number. A little independent DD goes a long way.
Well I think new product lines are helpful. Building sales is better.
Interesting new package for mufflers
Posting about UNICO lawsuits are off topic per MATT
I agree don its a pretty odd trading amount.
Volume has pretty much slowed down at this point. Folks are looking for guidance plus its summer and last few vacations are taking place. Should be a fairly boring 2 weeks
UNICO is not on topic for AERO. Post on the UNICO Board.
Yup the math doesn't add up.
Where's the beef?
This is great all these posts and we keep climbing on the breakout boards!!!
Well according the contract you quote there was no opt out clause. So if the Miller Suit incorrect?
Where's the beef and the 5.4 mil
Where's the missing 5.4 million you keep talking about
Where's the beef?
